    Nmste @JioCare I have got a 1year package done on my live number 9462932370. The net is running on my number, but no one gets a call or no call! Even after talking to CusterCare, no solution has been found yet. Please solve my problem 🙏 @JioCare

    I have recharged my Jio number on 04th April 2023 wrongly i did it through phone pe.Wrongly I opted for postpaid amount has deducted from my account but recharge not happen.Then I again do it with option of prepaid. Kindly resolve my issue. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare The internet is not working properly since 2 weeks, it automatically stops working without any reason, have to turn on and off the airplane mode so it can work, it does starts working, but only for an few minutes or something. I have to repeat the process between every 10 minutes

    @JioCare I continuosuly facing a low internet speed .(network problem always every within 10-15minutes is so slow) these problem facing many user in this areas . Jio network worse. Please grow up speed and solve the network issue in my area.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Total network shut down in Gondal town (Pin code 360311) (Dis. Rajkot, State Gujarat) from morning Users of Jio facing much difficulties during need of emergency service, communication, banking services (OTP transaction). Need to resolve ASAP.
