But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

What is even more frustrating is that customer care calls never reach a human agent and simply repeat that the SR is on hold and needs to be rescheduled.

Not single call I got from customer care. I talk to Local team they are misbehaving
