    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @reliancejio I have been around getting 50 messages daily that you upgrading the network. why do u need to send so many messages?? also, the connectivity issue is not resolved and I have no way of contacting anyone for help from your team :/

    @reliancejio @JioCare why your Internet is so poor even mobile tower is less than 100m from my home still i can't send msg on WhatsApp which uses least Internet..please improve as soon as possible...i facings this problem from last 1 month.

    @JioCare Please ask your representative not to mis sell the products, why did he told me that I would get the 3rd month free. This is not acceptable that he will make fool of the customers who trust JIO as a people's brand. Why would I as a loyal JIO customer should suffer?
