  @JioCare In my fibre plan my 4G connection isn't working, only the 5G connection is working. I have changed the name, password and everything which ever I can do but it's still not working. I hope to have an engineer visit , the only way it will help me.

  @reliancejio Having Mobile Recharge. 2.5GB per day Plan. But after 50% usage... It's get slow down. Since more than a year Since last Two Days, my Mobile internet and Home's wifi both are slow. I don't know why. Sonipat (Haryana)

  @reliancejio What a way to treat customer.Paid for a Jio AirFiber connection, got the order no., SMS for engineer installation. Then engineer denied and said the request will be cancelled, with a refund No official cancellation No refund No information unacceptable customer exp.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Jio network’s been badly disrupted for 4 days in Power House Chauraha, Arain (PIN 305813). No proper internet or calls. Despite costly recharges, service is unacceptable. Having to use Vodafone just to post this complaint. Please fix urgently.
