    @reliancejio So many users of Jio is facing network issues. So many people has port there number from Jio to other cellular network. But we wish to continue with Jio. We want solution on this problem. We are located in Mahavir Nagar, Purna 431511 Landmark- Dr. Ambedkar Chowk

    @reliancejio @ril_foundation Beyond pathetic service. Don't go for the connection. They only make tall claims but if you ever fave an issue they could careess to resolve the same . I am having an issue since may 24th for my connection and the same has yet to be resolved.And tney have taken money till 30/6/21

    @JioCare @Suraj32230346 Beyond pathetic service. Don't go for the connection. They only make tall claims but if you ever fave an issue they could careess to resolve the same . I am having an issue since may 24th for my connection and the same has yet to be resolved.And tney have taken money till 30/6/21

    @Airtel_Presence Concern?? I am in and out of airtel network from past 10yrs... everytime i hope tat it wud have improved.. but always disspointed.. i came back to airtel from @reliancejio but i think i shld go back to it.. u cant do anything... some companies never work no matter what they do..

    I have 2 Jio fiber internet connections and no idea if there is a dedicated helpline number to address customers' issues. @jiocare at least provide a helpline number to your customers. Is it too much to ask for?

    @JioCare @reliancejio if required I will recharge n use the service, otherwise I don’t. Thanks for informing once. U guys simply calling me n bothering irritates me. Receiving call from +91 821-7861841 every day. Try to avoid this.

    @reliancejio @JioCare when add additional #Spectrum purchase to apply on karnal Haryana 132001..still very poor indoor coverage and only one signal bar shown... This is your #5G Dream still #4G not working good so far....

    @JioCare useless customer support. Waited 24 hrs to fix the internet problem and within 2 hrs it has gone again. Now make fresh compliant and wait another 24 hours to get it resolved. Shame on you.

    @reliancejio @ril_foundation These freebies are not required for,pls refer the attached speed test performed in different sites. i am facing this network congestion since march 2020 onwards , from then I have raised multiple complaints so far @ diff level. the one which is being reviewed now is SR000014TN77
