    @JioCare @JioCare every time field engineer says will be on-site in one hour, so leave this crap of Technical reasons, the only reason is INCOMPETENCE !!

    Also, for context - I’ve been a Jio customer for the past 3 years. Never expected this kind of experience. When a company takes payment, picks up the device, and then goes completely silent- it’s not just delay, it’s poor accountability. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio True 5G is extremely slow in Bhulki Domohana, Uttar Dinajpur, WB - 733215. This issue has continued for 4 days. Please fix it urgently. We are paying for 5G but not getting proper service. #Jio #Jio5G
