    Nmste @JioCare I have got a 1year package done on my live number 9462932370. The net is running on my number, but no one gets a call or no call! Even after talking to CusterCare, no solution has been found yet. Please solve my problem 🙏 @JioCare

    @JioCare as next language . And you don’t have technology to transfer calls , agent says they cannot transfer to English speaking agent . This is forcing me to go to another service provider . Very bad customer service . Closing the connection today .

    @JioCare network avlb but unable to make or rcv calls, data 🛑 When someone calls me, my phone shows as switched off. I work in a healthcare emergency team, so this issue is seriously affecting , I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer forum in court

    on 21/08/2026 they installed new jio air fibre 5447356274. From last 3 to 4 days my jio air fibre completely stops working, no one is coming to resolve the issue. Your customer care number always said that there is connectivity issues in your area, our engineers are @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia Jio services suck. My Jio broadband is down 2-3 days every month. Yet I pay the entire month bill. Its down from sat 1800h to now Monday 0900hrs. This feel so stupid and cheated ! .. Switching to airtel ASAP Non sense

    @JioCare I paid 4th of August, and it's the last of that month. To jio Home device is not installed. jio Installer was denied to install my area, and when I cancel order but I didn't get the money back.

    @JioCare are they really trained to handle the customer issues ? I had selected the language as English . But this is not working in your customer service calls . Every time it goes to different language . English , Hindi , Tamil , Bengali and not sure what will I hear
