If this is not resolved without further delay, I will initiate legal proceedings and escalate the matter with the consumer authorities.

Harshit dhingra (@Dharshit) reportedI noticed my Netflix plan bundled with JioFiber was upgraded without my request or consent. I’ve now changed it back to the Basic plan. Do not charge me for the upgraded plan which I never asked for. Customers shouldn’t be billed for unsolicited upgrades. @JioCare @NetflixIndia
