    @reliancejio last few month in jamnagar green city and gidc phase 2 area no proper coverage and data speed given by jio ...i was complaint against them but no solution..... Wrost service in dhirubhais old village..... Call drop issue regular... No proper call.

    @JioCare @reliancejio -In my area 361005 speed is very low -even much time video can't be played -I complaint it from last 2 to 3 years but no positive work towards this problem by ur technical team -in my family we have total 5 jio sim -i think now i have to go with "leagal way"

    @JioCare If you are checking my account also check how many complains i registered for the network issue. That time i used a proper physical sim. I recently change my mobile and problem remain same in both mobile.

    @JioCare I got a call from delivery guy saying he will deliver the SIM only if I pay him Rs.100... he dint turn up yet..looks like JIO service is all mess from booking to delivery ! Pathetic JIO.. regret making payment to this fraud company.

    @JioCare My Internet bill is surprisingly came more than every month. I tried to connect to customer care and it’s been over 15 mins waiting to speak to one person who can answer my question?? But all I get is music…such a pathetic service…they will not wait one day if you delay payment, but when coming to service it’s worse than the worst…

    @JioCare Yes, esim is activated in my mobile but it was activated 15 days before to till today before that i used an physical sim and the problem still remains the same. Even my wife is using jio sim in another brand mobile and having same problem.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointing service from you . Paying for a 150 Mbps plan but barely getting 2 Mbps in my area. This goes beyond “network fluctuation” — it’s unacceptable service quality. Kindly resolve this urgently or take accountability for misleading commitment
