    Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare i tried reaching the customer support related to my issue multiple times but i was not able to connect even after multiple attempts. You have fraud sales associates working with you who are misguiding the customers and putting them in trouble.

    @JioCare worst service. Though I have requested to install set top box by converting prepaid Jio fiber to postpaid Jio fiber. 4 days went no response from Jio fiber.
