    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    SuchAworst network speed ever, unable to send a msg in WhatsApp @reliancejio.I'm facing this network speed issue from an year,i contacted ur feedback team stating my problem they simply said they will improve but nothing changed Ithink it's time to change my network @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio id - 915223379330 and mobile no - 9910798258 Could you please open a service request to get engineer assigned , last time the service was restored after 5 days and app only keep changing the service restore time again and again which result in delay

    @JioCare It is very unfortunate that despite multiple follow-ups and repeated calls, no response has been received from Jio Customer Care regarding an important concern. Such lack of customer support from a reputed organization like Reliance Jio is disappointing.

    Many times I called technicians and customer care but hardly they visited. Customer care close complaints on their own without solving and visiting office. Why are not solving problem? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Fiber connection has been down since 22 April. Despite multiple complaints to customer care and escalation to appellate authority, the issue is still unresolved. No engineer visit, no resolution timeline given.This level of service is unacceptable.
