    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare My first AirFiber order was booked without proper P2B verification. I waited days with repeated assurances but no installation. Another Jio technician later checked P2B, found good signal, and raised a new order immediately. Please investigate this lapse. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare i have booked for jio home in 11th july and paid the amount 2222rs but installation is not done yet. And there is no way to see tha installation date. Neither there is a way to connect your customer care.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Absolutely rack less service providers, least bothered or concerned about subscribers. Operating with very small team strength that team is also frustrated and doesn’t know how to behave with customers. WiFi is unfortunately a necessity and exploited by thm

    Dear @JioCare, this is beyond unacceptable. I paid ₹1200 for JioAirFiber MAX on 06 July 2026 (Order ID: LR00001E6K87). Installation was scheduled for 07 July, yet even after multiple service requests (SR00003APGDH), repeated assurances, NCH complaint, Appellate Authority email
