    @reliancejio @JioMart I have requested to close my service on 10 Aug, 22 and multiple time called the care number to pickup the MODEM and release my payment. But all the time they are saying me that we will assign the Engineer in 48 hours. My request number is SR00001DTWRC & CO number is CO0000OH27BF.

    @airtelindia I don't understand what kind of rocket science is involved in generating receipt and giving it to customer. Sheer mental harassment in calling, informing and mailing you multiple times. Total failure of your system. I repent putting over from @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear Reliance Jio Despite being in a full network zone, the Internet speed in my area is very slow It becomes annoying everytime I have 2 do some work online, Be it using whatsapp YouTube or any social media app Kindly do something to retain our trust on u. @reliancejio @JioCare
