    SuchAworst network speed ever, unable to send a msg in WhatsApp @reliancejio.I'm facing this network speed issue from an year,i contacted ur feedback team stating my problem they simply said they will improve but nothing changed Ithink it's time to change my network @JioCare

    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I have using jio sim in 3+ years and i have network related issu in last 3 years i complaint through many ways like jio app and call 198 then they said we will definitely work on this and resolve but 3 years passed down nothing happened @airtelindia I want to PORT

    @JioCare Absolutely third rate speed and every week there are connectivity issues!! Jio fiber is #hopeless ..customer care also in #shambles.. busy on boarding customers cant manage the service for existing #pathethic.. Regretting disconnecting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare none turned up for ticket raised on 30aug, suffering slow broadband speed in JIO fibre. What’s the point of releasing 5G and airfibre when existing broadband are not meeting the required speed. Tickets get resolved without engineer visiting or even calling.

    @JioCare We had raised a service request for repairing the jio connection. For past 5 days there is no jio tv + and jio internet. No proper response from Jio care, purswalkkam branch, Chennai. Horrible service and no proper service executive. Previously 10 days without internet.

    @JioCare You guys are giving dummy appointments. No one visited for connection. Also no response from installation team. Looks like customer care also does not have proper information regarding this
