    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare There is no way to reach out to customer executive. The engineer has refused to visit and fix the issue even though the case is opened for 6 days. I shared my phone number in DM, no response and standard copy paste response. I'm going to file a complaint in consumer court now.

    Update: @reliancejio @JioCare asks me to request new connection, i did the same. Their operators forced me to pay full money for booking the plan saying they will add the connection on the same day. Now they are not picking calls from yesterday. Worst service ever experienced.

    @JioCare @JioCare What do you mean if I,m eligible? No service has been given yet. I have been scammed by your agents into paying the amount and not even get installation / activation. Cancel the plan immediately and refund the complete amount. @jagograhakjago PLEASE HELP if possible!

    @JioCare your email claims there is "no delay in resolution from our end." How can there be no delay when the service is still unavailable? Stop sending automated replies and provide the real reason, ETA, and immediate restoration. #JioAirFiber #CustomerService #InternetOutage

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have also repeatedly tried to contact the assigned representatives, but my calls and WhatsApp messages have gone unanswered. This is no longer just a delay in installation- it is a complete lack of customer communication and accountability. 3/5

    Pathetic service from @JioCare. My #JioFiber has been unusable since 15 July. A technician came, didn’t fix the issue, took my OTP and falsely marked the complaint “Completed.” I kept raising fresh complaints, some were auto-cancelled without any visit,
