Dear @reliancejio ,why it's not important to give anyone option to skip the reminder that his plan is going to expire in 3 days ?. imagine in case of an emergency if anyone is trying to contact anyone... And you're pushing a min long reminder in between...

faced big problem regarding the network. There is call drop issue & sometimes no voice from the other end. Suddenly there is no network after sometime network comes back. Resolve the issue ASAP. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Recd msg fm Jiofibre net will restored @ 11.42am 13th Oct 2022, but so-far net down, 4th day & still no action on ground, call center not helpful goes 2automated mode. Only assurances no action on ground.Opp bldg has jiofibre WiFi, Y our bldg has issues? No 1 in cust support know
