    @JioCare They never solve our slow internet speed problem, even if we complain again and again. They will answer with an inappropriate reply. Worst service ever. I will change my provider very soon.

    1/2 Very disappointing service from @JioCare. My JioFiber engineer visit was confirmed for 6 PM today. Nobody showed up. I repeatedly called the helpline, only to be told to "wait" and assured the engineer would attend. No action or useful escalation followed

    @JioCare My JioFiber is down but when trying to reach customer care over app or WhatsApp or call it's mentioned like active ticket is in place but don't see any active ticket in jio app. Now there is no way to reach customer support to solve my issue

    @JioCare How do you plan to solve these issues when you don't even see/reply the messages in DM. Moreover, my issue is more general than personal try to fix the issue after taking criticisms, don't just pretend trying to solve it and do nothing.
