@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

@JioCare @reliancejio JIO IS THE ONLY NETWORK THAT STOPS WORKING WHEN THERE'S A POWER CUT IN MY AREA (TUGHLAQABAD DELHI). FACING THIS ISSUE FROM THE DAY I BOUGHT THE SIM CARD, AND THERE'S NO IMPROVEMENT AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS. IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE I THINK.

@JioCare I’m without internet service for past 16 days. Every time I open SR. Support Engineer keeping closing the SR Without solution. Ref: SR000015BTLA latest SR. I’ll never recommend Jio to any of my family and friends. Worst service from @reliancejio
