    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    SuchAworst network speed ever, unable to send a msg in WhatsApp @reliancejio.I'm facing this network speed issue from an year,i contacted ur feedback team stating my problem they simply said they will improve but nothing changed Ithink it's time to change my network @JioCare

    Hi @JioCare ​Shajapur local network team inspected our area (Village Mandlakhedi, 465337) and adjusted the Farad tower range. However, they officially confirmed that range adjustment WILL NOT work and a NEW TOWER is mandatory to fix this 2-3 year-old issue for 1,500+ users.1/2

    @JioCare Jio's 5G service is not available even in areas close to the district headquarters. Whenever I contact customer care, they give vague responses and keep saying that work is in progress at my site and that it will be completed very soon.

    Pathetic service, @JioCare! 😡 Since 9 PM, JioFiber, AirFiber & Jio mobile network have been completely down in Dhar (MP 454001). This isn’t the first time—your service has been unreliable for a long time. Completely unacceptable! #JioDown

    @JioCare @TRAI We are being told since the last 8 month that we are improving the network in your area, then why has it not been fixed yet and you are still saying that it will be fixed, meaning there is no fixed date by when it will be fixed, tell us a specific date

    @JioCare And when calling no one is picking the call. I have to say you service has been pathetic over the past few months. Seriously needs a lot of improvement.
