    @reliancejio @JioCare ******* bad service, Your every executive is only wasted customer's time, they ask for the same problem again and again but don't know how to solve that problem. I'm using jio from log time but now I have to port my number. Very disappointed.

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001DYIV5 for your JioFiber connection, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 2022-09-20:17:30:00. Just receiving these messages but nothing in reality is happening, it's 4 days over

    Have a look, how worst is Jiofiber' services. On 9th Sept wire to my house got broke. And still not got resolved yet. Engineers in my area are useless. They only want salary while sleeping. Wake them up @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber #Jio

    @reliancejio @JioMart Hi, i have applied for jio fiber and make the payment on 9th of September but still I have not get the connection. Whenever I am calling to customer care they are saying that we will provide the solution but from 11 days i am waiting for update My connection I'd: NO0000MUARMS

    @JioCare As of no solution has been done against my issue...still i am unable to make calls or use jio internet... Support team suggested more 10 days to resolve.. who is responsible for loss of business time and money.. you people forced us to PORT to other network.. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio recently i am shifting in Gomti Nagar Lucknow Uttar Pradesh and the network is fluctuating sometimes the network bar is dropped to 1, plaese solve the network issue.Due to bad network it affects my study.

    @JioCare My registered jio postpaid mobile number is 7405557914 and same number is my user id to logged in to amazon app. But when i login it shows my Amazon prime subscription status is cancelled, plz find attached screenshot which clearly shows that i have used correct login credentials
