    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Orderer jio phone flipkart 6 Apr Order ID:OD437230967002142100 received a dead device on 12 Apr.Both of them avoid providing solution I think there is no return policy, it feels to me like Flipkart and Jio have deliberately delivered a dead phone to avoid responsibility.

    @JioCare @JioCare this was not resolved for the last 10 days no calls from the technician, i understand a service request is open but posting here for escalation as multiple service requests and orders raised and closed without resolution and 10 days of our business affected without con.

    @JioCare @JioCare, This issue has persisted for approximately 15 to 20 days. Could you please provide an estimated timeframe for its resolution? Despite the ongoing service concerns, full payment for services rendered is consistently processed each month.
