    @JioCare hi my jio fiber connection free trial pack has been discontinued before trial period. My jio fiber device has been surrendered on may 19th. Till now no refund of my 1500 rupees. This is worst serivce ever faced by me

    @JioCare Such a bad experience.Have decided to move on from jio fibre connection.Not putting any details as I know it want be sortedout.i know your companies time is precious but ours is also important and wasting 5-6 days just for your engineer to come and sort out the problem.

    @JioCare is my 11th Tweet and might have called customer care 100times...never seen such useless customer service, in my life I mean it. ..router has not been picked up to date and has not been refunded...( I know after this tweet I get rescheduled message, which is as useless)

    Only for installation and pamphlet sticking of work they will come, not for any maintenance or any outbreak happen.After giving so many of complain nobody has come to see customer care people only doing fake promises @reliancejio @JioCare
