@JioCare @reliancejio I’ve been using your jio fibre since the past 3/4 years and yesterday there was an installation at my neighbor’s after which my service stopped.Your customer ser. guys generated an SR : SR000015CWXX and it’s been more than 24 hours and no update yet.

@reliancejio have been trying to reach your customer care no18008969999, no response. Paid for new Jiofiber connection 4 days ago, installation still pending. Is there any plan to install it or you are just interested in taking advance payments?
