@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare I was asked to wait till the resolution time of the ticket which was 12:14 PM noon. Post which when I called again, I was told to wait for another 24 hours, quoting unavailability of the engineer. And also said there is no escalation matrix. Due to covid we cannot transfer call.

I want to disconnect my JIO Fiber connection because JIO service Sucks . No proper Customer Care Response . Disconnect The call continuously, Not getting proper service since one week. I am getting 4 Mbps speed only . @JioCare I want to switch to Airtel @airtelindia Please help!

@JioCare very poor wifi service you are providing to your customers. This is the 5 th time I am facing problem with the wifi and every time engineer visit they generally don't know what actually cause to this network error. This is to how you treat your customers @reliancejio
