    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @JioCare Samastipur bihar 848101 and also don't reply with same this is known issue and we are working on it. It's been more than 5 months we are facing the issue. I am not able to do WFH smoothly

    @DoT_India @DoT_India there is still no action taken from your side will you escalate the issue and contact me as soon as possible. Kindly take the matter on priority Fraud operators like @JioCare haven't registered any compliant yet nor any response received even after 2-3 months.

    @JioCare It's not about any specific site. I am unable to use any site. This is also not a single device issue. I am using jio on multiple devices and all have the iasue
