@JioCare please assign someone to repair my jio fiber...I have contacted customer care but have got only automated replies which haven't yet assigned a technician or a time and date of repair.

@JioFibre @reliancejio...I have called several times but no answer by customer care. Call get disconnected and I have not received any call. I will not use jiofibre.

@JioCare I am unable to watch prime video on Jio fiber, tried to connect you through live chat but got no solution. Your customer care service is worst. I have 6 jio sims and 1 Jio fiber connection of 999 per month. Now I am switching to @airtelindia
