    Dear @JioCare Forget 5G—even 4G barely works in our area. Calls frequently drop, mobile data is extremely slow, and the network quality is very poor despite paying for regular recharges.Please look into this issue and improve the network coverage in our area as soon as possible.

    @JioCare I’ve called your customer care 25–30 times in the last 11 days. Every single call ends with the same line: “Technical glitch, our backend team is fixing it.” If nothing has changed in 11 days, at least stop repeating the same excuse. This is not customer support.

    @JioCare It’sa been 11 days since I raised the complaint, and my internet is still not working. Is this the level of service Jio provides to its customers? Please stop avoiding the issue and explain why it still hasn’t been resolved.
