    @JioCare 's internet speed is perpetually so slow that its frustrating. Each time I troubleshoot through the MyJio app - it says there's network congestion and I should use my phone "at a different location". Why should I change location - network speed sudharo na!

    @reliancejio @JioCare In MyJio app, the bot troubleshoots the poor Internet speed issue and says that though my area has great signal strength but due to many users accessing the internet at the same time, the internet speed is slow. #slowInternet #Jio #NeedSupport

    @JioCare I have jio fiber connection and I want to add my printer to to the router for that I need user name as password.. But the customer support is saying you cannot add? I don't know why am not getting access to my router which I have purchased!! #Jio #JioFiber
