    Hello! Greetings! I’m from Morbi, Gujarat, and I’ve been here for the past month. I use a Jio SIM, but the network connectivity here is very poor. Even after recharging a data pack, I’m unable to use it, which is really frustrating. @reliancejio @jiocareindia @JioCare

    @JioCare It's not about today I experienced an internet issue. I am facing this full month. When trying to call customer support it's not connecting. What kind of service you provide. Taking the full bill amount without any excuse and what I get is an internet connection issue, low speed.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Internet not working and your technician falsely marked “no one available at home.” This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Paying customerdeserve better service, not false updates. Resolve this ASAP or I will be forced to escalate further
