@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio !! I have raised a complaint on Oct 31st regarding 2.4Ghz band not connecting at all and 5Ghz band not even having 5m range! No response yet!! For installation, your executives showed up in ~30mins but for services not even after 2 days! Worst service!!👎
