    Your technician did I can do —reset and router and went away and had the worst attitude in history this was the 2nd time th same thing has happened he was here for 10 min maximum, about the frequent timeouts he said only you are getting this issue @JioCare you guys are scammers

    @JioCare Jio Air fiber no-06853313560 and Mob no-7008901954. Service interruption since yesterday afternoon at 3pm. No response from local authority and customer service. Try for quick Restoration.

    @JioCare @JioCare No Internet since 5-May and still no resolution despite multiple complaints, escalations, and rescheduled visits. Extremely disappointed with the service handling. Escalating this further to Appellate Authority and @TRAI if not resolved immediately.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber I applied for relocation of Jio Fiber WiFi connection and made the payment in advance. Later on,team informed me that they are unable to provide service in my area. If the service cannot be provided, the refund should be processed immediately.
