    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima @realnitaambani I would like discontinue my Jiofiber services, as connection was setup as postpaid without any intimation and after realisation complaint was raised but no action taken.

    @JioCare I had message jio care about a problem a mine one hour back but didn't get a response from them yet anyhow I am sharing the problem through my tweet I have a jio sim in my set which stops working as per its will I have to restart my phone in order to make it work

    @JioCare Hi we are facing the issue from 3-4 days in our area that we are unable to do a call or can't be use the internet service i have to customer care also but issue doesn't resolved till now.
