@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

@creativedodger @JioCare That's the issue...and we can't do or say anything regarding this....cus in my area there is full 5G network and they still says you will get offer soon and talkin crap like update your phone and stuff....others got it who doesn't have 5G signal in their area.

@JioCare But I give you solution. If don't want to pick up router it's your issue. But don't let me to suffer by not giving me my refund. Atleast have courtesy to refund your customer rather than mentally harrasment
