@tripathiamit69 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst, guys! I got it disconnected. My device was picked up on 12th March. And the refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.

I registered for Jiofiber on 8 april. Then I got call from Jiofiber executive, he said the FAT box is online and pay amount 2500. When I paid,he denied and said FAT has no power yet and will be online in 15 days. This is fraud Worst service by jiofiber @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I had paid 2.5k as refundable deposit for the JioFiber trial offer with STB. After returning all the equipment, you only refunded 1.5k and are dillydallying over the remainder amount by raising service requests that are not even responded to. Simply unprofessional.

@JioCare @reliancejio This is very ridiculous that I am taking follow up since Sep'20 regarding network issue at my in laws residence, they are not getting inside coverage which was confirmed by one the jio network team members, but no action was taken from Jio. Really pathetic..
