  Borivali's jio fibre @JioCare is the number one corrupt one they ask for extra money and when not given they will just forward our services every other day if the service is so worse in city like mumbai I don't know what will jio provide in future to other cities @reliancejio

  @JioCare Here’s a free, casual X post version: Shared all the details in DM 3 days ago and still no fix. Just keep getting “backend will check and update” with zero progress. Almost 50 days now, bills keep generating but no vouchers for the money I paid. Need my refund ASAP. @JioCare

  @JioCare Thank you for the update. However, this issue has already been pending for 3 days despite multiple complaints and repeated assurances that it would be resolved “today” or “tomorrow.” Please ensure that the engineer actually visits and resolves the issue this time.

  @JioCare @JioCare I clearly asked not to close my request without resolution, but it was closed without contacting or confirming with me. The issue persists with frequent internet disconnections and a red light on the router. Please reopen my request and resolve it permanently.

  @JioCare I had a talk with your advisor, and they clearly told ‘There is no such policy’. So I have decided to lodge a legal consumer forum complaint for this loophole from such a big company. We are billed full amount yet not refunded / extended for disrupted days.
