    @JioCare If after this complaint my problem isn't resolved, then I will be deactivating and calling my Jio subscription for another provider. Because so far (over 2 years) your after sales service has been virtually non-existent.

    @JioCare Esim request not closed yet. Earlier you told the 4 hour time limit but issue not resolved with in the time limit. What is the next excuse from your side.

    @JioCare : Team wht is d use of jFiber whn d internet issues can’t gt resolved in a day as technicians r nt available.Ths means tht no internet no work 4 us.y pay more 4such inconvenience.local providers r much more prompt.can u luk into my issue?SR00001AFH3K

    @Addesai73 @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber is the worst, guys! I got it disconnected. My device was picked up on 12th March. And the refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.
