    @JioCare @reliancejio To make matters worse, the app is not working as expected. It throws "unable to process your request" errors and mysteriously closes tickets (SR000038A2QH) as "Proactive INACT" without anyone ever fixing the issue. absolute scam to treat paying customers this way. @reliancejio

    I tried calling the number shown in the Service Request tracker, but no one answered. Now the call button has disappeared, and I'm unable to reach customer care as well. Is this the level of after-sales service @JioCare provides to its customers? @TRAI

    @RelianceDigital U have such a crap service.Requested 4 duplicate Bill and I was asked to wait for 24 hrs to get bill on my email. Had I bought it from other e-commerce I could have downloaded my bill immediately. Ur @reliancejio service 2 is super crap which I will port soon.

    Hay @airtelindia improve your network in Vikhroli West or else give my refund want to port to @reliancejio asap. There are no way to connect with your support nothing is happening. I am not bagging I have paid money and I want better network not **** 💩 understood.

    @JioCare @jiocare worth of your service. Still not installed JioFiber! As I have received today sms installment of jiofiber but still not installed.i think I choose wrong network!!
