@JioCare @BandBajaateRaho I had placed an order with JioMart 2 days ago and the delivery date was yesterday as per the app. However, it was changed to today automatically & now it's again changed to tomorrow. Worst service. Can't even connect to an agent on customer care number.

@JioCare New Jio fiber connection installed yesterday. But till this moment Internet in not active on my device. Local technician are not solving my problem. They where behind me for installation but after that no response. 30hrs over now. Please see to it.

@reliancejio and yes they took back old remote stating it's company policy... when I checked on call center they told that there is no such policy..it seems some kind of scam going on to earn extra from subscribed users..pls look into it and resolve my issue

@reliancejio Reliance must improve it's customer service first. I switched in Airtel from Jio due to network issue as after so complains there is no resolution whether it's Jaipur, capital of Rajasthan. Now I am facing network issue in Jio fiber for 2 days and there is no resolution so far.
