@JioCare @DoT_India @drvsharma99 Now a days every customer numbers is not reachable by jio..... The service provider is telling there is fault in service they are providing a big round of applause for this acceptance. @JioCare Check out my profile i too had same complaint.

At least @Airtel_Presence is responding to your post but @JioCare @reliancejio will completely ignore the complaint. Think before you do. Spare some time to @Airtel_Presence to help you out there.

@reliancejio hello Jio. I paid 2500rs for the connection along with setup box. As I didn't want the connection with setup box, I just requested to cancel this order some 1month back. I am still waiting someone should visit and take the router and setup box and refund my money.

I have raised for fix complaint, no one came for week time to fix, raised disconnection request, person came to pickup their devices after 15 days of repeated follows. Still I don't know when I can get the refund of my deposited money
