    @JioCare @reliancejio It has been 4 days since I recharged with the โ‚น500 Jio plan that includes free YouTube Premium, but the issue is still not resolved. My previous YouTube Premium subscription already expired and shows inactive, Jio #JioCare #YouTubePremium

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio In the past - as a part of my 90 days plan - I could watch #JioHotstar OTT Channel. Why have you stopped this...? As a loyal customer of #Jio for many years - I find this unfair and I am disappointed. See DM for details. cc @JioHotstar

    @JioCare I visit my bank and describe the issue and they are saying it was successful payment from our side ( bank of baroda ) now it was your problem Jio Team not the bank problem now it's your responsibility to give me refund or credit the 2 month jiohome recharge in my account.

    This is highly unprofessional and irresponsible customer service. Customers are paying for service, not excuses. Very disappointed with JioFiber. @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare This is really disappointing. My Jio AirFiber has already been down for 3 days and still there is no confirmed visit slot available. Internet service is essential for daily work and such delays are unacceptable. Please prioritize this issue and provide a confirmed engineer visit

    @JioCare No your team is not taking this matter serious because today is 16th day problem which is not solved in 16 days ,no you are not taking seriously this matter.I am giving you time that fix my internet before 2 PM today if my problem not solved today I will broke your jio fiber
