    Pickup is scheduled on 25 march 2025 (almost 1.5 yrs) Network might be 5G but services is still 2G 📶🐌. CO0001JI9OPO Kindly resolve the issue and schedule the pickup at new address as now device is with me at my new address in the same city @JioCare @reliancejio

    Zero network coverage for the last 8 months in Bhayli (391410) near Shivalik Grace! 🚫 Signal is non-existent, and multiple complaints to @JioCare / @reliancejio have yielded zero response. Absolutely pathetic service. Fix this network blackout ASAP! 📱❌

    @JioCare Part 2 For the last 2 days, engineer visits have been scheduled repeatedly, but no engineer has ever visited. Even worse, the service request gets closed automatically without any visit or resolution. Then I have to contact customer care again to create another complaint.

    @JioCare Part 5 This is not the only issue. For more than 2 months, I have been unable to download classes from a specific learning app using JioAirFiber, while the same app works perfectly on mobile hotspot and other Wi-Fi connections. I have reported this multiple times,

    Not sure about other places but in Ahmedabad @JioCare is a scam. A big time scam. Earlier I had a 30MBPS plan at my home which was not working properly so I upgraded the plan to 100MBPS and guess what, I don't have a speed of even 50MBPS. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Part 3 Yesterday morning, I contacted @JioCare on X. An visit was scheduled from there as well, but again no engineer arrived. In the evening, I called customer care. I was told an engineer would call me within 10 minutes. Nobody called.
