    @0xabhith @reliancejio @JioCare Yeah they will do that only. I will recommend dont use, they are completely liars. I have ordered a cancellation and they are ghosting me and minting my money only. Such a shame that they called themself in the biggest telecommunications service.

    @shailesh_gore @HathwayBrdband Terminate their services and look for alternate service provider. I did same and opted for @reliancejio and very happy even with 30mbps plan.

    @JioCare The issue is still not resolved. No engineer has come so far and it's almost 6PM. Your team is all of big mouth promises but have the worst service team. No basic courtesy to even call the customer and inform the TAT. I repeat, no engineer visited the site so far. Liars.

    @JioCare He said it'll be done in two hours and it's been more than 36 hours and he isn't lifting my call. I tried calling the customer service and dint find a solution. This is my order number NO0000N3ZF9P which was sent by the customer service with the installation time mentioned as 1pm

    @JioCare After following up with the customer service team, they said it'll be done for sure. When the installation time is up, i tried calling them again and no proper response. This is so annoying. When you can't provide the service, you should mention it before I pay the money.

    @JioCare one of the worst customer care numbers It's never given an option for the router problem. Always put in computer voice no executive available to listen. Now the problem with the router, whom to contact? Or cancel the subscription as your person advice
