@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare I am using Jio sim last 6 years and I think right now the time time came to switch from jio to other telecom operator. In my area I am facing slow internet issue since 5 months and i complained sk many times but did not get any satisfactory result.

@reliancejio Internet service in bangalore: when you install a new connection which never works and jio takes 5 days to schedule technician visit. 😎 In kolkata it used to be 24 hours, always. Don’t recommend jio in Bangalore! @JioCare kudos! #JioFiber #poorservice #Bengaluru
