    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    I did this recharge on 6th of May and did my 1st complaint on 9th of May, No solution even after multiple calls. Solved it on 29th of May, now 2 days left. What should I do @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare My service request SR00002LDH6Q has been marked as resolved in your system, which is completely false and misleading. Without even a single callback or confirmation from my side, JioFiber has simply closed the complaint on paper. #JioFiber #JioPoorService

    TODAY IS 5th DAY MY JIO FIBER IS NOT WORKING DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES . As per CUSTOMER CARE THEY WILL NOT REGISTER COMPLAINT NOT GIVE ANY REFUND !!!!! I Recently upgraded my plan to 300 mbps and since then unable to use Wi-Fi due to technical issue. SHAME @reliancejio @JioCare
