    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    Pathetic services from @airtelindia . I have trying to resolve broadband issues since 2 days. But customer service is just playing ping pong in different teams. No wonder @reliancejio is gaining market share in this area.

    @reliancejio @GoogleIndia Since it was small amount but no one solve ..I was bound to pay whole month change with 100 rs additional fine ...this is very rude and unprofessional...but being no 1 brand its like unexpected service any how thank to airtell who are truly professional and care 4 their custome4

    @Anjeeta16 @JioCare @Asliambani Hi Its been 2 days we filled complaint for jio fiber not working, but after 2 days no resolution is provided, executive comes n go but no one repair the line n said another guy will repair, i dont get who the hell will repair it

    @JioCare Jio care is not of any use, called customer care many time problem isn't resolved yet, tweeted them about 20 days ago.even they connected to me in dm but didn't resolved problem yet and stoped responding my message.
