@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice this team is totally unresponsive and taking the customer on grant. I have jio fiber connection, had some issues which isn't getting solved from past week, providing zero solution and zero support staff and still showing rude behaviour.

@JioCare very worst serviynot picking my uninstallation from last 20 days always rescheduling and giving reason that they couldn’t contact me don’t expect this from jio I am complaining all day but till today no resolution no call from twitter support…. Shame…….

Now they saying sir there is issue in your area dont know how many days it will take But ik all around my home they have connections If they knew this gonna happen why they collected costs. Seriously I suggest no one please don't book jio fiber @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio After porting from Vi to jio ,Have been facing worst ever service from start/ Launch of Cellular service in India ..no action ,only assurance through assistance service....Terrible experience of cellular service.

Worst customer service : Jio fiber As soon as you book jio fiber they come to your home verify adress create account and collect charges and tell you they will come 2-3 days and install fiber but reality is he is not picking up my calls from 1 week.. @JioCare @reliancejio

I made complaint on 07Dec21 to @JioCare. my email is linked with a mobile that is not belong to me and being used in J&K. Jio assured me to do the needful but no action despite repeated reminders. Very unprofessional attitude from JIO and security risk. @TRAI

@JioFibre @JioCare they give permission to support team for disconnect to customer, but not giving relocation option. That's why I'm cancel my jiofibre connection. And also I'm very lucky person, because I taking monthly subscription. If I'm taking yearly, now im loss the money..
