    @JioCare @reliancejio WORST DECISION EVER to install Jio AirFiber!Installed on 24th Aug, A/C: 101480123340 - DEAD since Day 1. Not a single minute of internet App is useless, NO option to raise complaint. Customer care number is a JOKE, no email reply, no chat support.

    @JioCare You asked for the order number and I’ve sent you that long back and haven’t received any response. Now you want a contact number? How exactly are you going to bring a resolution using a contact number

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been completely non-functional since 22 August at approximately 1 PM. Complaint SR00003ERLIZ was raised then and was closed by Jio on 24 August at 4:20 PM without the fault being rectified. I subsequently raised two more complaints today.
