Sufan (@Sufan0001) reportedRaised a JioFiber service request. Technician fixed it & left. 1 hour later, while I was at Friday prayers, he called for an OTP. Since I couldn't answer, he ILLEGALLY changed my RMN to his own just to bypass the OTP! A blatant security breach. @JioCare @reliancejio
