  @JioCare @reliancejio Would also like to mention that my connection is not working since 30th June and I had already paid for the period 21st June to 20july so my question is for this delay and pathetic service, shouldn't I get a refund for this monthly plan payment?

  @JioCare @reliancejio my Internet is not working since 24 June 2026 and after multiple follow up and engineer visit no resolution. The connection remain dead from the issue date till now.

  Jio is now scamming their customer with a name of customer support. My cancelled JioFiber connection refund was marked as "Complete" by support, but NO money has been credited to my bank account. Checked all statements—zero transactions. No help from jio. @reliancejio @JioCare
