    @gmohanakrishnan @JioCare @UfterYou since it is a bill / invoice, as a policy, it should be sent to the email id of the customer for every billing cycle just like postpaid.

    @JioCare what an worst service right now you are providing at #SrinagarInternationalAirport, lot of network snags and also very weak network connectivity while calling unable to hear other persons voice and very worst internet speed. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE. @reliancejio.

    @JioCare I will continue to lambast you online for as long as you continue to promise to fulfill service requests and then not turn up and remove them in the middle of the night. I’ve raised another request this morning after you removed my last three. Such BS

    Pincode on my billing address is captured wrong, i called your customer care & raised complaint twice yet both the times the complaint was marked as resolved with no resolution given. Can’t rely on customer care any more as they repeat the same script over & over again. @JioCare

    @JioCare dear jio team I was prepaid user now I'm switched to jio postpaid 399 plan i got free subscription for Amazon prime, hotstar, and Netflix but I didn't get @JioSaavn subscription please help.
