    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    Pathetic Jio service after installation of Jio tower in my locality(Garhatoli, New Latma, Singhmore, Hatia, Ranchi). The tower ID is- 0827. The Jio engineer is also unable to solve it and it continues everyday. So applied to PORT to another service provider.#RelianceJio #Jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare after several comunications to customer care executive for poor speed in net,they are denying to lodge complain.This easily proves that Jio Ignoring the matter more than50days.This kind of service is considered to b poor on part of jio image shamefull matter
