    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @JioCare need my Internet bills from the last one year. There is no bill anywhere in the app, not in the million emails I am sent about recharge, nowhere. Should be simple to send the invoice / bill to the customer email on purchase. Why is this difficult? Please help.

    @JioCare Harrasment to ultimate levels you have one of the worst customer care team messages are sent by different people who have no idea what's happening no customer care call center it just loops your calls porting all my 6 numbers USE TECHNOLOGY TO HELP CUSTOMERS NOT 2 HARASS

    @airtelindia not able to use internet from last 3months I am going to port in @reliancejio . Very bad service . Also not able to complain

    seems they fogot to provide network in all other locations while taking their network to remote areas. I sent a message on WhatsApp in Varanasi on 20th Mar which is not yet delivered. It is better to switch to other networks like @reliancejio as it doing better that @airtelindia

    Pathetic service by @JioCare I've raised 5 service request till now, the service engineer never shows up & my request is closed without solving my issue upon that I get a msg that is problem is solved. Really disappointed
