    @JioCare What is the use of sharing number when it is just formality and end result is zero. Ask your team to look into region i have mentioned and do online upi payment using 5G in different circles it will fail many times due to instability.

    @JioCare This is still not solved since last 5 days. Why should not be a refund from prepaid amount for the days Jio could not provide internet to me? When I ask their support team they say that there is no provision for this. What is wrong here? @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare It is working well on other network provider. It seems Jio has slow connectivity to the server external to India

    @reliancejio I am everyday same SMS and WhatsApp message that “connectivity in area is please run diagnostic to troubleshoot any issue” please stop these messages it’s irritating

    @JioCare Jio Has More Spectrum Then Other Telecom Operators Then Why The Company Is Not Utilising It? If There Are More Users Using Internet At Same Time Then You Need To Increase Your Network Capacity By Installing New Towers Every User Is Paying You Amount @JioCare @reliancejio
