    @JioCare Better to appoint proffesional staff instead of such rude and unproffesional employees. I called on jio toll free number yesterday at 2:12 pm from Mb no 9837560464. I found myself cheated after spoke to him. He told me his name sakib (senior advisor).

    @JioCare dear X users plz take a note that Jio has developed a system to avoid customer grievance registration. If you face a perticular problem with your number you won't be able to connect to Jio care through that number . IVR will block you at a dead end with I fixed recorded

    @JioCare - Absolutely unacceptable behavior from @JioCare. My postpaid services have been barred despite me clearing the entire outstanding bill. When I contacted customer care, I was shockingly told that my services will NOT be restored unless I set up an AutoPay mandate.

    Hi @JioCare I've been trying to reactivate a sim card which unfortunately I couldn't recharge for 90 days since I'm outside India from December 2025. The number has been with me since 2017. I've already mailed you guys but the response has been slow and unhelpful.
