    SuchAworst network speed ever, unable to send a msg in WhatsApp @reliancejio.I'm facing this network speed issue from an year,i contacted ur feedback team stating my problem they simply said they will improve but nothing changed Ithink it's time to change my network @JioCare

    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Been over 48 hours with zero response from team. There's no way to reach customer care . I want to cancel my connection. Share the disconnection process immediately. If this is the level of support, I'll switch to a broadband provider.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio , how can you mark my complaint as processed without resolving it? Service Request: SR00003CNT4Z My issues are still unresolved, yet the request has been closed. This is not acceptable. Please reopen the complaint and provide an actual resolution.

    @reliancejio 10 days before Paid 2222/-for 30mbps 3+1 months pack.Your technician said it is possible to upgrade plan.Due to slow network issue,I want to upgrade now to 100mbps,but customer care telling this pack not eligible.Whyshould I lose 2k for your technical fault #jiocare #reliancejio

    @JioCare Thanks for registering a new complaint (SR00003CR43P). I hope this one is actually resolved. The previous complaint was marked resolved without fixing the issue. Please ensure an on-site technical check and a permanent solution, not just another closure.

    @JioCare If you provide unlimited data what ever it's 4 g or 5 g then ok but limit gb data not sufficient for this network hope you understand and pls refund money otherwise give me service

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, I also have another 5G Android phone with a Jio SIM, but it still gets only a 4G network. In fact, no mobile phone in our village receives a 5G network because only a small 4G tower is installed here. You can confirm this with your local authority; they will tell u

    @JioCare It's not solution 4 g you taking money for 5g and you gave me 2 gb data limit after this speedd not working as 4 g or 5 g why I am paid for true 5 g
