    @reliancejio This to inform you that I am living in prime location of Gaya. Koeri Bari Gaya. But in this area your network fibre connection is not available. I am asking to connect jio fibre to your center. But not available in this area Only Airtel I am not understanding this

    hi @JioCare my jio number got deactivated after not using it for 3 months now to reactivate it your customer care rep is telling me to fly to delhi from mumbai to do biometrics and then only it can be reactivated does it make any sense? just because i got the number from delhi you want me to fly there why can’t i do it from anywhere in india? @reliancejio

    @JioCare I’ve been facing landline activation issues for +91 22 3183 0871 since installing JioFiber on Aug 15. Raised multiple complaints & a technician visited, but voice service is still not working. ​Please resolve this on priority and share the ETA #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @JioCare Your sales employee falsely promised activation within 4 hours to collect upfront payment. Now, technician Vikas is ignoring calls, there's no way to reach a customer care executive, and no Area Manager contact. Extremely poor service,
