    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    SuchAworst network speed ever, unable to send a msg in WhatsApp @reliancejio.I'm facing this network speed issue from an year,i contacted ur feedback team stating my problem they simply said they will improve but nothing changed Ithink it's time to change my network @JioCare

    @JioCare Your 5G has been completely unusable in my area for days while 4G works fine. Despite repeated complaints, there’s still no resolution. Worse, your executive Deepa was constantly rude, dismissive, taunting and disrespectful instead of helping.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is happening again and again. Today there is no network coverage from Morning 7 AM to 6.05 PM. Thats 11 hours!. Need serious attention. Horrible !

    @JioCare Ishveen, what is the update on SR00003C5U11? By what time can I expect my refund today? Enough of fooling me by your team of they & support team is working will be resolved soon. Just come up openly that no refund for me rather than giving false hope. Enough of this bs

    @JioCare No response yet for the service request SR00003CPNPD. It's been 2 days we are facing internet issue , calls are disconnecting in every meeting . Why this air fibre is giving so much issues ? Can we go back to normal jio fibre id?

    @JioCare Your entire system is corrupt as there us no way to connect to customer service executive. Everything is automated & doesn't cater to customer's specific need. The internet is disrupted from ur end by last 24 hra & today when supposedly services are restored yet no internet

    @reliancejio @JioCare The service of jio is on a steady decline day by day. But from last 4-5 days, it is so bad that now I am just waiting for a day off to port to Airtel. I book cab to and from Botanical Garden Metro, and this area is a graveyard for Jio service. (1/2)

    @JioCare My internet has been down since 27th July,and despite multiple complaints, there's still no resolution. This is completely unacceptable. Days without service and no accountability from your team. Customers deserve better than endless delays and false assurances. #JioFi
