    @JioCare I am banging my head to get my Jio Fiber speed issue resolve but there is zero support from Jio. I pay for 500 Mbps plan but hardly get even 50 Mbps DL speed at 2.4 Ghz and 350 Mbps in 5 Ghz. Once your engineers visited but later they never turned up.

    @JioCare This is not a particular issue. Your call center already confirmed your complicated rules. I cannot use my account balance for sms on my base plan of ₹98. WTF? He says, you don't have sms pack. But there is no sms pack to recharge. And let me send sms from my top up balance..
