    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @JioCare Paid for Jio AirFiber weeks ago but installation still pending. Customer care gives no resolution and engineers keep delaying with random reasons. Extremely disappointing service. Please help in resolution.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, our JioFiber has been down for 2 days. Raised a complaint, but no engineer is assigned yet. Calling your helpline just gives an automated reply to check the app. Total dead end. Please resolve this ASAP!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Paid for new jio airfiber connection in Bangalore and kyc is also done, but since two days nobody called for installation and kyc guy not picking up the call and no installation agent phone number, Worst experience, Order number NO0001DKD920

    I already did monthly recharge of 299 rs on my Jio sim but my Jio sim does not network connected since last 15 days I am out of India and keep recharge of 299 to activate my sim, now sim does not have network in my JIo card please help @JioCare @reliancejio
