    @reliancejio Once you have chosen the wrong recharge plan, you will never be able to change that plan again. No price paid to customer , Bad Jio Network.

    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

    @reliancejio @TRAI The customer service agent openly says I cannot raise complaint and I can go ahead and call customer service number - this is not giving any improvements to my situation. @TRAI not just jio everytime I run into issues I have to beg to my ISP , fake out that I'm leaving country.

    One of the worst experiences with service, customer support, and installation by @JioCare. I raised a request for Jio Fiber on April 14, and now it's May 3. Whenever I call customer care, they just say it's "in progress."

    @JioCare Your agent confirmed JioFiber availability, took ₹1200 & installed connection. Now engineer says not serviceable. Internet not working. Need fix or full refund ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio What sort of extortion racket are you running? Your customer care people call us, and literally harass us. Its my choice when I want to recharge a prepaid sim. And as a service provider if you have a policy of suspending an account for not recharging, then ******* do it. I have no issues. But calling like a vasooli bhai, threatening people, abusing people only to recharge their phone. What **** is this. Jokers of the highest order!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber very bad sevice. Our time of schedule was changed from 02-May 1-2 pm to 04 May 11 AM. Why are we paying money for the days that we don't get the services. Everywhere they want to save costs and inform that it is written in the contract. 1413599686

    @JioCare How many times must i tell NO PROMO OFFER! ITS A BILLING ISSUE AFTER DOWNGRADING FROM 100MBPS TO 30 MBPS. Your third class app aksed me to pay 706 for the change saying it will be adjusted in next bill and its still not been adjusted!
