The other sim i have is @reliancejio which is a 100* better on everything i also took Airtel Platinum plan (hoping things'd improve) as a postpaid customer and never in my life I've had faced such issues also y'all should be charged for false advertising ! (2/2)

@JioCare I have replied you with the details but no action has been taken from your side. Customer care is disconnecting calls. Jio can be compared with local train and Airtel as Emirates.
