    @JioCare Service Request Number SR000018H16P since 21-Jan, internet connection is down, like a fool calling your CC, every time they reschedule engineer visit which never happened. Last i came to know that society didn't permit engineer to visit which is false.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Poor customer support by executive @JioCare. Please call me asap. My issue is not resolve. Internet speed coming as 9-10Mbps with pkan of 300Mbps.

    @JioCare Obvious yes. The internet is not working. You don’t have to request, but rather allocate an engineer asap.

    @TRAI Facing slow Internet in my location since 2019 and frequently complaining to both of the @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence. Still no action taken. They're looting us huge money in recharge without providing service.
