@reliancejio @JioCare internet speed is running very slow in last 1-2 weeks. WhatsApp takes 5-6 seconds to send a message. Chrome browser takes 20-25 seconds to open a page or does not open at all. Please fix this issue asap in our area. We suffering this issue past some weeks.

Chain of events @reliancejio team calls and offers @JioFiberVoice services. Sends a person, takes ID and asks to pay ~₹2500 as security. Money paid. Next day, another guy calls and says no Jio fiber service in area. Can’t install. Is this normal? @reliancejio

@JioCare I seen the service level of @reliancejio It can't get terrible than this. Wasted 2 whole days waiting for your installation guys to turn up who the whole day giving fake promises. Need my money back immediately. Hope that happens atleast fast #Jiodown @Airtel_Presence

I'm the first @reliancejio customer in my area.. but nowadays jio services are degrading day by day.. I'm unable to make outgoing & incoming calls. Called 5-6 times @JioCare but till now no resolution provided. Totally unsatisfied & frustrated by @reliancejio services.
