  @JioCare @reliancejio Its been 12 days & no technician has visited here yet. Booked STB on 27th Jan & nobody cares. Ive been kept calling customer care & still no solution. Now in the last two days no reschedule. Job nice Jio and their team to provide such the worst service ever.

  @JioCare I am using jio sim 8921698548. Internet access was fast till January 2023 from my phone. Now the service has become worse so that I cannot ever recharge my other sim fron Myjio app Have checked the phone settings. This is my second complaint
