@reliancejio @JioCare when your executive do not have resolution to the query raised, they simply disconnect the call silently after putting on hold. Is this the way u treat your customers ?

@JioCare @reliancejio I'm porting out from JIO to Airtel coz I'm not getting service properly but your executive called me and told they are going to visit my place and resolve the issue but no one visited hence I'm going to give port code to Airtel today n changing to Airtel.

@JioCare Hey Jio, It's really sad that I have to complain even before your service starts. Took Jio Fiber connection yesterday. POS person told connection would be activated in 2 hrs. Appointment was scheduled yesterday evening, I was waiting no none turns up.
