    @JioCare My broadband connection has been out of service for 10 days. There’s no ETA from Jio on when the service will be restored. Please provide the timeline to fix or disconnect my connection with compensation. @reliancejio

    @Ajaykumaarji @JioCare Same issue with me . I have tweeted the issue many times and even had a live conversation but they would say "due to various obstacles the network is unable to reach" ..in irl there's not even any obstacles even trees are not that dense.

    @reliancejio @TRAI @reliancejio Still no response to my complaint. Jio network remains extremely poor—frequent call drops, broken voice quality, and internet buffering most of the time. Please acknowledge this issue, provide a complaint number, and resolve it urgently. #Jio #JioNetwork #calldrop

    @JioCare My postpaid connection’s wiring is broken and suspended in air. Reporting since 11.08.2026 with number of calls customer care and email but the same msg is being sent within 24 hrs etc. Etc.Without repairing. 3335805386

    @JioCare I paid for 3 month plan in Jun, also 380 for addins in Jul, my connection validity should be till Sep 6, but my connection was suspended with some pending due, which I am not clear, what's for? I have communicated with Customer care they are not able to resolve that.
