    @JioCare It's green and there is no issue with the speed too when it's working. But it's giving general network failure once in a while, like every hour

    @JioCare Jio is trying manipulate the query from last 20days rather than focus on solution.Focus on try to improve quality of internet. This is sure from myside I will not pay this month Bill. @TRAI @BandBajaateRaho After complaint from last 20days problem is still not resolved by jio.

    @JioCare Can I have a time by when it will get resolved? The agent came to take order and payment well on time but for installation the customer needs to wait what kind of service is this? Let me know the process to cancle it and refund my amount this is disgusting service

    @JioCare Excellent performance by jio No resolution provided visit scheduled 15 times & service closed without visit again. Can u please at least arrange for termination of my connection & refund my money

    Dear jio team I am from dheakri tal Tuljapur dist osmanabad 413601 . I am facing call disconnection and internet weak signal issue from last three days . In my village nearly 1000 jio users facing same issues. Please resolve this immediately @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Still no reply!!!! I wonder are you guys really even bothered to provide any sort of service to the consumers,or just waiting for the bills to be paid so that @reliancejio generates the highest revenue and ultimately ambani ji becomes the richest person on this planet
