    @JioCare @jiocare service request rescheduling is happening from past 10 days and multiple service requests closed without resolution and never attempted to solve. Im raising concern on service req from past 3 days in x. visit scheduled at 8pm and again it will reschedule to tomorrow.

    Dear JIO, your network has become extremely poor. The internet is barely working, and this has become a daily issue. My work keeps getting disrupted because of these frequent outages. Please resolve this as soon as possible. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare From attending to issues in a matter of hours to canceling or resolving issues without actual resolution, Jio Fiber has come a long way. Keep degrading and reach the level of ACT when it comes to poor service. No call yet even when I requested a call from customer service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst ever customer service on jio home fibre, it is absolute harassment actually. Never ever have I ever seen such agony that we have had to go through with no accountability from Jio. Jio number 01243548028
