    @JioCare Your guy is not interested in changing the adapter which he was saying it is having the issue.He refused to replace it without any cost in an arrogant tone, so I am not interested in continuing with the problematic #JioAirFiber service,this month would be the last month with Jio.

    @JioCare I want to close my Jio AirFiber account, but your support is completely unresponsive. I’ve tried calling, WhatsApp, and email - no reply anywhere. Is this how you treat customers? This is unacceptable. I need immediate action.

    @jiocare @jio_fiber @_reliancejio PExtremely frustrated with JioFiber service. Despite multiple follow-ups via calls & emails, there is no response from your team. Service request is closed automatically even no engineer assigned, and the service remains unusable.

    @JioCare ridiculous service i have paid 706 rupees for a monthly wifi connection and now they have disconnected it after 20 days saying u need to pay more 478 rupees to resume ur connection How does this make sense
