    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Thank you for the substandard service i have received thus far. I have already raised a case requesting the cancellation of this connection. Given the complete lack of service reliability, I intend to have Jio Fiber disconnected from our premises entirely.

    @JioCare @JioCare For almost 3 months we only receiving the same copy-paste replies like “team is checking” and “please wait,” but the issue is still not fixed. Stop giving false assurances and provide an actual resolution instead of repeating the same scripted messages again and again.

    @JioCare - Absolutely unacceptable behavior from @JioCare. My postpaid services have been barred despite me clearing the entire outstanding bill. When I contacted customer care, I was shockingly told that my services will NOT be restored unless I set up an AutoPay mandate.

    Till now, neither has any technician visited nor has anyone contacted us. I never expected such poor service. Now I am planning to switch to another company’s Wi-Fi because Jio Fiber’s service is extremely disappointing. @JioCare @reliancejio
