  When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

  @JioCare I took a connection in the month of Oct 21. I was offered 2 months trial period. In addition to this I was assured that I get full-refund during 60 days. Now customer support says that policy has changed without my consent. Jio internet is not efficient in my area.

  Just came to know why @BSNL_UKD is in loss. It took around 1 hour to buy a sim. Also, SIM is only available at their offices. When @reliancejio is coming up with 5G in some years, @BSNLCorporate is still struggling to issue a SIM. #DigitalIndia #BSNL #poorcustomerservice
