    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @MIB_India Jio Fiber is pathetic when it comes to service. I am using Fiber no +915513599839 and the service is down since last one month. Now they are saying that wire is coming from long distance and simply keep rescheduling visits Have paid till Feb 2027

    I booked Jio AirFiber at the Gangapur City Jio store on August 2nd; a representative named Pawan Bairwa processed the booking and collected the full payment, yet the AirFiber has not been installed so far. I was initially told it would be done on August 6th, but now they are saying it will be installed on August 8th. For such a major company, the service is appalling—Airtel would have been a better choice. Jio has been disappointing right from the start. I am attaching a screenshot of the payment. The request number provided to me is LR00001ELIW3, and the reference transaction ID is 2020080221045000029 / 0636121751279229. My mobile number is 8104022446. Ultimately, I want to know when this installation will take place—or if it will happen at all. @JioCare

    @JioCare my airfiber is doing my head in. Frequent disconnections , every 15 mins or so. Diagnostics shows no problems and had a very uninspiring call with customer care who i don't think understands the problem. This needs to be escalated to a service engineer asap.

    @JioCare @JioCare every time field engineer says will be on-site in one hour, so leave this crap of Technical reasons, the only reason is INCOMPETENCE !!

    @JioCare I don't want this kind of attitude from your on ground representative.I mean if you can't provide connection than why collect money from innocent consumer and then stop attending them. How is this ethical to cheat your customer?

    @JioCare If has been two days and the false assurance from the jio continues. No one is coming to fix the issue and no phone call and no technician visit nothing. Jio fibre is the worst service once could opt for. #workfromhome #help
