    @JioCare Terrible customer service. We have opened 4 tickets for the same issue since 10 days, no technicians have visited to resolve the issue but jio customer care keeps closing the tickets without a resolution. And when we call to register a complaint, they disconnect our call

    @JioCare Hi Team, the uninstallation of router was successful and today i received 1500 back to my account, however, the total payment made was rs 2500 and the cancellation was requested one day prior to the end of my trail month. Could you please help in addressing this concern??

    My jio no is 7889171320 and my last recharge is 349 3gb/day ' i dnt know why they provided me 1.5 gb/Day. Two time jio care boys told me that problem will resolve in 2 minutes but still.... @JioCare @reliancejio
