    @JioCare Not receiving the OTP for LiveTV+. I am a JioFiber customer and reported this issue yesterday. I was assured that it would be resolved within 24 hours, but there has been no resolution yet. Kindly look into this on priority.

    Worst @JioCare, It's been 15 days since I reported an internet issue, and there is still no resolution. Repeated follow-ups have not resulted in a permanent fix. Very disappointed with the service and support experience. Please escalate this matter and resolve it urgently.

    Facing no internet issue on my jio air fir since last 7 days. I raised a complaint five days ago but the issue remains unresolved and no technician has visited.kindly resolved this issue & provide billing credit compensation for the seven days @reliancejio @JioCare @AmbaniTina

    @RIL_Updates Commitment to drfaud customers. For 7 months my service request is in limbo and @JioCare keeps on posting random templates. Their KRA is just that they should have replied and not that they should have resolved @RIL_Updates
