Hi, running out of patience now. Will wait till today noon. If my home WiFi problem doesn't get rectified (it's 4 days now),then will have no choice but to shift to another service provider. Gave a lot of time to Jio. @JioCare

@JioCare JioFiber has been down since 9 July. Your engineer finally came today after 4 days, only after continuous chasing since morning. He arrived around 3 PM and was watching Instagram Reels instead of fixing the issue. Fix this on priority. SR00002M10F0

@GauravGupta3786 @reliancejio “with my IR plan” is the key. Jio sucks without an IR plan as you won’t even get any bars. Airtel at least gives you bars, and until last year, they gave free incoming SMS too without any plan. I trust Airtel to have network in areas in China where even my HK SIM doesn’t get.

Very bad experience with JioHome AirFiber service! After paying ₹1,200 for relocation, there has been absolutely no contact or support for the last 5 days. No one is connecting me with the concerned team or providing a proper update. Extremely disappointing service! @JioCare

@JioCare convenient excuse for your operational failures. This is nothing but pathetic customer service. Taking customers' money first and then making them chase your support team for basic updates is completely unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill the delivery timelines you advertise,
