    I got worst experience with @reliancejio. My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.

    @JioCare I’ve been facing internet issues for months. You'll confirmed there’s a problem in my area and assured me it’s being fixed. You’re charging the full plan amount while providing little more than calling services. @TRAI - Please look into it.

    @JioCare 4 days, same promise, no resolution. Every day the request is rescheduled. What’s the point of tracking it if you keep changing the date? Extremely poor customer support. Please stop making promises and actually resolve the issue.
