    SuchAworst network speed ever, unable to send a msg in WhatsApp @reliancejio.I'm facing this network speed issue from an year,i contacted ur feedback team stating my problem they simply said they will improve but nothing changed Ithink it's time to change my network @JioCare

    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    Idk why am I rechargin for @airtelindia data packs anymore. There's no network connection even in peak areas of Bangalore. Every normal call switches to wifi call. Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.

    @JioCare, what type of stupidity is going on. Why you are restricting the customer to connect to a customer care executive. First you disconnect the services without any intimation and then not allowing to register a complaint over phone.

Vileparle kalpavriksh sty, Sant Mukta bai road, Vileparle east, Mumbai. Why can’t u respond in detail here for last so many months on going issues?

    @JioCare There were already 2 Service Requests raised before, however, without any resolution all of them were closed.

    @JioCare I’ve been facing internet issues for months. You'll confirmed there’s a problem in my area and assured me it’s being fixed. You’re charging the full plan amount while providing little more than calling services. @TRAI - Please look into it.
