@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

Again no engineer showed up today and it shows issue resolved on the #MyJio app, shame on u @reliancejio for duping customers and making them pay such exuberant amounts for such low level services.

@JioCare Hi. The engineer allocated doe not pick up the call, the sales person says the people are on the way and the installation is stuck in a limbo whether it will be certainly done today. I didn't expect the services from @reliancejio to be so horrible.

@JioCare Alright brother. But why is Jio expanding Fiber so slowly? They should expand fast so that more people can get their fast network. I will wait another 15 days, then I might have to take DSL connection, as mobile data is very less for WFH.

@reliancejio @JioCare I choose JioFiver over Airtel as I read customer services, Plan, and wifi is quite strong. But somehow that is not the case with me. Living in Gurgaon where there is no connectivity issues of JioFiber. I got installed it day before yesterday i.e on 21st day.
