    @reliancejio I am waiting for a call back for a week now. Your services at 176061 are very pathetic. I would advice that you close your business here and let other players takeover. Jio in customer service is a nightmare.

    @JioCare Are you joking guys @reliancejio . It's been days now. The UPC code is to be expired by the evening. Still u guys haven't delivered the SIM. Pathetic service by JIO. Pathetic service by jio store also which is at my hometown. They took the OTP and not provided the service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I applied to port my sim from VI TO jio and the jio officials were asking for the delivery code on the phone call while jio in a SMS warned me not to give the same. Bt the official was sying that he will cancel the order it not done. No. was 7018985081(HP)

    @airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @JioCare LMAO initially I had Jio fiber - due to bad service no customer support switched to Excitel. Same with Excitel now switched to Airtel. Now seeking to change again.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, It's been more than 10 days since I completed payment for my Jio AirFiber connection, yet the installation is still pending. No proper update has been provided, and now I'm being asked to pay additional installation charges, which were never communicated earlier.

    @JioCare ​Frequent internet outages for the past 1 month. Engineers visit, blame the building junction box, and say "another team will fix it." How long will this pass-the-buck game go on? Does jio not have enough staff? Jio don't care about customer issues.(SR000037BBXF)

    Dear Jio Team, Jio internet speed in our area (Dulalpur, Payrachali, Purulia, PIN-723131) is very slow, and 5G coverage is almost unavailable. Please look into the issue and improve the network service as soon as possible. @JioCare @jio #Purulia #manbazar @reliancejio

    @sarvagyadixit @JioCare @reliancejio service has been disappointing for the past years. Complaints keep getting rescheduled from the backend, as they divert the assigned engineers to new connection installation instead of resolving existing complaints in their bucket.

    @JioCare Yesterday, during KYC, the service agent assured me that installation would be completed within 24 hours. Today, I was informed that the connection update has not been approved by the Jodhpur manager and installation has been delayed until tomorrow. I need immediate installation
