Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @YT_Blockbuster Please strengthen your network strength, Jio promised to cheat his customers.. always cheating all his customers. Recharge done but signal strength is very poor, which results "no internet connection" Why customer will suffer ? R they paying lesser than your fixed tariff ?

@JioCare A executive from Jio fiber visited home nad said that your router is not working and needs to be changed. He said if you pay for 3 month i will change it right now or else it will happen after 15 days. What kind of policy is this. Can u please help.
