Due to poor network in our area lot's of @reliancejio customer is port their sim in other companies and now i am also thinking to change in @airtelindia because Airtel is best right now.

@JioCare Hasan I've already received the welcome offer. When I search for operators I see Jio 5G, when I click to register it does not register on the 5G network. I've tried it in many locations in the city, it just doesn't connect. Others at least connect and disconnect.

Asking about visit. The account number was given and confirmed for the Kolkata place. How goofed up are your systems? And now no response on this and typical customer service answers . Moving onto @reliancejio might be better
