    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @reliancejio Once you have chosen the wrong recharge plan, you will never be able to change that plan again. No price paid to customer , Bad Jio Network.

    Why Do Jio Fiber Service Guys Instead of Finding Ppl Who Need Connection and Help them, Scamming Us on Promises of Router Upgradation to Take a New Connection on a Different Name and Number,Just to Get their Monthly Target Done & Receive Their Sales Commision ? @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm going 2 port jio sim as well as replace jio fiber. It's been long long time since I hve ben facing connectivity nd speed issues. With a recharge worth ₹825 (40+ mbps in 2.4 Gz and 100 mbps in 5 Gz spectrum) I'm getting 9 to 12 mbps. Sheer waste of money

    In North 24parganas (West Bengal) , as far as internet service is concerned @reliancejio has pathetic service & shockingly this is a long standing serious issue which @reliancejio doesn't bother to address at all. @JioCare
