@JioCare Every week engineer will visit do something who wants that..what about refund issues sent over mailwhich u over collected and not ready to refund.we work and earn money not by cheating.see how ACT works.i need resolution on mail sent not in bits and pieces. @TRAI are you listen?

@reliancejio @gujarat_titans Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

@JioCare @reliancejio dear jio team u have a poor team at your store who can't issue a new sim as their software is not working I went there yesterday and today but same poor service they tried to issue sim but software did not work properly, it can't be expected from jio.

@Airtel_Presence @JioCare Airtel wifi not working from last 15 days and airtel is not bothered,despite of raising request 100 many times. #shameonairtel finally decided to shift to jio broadband along with all mobile nos.
