    @JioCare By earliest you mean this Year or decade, it’s been 4 day, My Internet is down, and your employee are giving us reason that this is not their work and delegating work to other employee. As a customer I’m not using your services to know more about your company internal affairs

    @JioMart @JioCare #jiomart I think your customer care executive needs some basic knowledge like how to not give a reaction of a customer's query and complaints reaction in any customer's personal whatsApp..the executive msg me pka mt ja yha se. Incident happened on 23rd sept.

    @JioCare I already given all required details in DM on 15 sep but nothing happens. I'm not the only one who facing this whole area facing this problem. I have complaining since last 3 weaks but no positive sign of resolving this issue. Jio care said they didn't commet when it resolved.
