I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

How can I get a refund if the network doesn't perform well? We took a 1Gbps connection so that I could work from home and it doesn't work and has very high latency. @reliancejio @JioCare our emails are not replied to. The 4 of your technicians have already checked.

@reliancejio I have another number of jio. I bought 30GB Data vouchers. I'm sorry to say it's not working. Also in general speed is so poor I'm thinking of switching to Airtel, as on my other phone, it's giving best I'm feeling harrassed inspire of buying additional data vouchers
