    @JioCare @reliancejio hey guys been 4 days and no internet. Struggling to work with mobile hotspot. Your support is a hell-hole and very difficult to get in touch with you to report issues. When I got through, was told support engineer would come by 2days ago. Care to help?

    @JioCare I’ve messaged you the details. I’m literally counting the number of days you guys take to resolve this issue. Once you cross my limit I’ll be going back to Airtel like a lot of your customers these days.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I strongly suggest not to opt for jiofiber broadband. Low speed is not getting resolved from past 4 days. The technician doesn't bother to visit us to resolve the issue. The customer care is pathetic. Extremely disappointed. I am quitting jio. #quittingjio

    @JioCare Hello Dominic it's not green neither amber...... It's blinking red and continuously from Dec-16th. Technical Engineer who visited confirmed there is an internal issue with Jio & team from mumbai is working. But why should I have to suffer? Out of 30 days hardly 10days it works

    @JioCare, it’s been days since snowfall in Srinagar, after calling multiple times we were told that help shall arrive today, we haven’t received any help to fix our Jio fiber connection yet !!! This isn’t how it should be . Disappointed!
