    @JioCare Please disconnect - I don't need the connection anymore. I m fed up. As i told my fiber antenna is inside my home due to wire cut issue. Im asking for engineer visit one month and i got bills this month also. Kindly disconnect and cancel the bills.

    @JioCare Hi, pls verify ur facts! No engineer visited my location.He didn't even contact us. 5-6pm was the slot he was supposed to visit. A lot many errors & confusions from @JioCare 's end stressing out the customers! Pls resolve this matter quickly and connect me to the engineer asap

    @JioCare including customer care calls, the JioCare app, and Twitter, but unfortunately, there has been no response or action taken so far. I request you to kindly look into the matter on priority and arrange for the relocation of my JioFiber connection at the earliest.
