    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    SuchAworst network speed ever, unable to send a msg in WhatsApp @reliancejio.I'm facing this network speed issue from an year,i contacted ur feedback team stating my problem they simply said they will improve but nothing changed Ithink it's time to change my network @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare i bought a phone in the US and have been using Jio eSim since 2 weeks. it was working fine until yesterday evening. i can't connect to your customer support and all they give me is chatbot. please help, i am stuck.

    @JioCare I’ve been facing landline activation issues for +91 22 3183 0871 since installing JioFiber on Aug 15. Raised multiple complaints & a technician visited, but voice service is still not working. ​Please resolve this on priority and share the ETA #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am happy that at least one of your representatives called me and took the responsibility to fix the issue. Yesterday she tried but it couldn't be possible so she will try today. I am happy for this. Appreciate the efforts by your repr Grace Jagannath

    @JioCare Why should I pay or recharge if you are not able to provide net service. This is deficiency in servyas per consumer act.
