    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    Really disappointed with @JioCare service. KYC was completed on 25 May and payment was made, yet WiFi installation is still pending with no proper assistance or update. This delay is unacceptable. Kindly resolve this urgently. Order ID: NO0001DOD9E6 #Jio @reliancejio

    @JioCare i had an open complaint about the lack of connectivity of my data pack in mauritius. you have closed it and got someone to call me saying the refund is ineligible. this is not acceptable to me. i need the complaint reopened and escalated.

    @HathwayBrdband Even after 3 months, I am still waiting for my security deposit refund. Will not recommend Hathway to anyone going forward. Very bad experience. @TRAI @JioCare
