@JioCare Same thing they have been telling us. May I please know the approximate date and time. And the very important thing I would like to tell as a feedback if any Engineer is visiting to customers place you should take the feedback from customer wheather the problem is resolved or not

@reliancejio @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima Your staff live with the problem instead of rectifying it !!! 1499 plan has Amazon prime inclusive with it. Your staff blatantly say to purchase Amazon prime seperately causing double billing. Is this the way Jio makes profits ? Sick of u :(

@JioCare My Sim card network is not showing any network service so i went to jio store bit my number is registered in my mother's documents so i again took all documents with my mother but during ekyc facing error that data was not matching...why data is not validate

@JioCare I have attached message screenshot of your team who rescheduled installation by its own without my concern so now Jio is provide such a pathetic and fraud service. I have installed jio wifi in my shop as well so now I remove that connection also.
