    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, have you replaced support with useless AI bots & IVR loops? No way to reach a real human executive. I can’t even raise a service request. My JioFiber has been down for 2 days now, and this is becoming a frequent, frustrating issue. Please fix this.

    @reliancejio what stupid customer support you have in Kolkata. My refund for order cancellation was initiated on 7th April & still I haven't received any refunds. On mailing also, just SR numbers are generating & generating. It's really frustrating. Whom to contact for the same??

    @JioCare My 100mbps plan is not activated after free trail. I paid the amount one week in advance. Now my work is stopped and I cannot do anything. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare i places new connection request for jio fiber and even i received msg for plan2build and the scheduled time was 23rd april between 16:00 to 18:00 but no one appeared the person approached for sales disappeared not receiving any calls now. Pathetic service no support
