    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001AY4GV for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 14-05-2022 : 13:00:00. Pending for more than 24 hrs, still no resolution, pls help

    @JioCare I registered the complaint regarding no internet in jiofiber early morning and got request id SR00001AYLXR, as firstly it was assigned 1PM, then 3PM and now 4PM as time is expanding but no resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had applied for a connection for my office and paid the money. 2ce the appointment of the technician was given and I went there and he did not turn up. Also no one is picking up the phone now. Kindly get the problem sorted or give a refund I'll get airtel

    @JioCare @TRAI The worst network I had seen in my life. From past two days I have been using 1.3Gb of my data out of 1.5Gb but it is still showing that u have used your 100% internet. This is just making fool of the people. Taking there hard earned money. Resolve my issue ASAP.

    Very poor service @reliancejio @JioCare ..We took jio fiber connection on 22 April and from the next day we are facing internet speed's issue we have called the dealer many times we have called the customer care many times..Nobody came to resolve our issue..Your service sucks

    @JioCare , @reliancejio It’s request to train your staff before Deploying at stores and Pls choose some professional staff .The staff at Jio mint street ,sowcarpet ,Chennai doesn’t have work knowledge and they talks so rudely with the customer .Worst experience ,poor service
