@JioCare Hello I don't have broadband connectivity from last evng. I raised service request and got Info that it ll be fixed today night only. So Why should I pay for one day which I haven't used. I want validity to be extended by one day for unused period.

@reliancejio my internet has not been restored yet. It’s been almost 48 hours since our internet has not been working. Despite innumerable complaints we have no internet. Every 15 - 20 days there is problem with the internet and no action is taken for 2 - 3 days. Disgusted.

@JioCare I purchased a Jiofi from one of your stores. The executive their said that his system is down & bill cannot be generated. He assured that invoice will be emailed to me. It’s been 3 days & the store people are still not sharing the invoice copy. Please help.

@reliancejio @TheDigiboxx Very bad behaviour by engineer of the compant cant expect this bad and irresponsible behaviour from jio with this jio is loosing there trust in coatomers . My yesterday service request SR00001BY7JN is not processed and they generated new request today again
