    I wonder why @JioCare @reliancejio is taking so much time to expand their Jio fiber network, I am from Agartala, to be precise, I live just 6Km outside the city, and I have been sending request for Jiofiber connection since last one year, but no response from Jio's side.

    Hello @JioCare My booking NO0000I4HG2M for new jio fiber connection has passed 8 days but still not installed. Every time u postpone it by yourself without any intimation to us. Why? This is ur service standard before connection, I can assume what will happen after connection

    My @reliancejio fibre stops working around 5 pm every second Monday and the engineers assigned visit home only on Wednesday. They say Tuesday is their day off, but customer care centre claims there is no such off system!

    This is ridiculous @JioCare @reliancejio u are not even considering d grievances I have. u r just putting forward your resolution and that too at your own space. Clearly three persons confirmed mine is prepaid plan and they were jio employees not mine. Theny I am being penalized

    @airtelindia I've been a customer for quite some time with you guys. I'm just not able to get your broadband connection. Your local provider has tie-up with @reliancejio as well and I'm really not sure how the contract works. But they evidently sell Jio and refuse airtel services
