@JioCare The network connection in my area is very weak. I am not able to use net services on mobile right now and yes do try to improve ur jio helpline. It's always busy or out of range. Please do Something about this. Else the Airtel store is not far from my place

@reliancejio ordered #JioFiber 2 days ago (sunday). As per the representative the installation was supposed to be done on 11AM - 25th apr. Since then all I get is rescheduled slot for every 2 hrs with no resolution from customer care. @JioCare Please resolve it ASAP.

It is linked to our bank account and prepaid plan doesn't work in J&K. So, if this can't be done, then plz clarify so that we port to another service provider in time. (2/2)
