    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare What the rubbish service you’re giving to your customer,today at 11 AM a jiofiber installed by your team at 1 PM jiofiber blinks red light and i was calling the person whose came to install jiofiber but he was not received my calls and ignored me as hell!

    @JioCare @JioCare My 5G network is not working properly for a long time now. Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, there is no resolution—only repeated generic responses. This is seriously affecting my work. Stop sending basic troubleshooting and fix the actual network.

    @JioCare Don't want to continue bcz it's too late now. More than 10 days, the fiber is still not working. My work has hampered. So I have to move with another provider. Kindly provide the process for disconnection.

    Hello @jio_fiber, @JioCare, After many attempts with your customer care, I am writing here. I use the Jio Air Fiber 100 Mbps plan. In your app, it shows 99.8 Mbps speed, but in reality, I am getting below 30 Mbps. Can someone help me?

    @JioCare @IshaAmbaniReal jio fiber not working in Delhi from last three days your team is unable to maintenance they need a ladder for users to maintain jio boxes placed on poles. Soon they will ask for money for repairs.

    @JioCare Please don't give false statements. Also, this outage is not intermittent.The problem has been persisting from past 3 weeks from Jio. But you don't give a facility to contact any support person for resolving.Instead you have a standard cheating process to close the call with IVR.
