    @JioCare I don't understand why you are not understanding the problem. The GREEN LED is already showing but the wifi network is not showing in devices. Before replying atleast understand the problem

    @JioCare @JioCare the wifi goes down again yesterday only it was repaired after 10 days of continuous follow up, however again when it started raining it has stopped working pathetic

    From last 6 days I am facing network issue on my jio airfiber and I called the customer care everyday they are saying it will resolve within 4 hours but it's more than 6 days same issue I am facing and they are saying same. @reliancejio M****, solve the issue. fraud @JioCare

    @JioCare I was missed on recharge 1 & half month, one of the jio employee on call threatened so bad like i made a crime by not recharging my number... I want to share her number & Want jio to taken strong action her.... Sharing her number on dm

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Made a request for appointment 3 times again in last 10 days but your system automatically closed it showing resolved without any engineer showing up. What kind of pathetic behaviour and pathetic gimmick is this of harassing customers? No accountability on customer care as well
