But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

drasrao (@drsrinivas_rjy) reported@reliancejio Jio fiber. State escalation request ID : SR00003EQ94H, expected resoultion 8.49pm. Service request raised yesterday morning and expected resolution is today by 8.49PM, nearly 36 hrs. What a service. You people need awards for customer care.
