    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing my Wifi Issues since may10th I am constantly tried to call many times and adherently they lied on my faces No technician reached my house neither came to check the condition My neighbour WiFi is working absolutely fine Only we are facing 🙏

    @JioCare if you ask for all info to troubleshoot, what is the use of the app? i hv shared the app screen results, only for recharging you have made such a heavy app? hv shown signal bars also/make the app give right info of analysis/it fakes all its results to fool cust& u ask more info

    @JioCare What do u mean by this? I was always available, don't put ur teams kaamchori and inefficiency blame on me! I dare u to show on update on the ticket from myside since day before yesterday evening, not raised a new ticket, never asked for a reschedule
