    @reliancejio I even tried in different phone where my wife's jio number is getting signal. But it didn't worked in that phone as well. I am here for 20 days and it is taking 10 days to process my request,how is that fair. I feel like I have made a mistake by trusting jio networks

    @Airtel_Presence Broadband has been out since morning due to network outage. This has happened three times just this month. Working from home and this is a real problem. I wonder if it is time to switch to @JioCare broadband services.

    @reliancejio @JioCare not sure if it's the volume of customer calls , but your customer care helpline number is one of the worst on earth , 10 mins in almost and i am forced to hear that idiotic music by waiting cluelessly, my eSIM process is stuck , need help
