    @JioCare @JioCare My recharge is about to expire in 4 days, I have faced issue from last 90 days, that's what I recharged in my Jio Number. You said you'd solve in few days on 26 Apr. Still there is no sign of network improvement, I am porting to another network. Worst Experience in Jio

    @JioCare Don't send me a message in DM saying my problem is resolved. It is not. When it is resolved, I will tweet saying 'OMG at last.....' AS OF NOW AT 21:33 on 1st July, it is not resolved.

    Paid FULL 6-month advance for my #JioFiber plan. Still my connection was disconnected over a ₹91.13 bill. Promised 15-day promotional validity not honoured. Sent 2 emails + escalated to Appellate Authority. Not even a single reply! Is this Jio's Service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    Even being having unlimited 5G plans, @reliancejio was working like a 3G network today. I don't know why this is happening. Can't watch anything on YouTube or any OTT platform. Keep buffering and buffering. @JioCare
