    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    .@JioCare It's been around 42 days since the time I've applied for installing wifi by giving the amt, then you guys refused to install, & cancel our request. But I am yet to receive the refund. With each complaint you're asking to wait for 7 business days and now it's 42 days.

    @reliancejio , @JioCare has crossed the height of being the worst service provider. It’s been more than 3 days and what a customer gets is useless service and a third rate provider . Don’t wish to continue with your service at all our establishment.

    @JioCare The issue is not with specific websites, but with the overall connectivity. My internet speed is extremely pathetic and inconsistent. I am forced to use my Wi-Fi just to send this message because the network is practically unusable.

    @JioCare Today I used 12GB with the constant speed of 20+MB only in 10-15 min I love this speed but the issue is I'm getting this speed at outdoor and at indoor It's less than or equal to 1MBps only please fix this. I literally don't wanna go to any other service provider after this speed

    @JioCare my wifi is too slow From last 30 minutes I am on call with customer care and only thing they want me to do Is restart Can you assign a physical person to come n check Also this new setup box which just shows one band is pathetic Very poor signals even in the next room
