    @JioCare @JioCare i took @airtelindia connection as Stated earlier your sales representative was not able toh solve the issue.I waited from morning 8 to evening 7. You guys need to give your team proper training. Congratulations for losing customer.

    @JioCare I know installation is on hold from last 11 days but How many days you required to resolve this issue. Nobody work on this project. And If all ports is full so why not jio team checked this issue before booking my connection.

    @TRAI @JioCare Shouldn't it be mandatory for all telcos to have an easily findable support email, sms or phone, so people can open service request and get a tracking number. Chat is deliberately kept dumb. Want India higher in happiness index, here's a chance to contribute.
