@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@r3dash @JioCare #Jio5GS20FE5G My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device. I am not able to enable 5G on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. I'm using 'Samsung S20 FE 5G'. Correct the issue, enable 5G.

@RVCJ_FB @JioCare I rise complain maybe time but never slove issue always Jio Care told in some areas facing slow data speed this is temporary problem. This excuse I hearing from 1 year but still facing slow data speed. I don't think when they fix that issue. @JioCare

8926917569 on this number on 20th December I sent my address and on 20th December in my area even at my home jio employees came and they themselves saw and heard the problem of this mobile network and said that within 2 weeks this problem will end problem persists @JioCare
