@JioCare My JioFiber has been down since this morning (30 July). Resolution time was changed from 2 PM to 5 PM, and now to 31 July.I recharged today but couldn't use the service.I want to disconnect my JioFiber and receive a full refund. Please resolve this immediately.

@JioCare Home delivery of SIM is the most pathetic service by Jio. I did selfcare KYC through their online portal but it's been more than 24 hours money deducted but no confirmation from their side whether my KYC is approved or not and no delivery date given yet.

I filed my first network-related complaint on June 6th and was assured a resolution within a certain timeframe. I complained again on June 21st, followed by another complaint on July 10th, and the latest one today. Yet, all I got was a waste of time. @JioCare (1/2)

@reliancejio @reliancejio my message stayed pending despite having network coverage. If this is your 5G service, it is unacceptable. And if the phone is connected to 4G, the experience is no better. Surprisingly, other operators provide much more stable and reliable service in my area.
