@AdeParimal @reliancejio Please don't depend on customer care. Just contact the person who setup your connection. They will give the contact of the one who is responsible for your area. I was constantly calling customer care for 10 days but no action. Called area technician and fixed in 20 minutes.

Very poor service Provide by @reliancejio @JioSanjay, I am suffering with last 3 months on the same. There customers care is worse not providing proper support and there senior is more worsening. I have getting so much disappointed with the team and getting losses in the business

@Airtel_Presence Its been three months no one hearing the issue from Airtel. Unable to contact customer care from 121 or 198.. its better to switch @reliancejio waiting for 90 days to complete.... @airtelindia

@JioCare It happened two times, I am old customer of jio in my street, my connection comes in 1st-2nd place, but to please new customer jio complaint person disconnected mine and it is now 4 days they ignored my complaint, from last 2 times they have same thing, and dishonoring..

@iamatulkansal When calling on customer support they are disconnecting the calls without giving any resolution, from last 2 visits I have to pay the technician to do service at my location I want justification on this issue and get this resolved as soon as possible. @JioCare

To be honest from last 5 days they are saying that the issue will get resolved and sending canned responses to me on regular basis but for last 5 days issue is not resolved. @JioCare @reliancejio
