@JioCare I've been hearing "we've noted your feedback" for a long time now, but nothing ever changes. Users don't need another acknowledgmen we need action. Please stop giving generic responses and give us a real update or timeline. Until then, this is just empty customer support.

my number which was disconnected because of no recharge and i called @JioCare for same around 2 weeks ago and they mentioned due to system issues they can’t provide activation code and now they said time it can’t be activated now it’s fraud to customer @TRAI @reliancejio please !

@JioCare @reliancejio Sir it's a humble request please please please take me out of internet blackout and jio mobile blackout from my home. Paise badhane hai to badha lo par har 15 days ka yeh black out band karo. 24 ghante ho gaye par koi sunvai nahi hai.
