    @JioCare Thanks for responding back. I'm wondering what kind of investigation is going on..since it's been almost 4 weeks now since I had shares the details to jio care and had multiple calls with customer care..and yet I get the same one liner response

    @TRAI - Could you please help as people are been made fool by JIO team and then neither their customer care nor their Appellate is concerned for replying the legitimate issues. @reliancejio @JioCare just uses sugar candy statements which don't help.

    @JioCare I have not received any call. I don't want any service. Kindly refund my amount that I paid for a month's recharge as @reliancejio was not able to provide internet

    SR000017FllW is the service n# and the sale guy you got gives wrong information stating that if we cancel the refund will be done immediately.. they tech team is yet to come to my place n fix the wifi n they telling me it will take 25 fkng days for my ******* refund? @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Did your Appellate team stopped responding to the customer concerns raised? Your executives are free to cheat customers by providing false information as they know the issue will not be heard.
