    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    SuchAworst network speed ever, unable to send a msg in WhatsApp @reliancejio.I'm facing this network speed issue from an year,i contacted ur feedback team stating my problem they simply said they will improve but nothing changed Ithink it's time to change my network @JioCare

    @JioCare It's been 4 days and my JioFiber is still not working. I raised a service request and emailed multiple times,but only automated replies. First it was a Jio-side issue, now I'm told it's a local issue with no resolution. I'm paying for a service I can't use.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @jio_fiber There is no way someone can get a proper resolution using your app, it's just a chatbot with pre-configured responses. I tried calling the support number and the call got disconnected stating I already had a complaint raised. How will someone escalate the issue ?

    My JioFiber is not working. I requested to fix my problem but engineer comes and deny to solve my problem. Many engineers arrived and offer me to take airtel and other fiber connection. But didn't solve my problem. Please fix my problem. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio I am extremely disappointed with the service experience. My JioAirFiber Order ID NO0001ECTGWU was scheduled for installation on 01-Jul-2026 (6:45 PM - 8:45 PM) but it is still pending. Order ID: NO0001ECTGWU #JioAirFiber #CustomerService

    Jio WiFi has the worst internet service. The connection is very poor, and no one from customer support answers the phone. This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.@reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare You guys are useless,scamsters, fraudsters, hopeless people.I don't expect anything from you guys. One customer leaving Jio wouldn't affect you people. But I'm losing out on my office work,you guys will not understand. Pathetic people.I'm literally traumatized by this experience.
