@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare I had paid Rs 2000/- plus to your shop person for a one year prepaid plan. After my SIM got activated I found that I had been given a recharge with a validity of 3 months. Rather than questioning your employee, Jio care is giving me nonsense. Ask customer care to call me and sort

@JioCare, jio seems to be a चोर network. And why? Let me tell you, A recharge done thru Jio app failed (see attached S'shot), in urgency tried again through Amazon Pay and this time it went fine. Contacted Jio customer care and am being told that the recharge that failed / cont.
