    SuchAworst network speed ever, unable to send a msg in WhatsApp @reliancejio.I'm facing this network speed issue from an year,i contacted ur feedback team stating my problem they simply said they will improve but nothing changed Ithink it's time to change my network @JioCare

    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare #banjiofiber you guys should be banned. Local wifi operators resolves the issue in 1-2 days. It’s been 19 days today I’m without internet after paying for next 4 months in advance.

    @JioCare day5 of waiting to check their Dms afterI sent the location details they ask for total silence kindly reply and update on the status . Is this how you handle customer issues ? #jiodown It shows great at asking for detais publicly, but terrible at actually solving issue

    Do you guys know what services you offering to your customer? I am jio customer your tower has installed from my home approx 500 meeters , but your internet quality is worst , I have made several complaint but you don't care , because it's your government, @JioCare

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . My Wi-Fi is not working from past 5 days . Their ground team don’t care about fixing issue everyone is lying daily will come and resolve . Neither service engineer nor technician pickup the calls . No coordination between customer care and ground

    Reliance looting customer. From 10 days my internet is not working. I have raised multiple complaints on X & email. But still issue not resolved & rental has been charged . I have also request to cancel. But not done. Please don't buy this connection. @reliancejio

    Writing Dear @JioCare, I have complained many times about the poor network signal in my area, but there has been no proper response or permanent resolution. The network quality is still very poor, affecting calls and internet usage.
