@reliancejio @JioCare its not even a month I took JIO FIBER,facing so much issues that I had to cancel the connection.Customer service I'm getting is pathetic. I am not having internet connection since last Wednesday but till now, Saturday 12.24PM no one paid any visit to check.

@reliancejio @reliancejio if jion cant solve customer network isses in 2 years ans still they are working on issue then this is worst example of mismgmt. Jio must provide quality service as customer is paying money for it. Trai should define reliable services.

@reliancejio Sir still 4G signals/infrastructure are not good . You are talking about 5G. I request you to improve 4G first. Other wise you can say 5G is for selected cities. Also the customer service has to be improve. @jiocare , @reliancegroup
