    @reliancejio very bad service. Very disappoint about service. We have taken fully unlimited Rs. 24000/- plan per year but everyday problem. Very bad service.

    Hey @reliancejio thanks a lot for the horrible experience. I had been using jio since the time jio was available only on Lyf mobile. Why can't you install a tower at our locality. I am fed up with you. I had given complaints many times. But seems you don't care for us anymore.

    @JioCare When should I expect the service back and how the validity is going to adjust? Did Jio promise uninterrupted service and tech support or its upto customer to get trapped in the name of 1 month free connection which ideally it is not?

    @JioCare Tried reaching customer care through MyJio app but no support. If Jio is unable to provide service why Jio is deducting 1k in the name of installation? And if no support is there from Jio for providing uninterrupted service why I am expected to accept Jio tnc?
