@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

Hey Jio, The network in my Area (Tiwaripur near Gaurav Vidya Mandir School Gorakhpur 273001) is very poor . Install new network towers in the area so that data speed could be improved . Contact no . 6388547731 @jiocare @reliancejio #customerrights #customerproblems

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am still waiting for a response. Such a bad experience I am getting even having 2 broadband connections and 2 postpaid connection. Now I know why @reliancejio is becoming No 1 network in India.
