  @JioCare Still I'm not getting any calls for installation...this is totally frustrated, i have paid already for a year, otherwise I would have moved to different network provider.

  @TRAI @JioCare 4/7 Despite clearly requesting closure, my service request was recorded as: “RELOCATION NOT WILLING TO SHARE ADD” How is this even related to my request? I never asked for relocation and never refused to share an address.

  AirFiber has been terrible & there’s no way I can get to talk to a human. Local reps are useless, they won’t move until I raise an official complaint. Your app shows no way to raise a ticket, the call menu is useless. Find a way, fix it today or im switching @JioCare @reliancejio

  @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Stay away from Jio at all costs. Once they take your money, it will be you only who will get exhausted. I have faced this during my connection cancellation as well. Raise a consumer forum complaint
