Multiple DMs to this account have been ignored. Now at the current time instead of fixing the cellular dead zone at my workplace now there is a cellular dead zone at my home also.

You can not use 10-12 GB data daily even if watching HD movie 24 hrs. In India data calculations is a fraud practice. My monthly data usage is around 40-45 GB/month while i always work with GB of genomic & Proteomics computational work.
