But these scoundrels know that the uncertainty and time it takes in courts will prevent people from approaching. They CANNOT have a policy whereby they charge for service not provided.

Sr. number SR00001CD3UN not resolved from past 3 days, unable to work from home and I thought switching to Jio Fiber @JioCare will give me better service than @BSNLCorporate but I was completely wrong. Going to cancel my plan and switching back to BSNl service. #JioFiber #bsnl
