    @JioCare I wonder why jio customer care is behaving like parrots- keep on telling the same thing for three days, like TRACK TECHNICIAN without assigning one for a resolution.

    @JioCare I recently moved my residence and am experiencing poor network coverage on Jio. The signal strength is -108 dBm 32 asu. And Speed tests show 3Mbps-1Mbps. Is there a way to get it fixed? I don't really want to port to another provider if possible.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Could you please take some accountability for Request ID SR000036K8FH. It was raised on 23 May, 2026 02:59 PM, still no engineer is assigned and no one contacted me to resolve the issue. Please look into it and resolve ASAP.

    3 days since jio wifi stopped working. But yes go ahead and make such claims. @JioCare also doesn't help in anyway... No resolution only conversation.

    I am getting poor service from JIO even I payed them anual subscription for 5G pack they always giving 4G service @JioCare you are continuously exployting me and my money always
