  @airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

  @reliancejio @JioCare I applied to port my sim from VI TO jio and the jio officials were asking for the delivery code on the phone call while jio in a SMS warned me not to give the same. Bt the official was sying that he will cancel the order it not done. No. was 7018985081(HP)

  @JioCare Are you joking guys @reliancejio . It's been days now. The UPC code is to be expired by the evening. Still u guys haven't delivered the SIM. Pathetic service by JIO. Pathetic service by jio store also which is at my hometown. They took the OTP and not provided the service.

  It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

  In jio server. When i contacted Jio care for this, they also agreed error happens on jio side while activating prime. But after that they closed my service request and didn't solved my issue. I paid extra money for prime plan on jio. Worst service by jio @reliancejio @JioCare

  @reliancejio @JioCare I’ve called customer support repeatedly. I’ve raised the complaint. I’ve tweeted. @JioCare has replied. And after all that, the answer is essentially: “Our system won’t let us tell you when the engineer is coming.” That is not a resolution.

  @JioCare Pathetic service. Internet down for 5 days and I can't even connect to ur agent because ivr does not allow. Because if there is a fiber cut and if there is a fiber cut, they diable customer connect to an agent. what kind of service is this
