    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare do you even care about your customer. Looks your peoples are doing fraud at every step or process I was promised with a 4 month plan but can only see 3 months when the device is installed today.

    @JioCare 3+ days after payment and I’m still getting generic “in progress” replies. Please provide a confirmed installation date. If service isn’t available, process a refund immediately

    @Ashish_4vedi @JioCare @Airtel_Presence For the down time there should be a commensurate increase in the subscription period. 3-4 hours a month adds up to 2 days in a year.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Thanks for the update. Please note that I have already initiated the refund via customer care due to prolonged delay since 30 May. Kindly confirm the refund reference number and timeline. No installation is required anymore.
