    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Team, I’m facing network issues at home location from stating when I have ported from Vodaphone to Jio. I have 3 connections of jio. I had complaint for this issue so many times but it’s not resolve yet. Now I’m thinking to port out my 3 connections.

    @JioCare As per JioFiber Trial offer, the entire one-time charge of Rs 1500/- paid at the time activation should be refunded. Even though my JioFiber disconnection was requested within 30 days of the trial period, only Rs 500/- were refunded. Jio support team is unresponsive.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I actually regret taking your service. I have paid all the post paid bills and converted my sim to prepaid. After 4 months I'm getting continious calls to pay post paid balance. I have lost peace of mind talking to you guys
