    Without any information OTT subscription charges added in my postpaid bill. My previous year avg bill was 470 and now only current month bill is 1989.....please help @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @FnaticBlast I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

    @JioCare Even after so many assurances and call to and from Jio the problem has not been resolved as customers are taken for granted in Jio.

    @JioCare @satnam_Singh8 You guys take us into dm and then give the same generic answers that your customer service people give... Useless customer service... If you cannot provide service refund the charges

    @champa1969 Why don’t you give a try to @reliancejio better connectivity, cheap data plans, better customer service, truly 4G internet experience what else does one need! I will suggest you to switch to Jio and feel the difference on your own...@JioCare will help you port

    @JioCare I visited many times in jio store but they told me without ekyc we didn't process your sim replacement and told me recently policy was changed without fingerprint scan we aren't able to issue. I visited Lucknow, Jagatpur (Raebareli), & Unchahar (Raebareli) Jio stores.

    @Adarsh32253026 The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

    @JioCare @jas02raj @JioCare is The One Of The Best Solution & Service Providers Before The Person Die Really i Was Waiting From Last 5 Month For Fix The issue Of Data Speed & Voice But Only Call Comes When Send A Portout sms i send 6 time from 6 month only calls comes don't go we will fix it...-
