    @reliancejio So many users of Jio is facing network issues. So many people has port there number from Jio to other cellular network. But we wish to continue with Jio. We want solution on this problem. We are located in Mahavir Nagar, Purna 431511 Landmark- Dr. Ambedkar Chowk

    @JioCare JioFiber complaint 13 August SR00002NEE0A was resolved only on 19 August after an unacceptable delay. Unfortunately, the service failed again, raised a new complaint on 27 August (SR00003F780R). It is still unresolved, and your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.

    @JioCare there is no internet connectivity since 28August. I’ve raised multiple complaints but nobody is taking them seriously. No resolution whatsoever. Pathetic service
