Repeatedly saying that the refund has been credited without providing any proof is not a resolution.

Kumar gautam (@gautam0031) reported@JioCare @JioCare Today, a technician finally came to check the Wi-Fi, and it turned out that the wire was simply cut at one point. He fixed it & started working within just two minutes. Yet it took 15 days to resolve such a simple issue. This is an absolutely terrible level of service.

However, they officially confirmed that range adjustment WILL NOT work and a NEW TOWER is mandatory to fix this 2-3 year-old issue for 1,500+ users.1/2
