    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @Gauravk80921809 @JioCare @yogesh_yogiraj2 Bro recently I have ported to airtel from jio. I was complaining to them for last 2 years regarding there speed even took the new no but all in vain. They just don't provide resolution. So i ported out. Don't go for jio. Even if u get avg speed but jio care is worst.

    Hey @JioCare I have received number of messages and calls from your end from the time my plan got over but still I won't recharge because when we as a customer used to complain about your pathetic internet speed you also ignored us in the same way.

    @JioCare Number 8982719901 105 mahesh bagh colony, near barfani dham temple, indore madhya pradesh 452010. I tried several times with your costumer service representative and my jio app, but they doing only time pass from 2 years. Very bad experience with them
