When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare It's definitely Issue. Worked from home since Lockdown in Jio net only without any Issue & last 3-4 days it's worst and pethtic data coverage ever. Unable to proceed for work due to such low service issues.

@JioCare @reliancejio 2/2 When you call their customer care, calls drop mid way and no call back and you have to go over the details again, only to wait for the call to drop again. The internet speed is unreliable. Worst decision to continue with this network

@reliancejio there is no network of reliance jio in my village for about 30 days. There are about 5000 jio users in whole area. They are switching to other network providers.I hope to get it fixed soon. 🙏Add Vill and post padri kalan dist unnao. UP Pin- 209825
