Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic response for a slow internet speed ticket for technical assessed.He claims for a 150 mpbs plan you will get not more than 35 mpbs speed and that is the best.I paid for 150 mpbs. I am cheated. Can understand latency but this is not gap no way.

@JioCare SR000013UWBA | My JioFiber is down since yesterday afternoon. Engineer was to visit today between 11AM to 2PM,received confirmation SMS at 7AM in the morning. No one has yet called me, forget on visiting. And now timings are rescheduled for tomorrow without my knowledge

@JioCare I don't think anyone of your team worked on my complaint. Otherwise my problem would've been solved by now. It seems Jio doesn't take care of its customers seriously. Extremely disappointing. You will regret losing customers one day You don't even realise my importance & priority

@JioCare one of the worst customer care and service that I have ever experienced. Requested for relocation was advised to take a new connection. It was installed and failed the same day. Called installation engineers repeatedly they ignored my calls.@MukeshAmbanima please help
