    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare expected better service from you. Too poor customer service. Just do one thing check the retailer in whose inventory this sim is updated and block that retailer as he is giving sim to scammers and they are scamming us

    I've been getting the same assurances for nearly 2 months. Cancel the order and provide a full refund. I no longer wish to continue with this endless cycle of false updates and template responses. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare The 3rd scheduled slot (10–11 AM today) has also passed without any contact or visit from the assigned engineer. My complaint was raised yesterday at 11:03 AM and the connection has now been down for more than 24 hours.

    @ACTFibernet What is the ETA? I have been using ACT for more than 10 years and looks like support has degraded to lowest these days. Let me know if you can fix it or will go for @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare. You need 8 days to fix the issue?

    @JioCare I would like to discontinue my Jio AirFiber connection due to consistently poor internet service. For more than 20 days in every month, I have been facing frequent connectivity issues and service disruptions, which have significantly affected my work and daily activities
