    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    The problem remains ever since airfiber was installed at my home. I tweeted about it earlier and somehow it got better in the month of Feb and March and at request of your local team, i took the tweet down. but now again it’s causing problems, working super slow. @JioCare

    @JioCare Local staff is refusing my installation, claiming the wire is too long. Company policy is 100m max, but my requirement is only 70-80m. No valid reason given. Requesting an urgent inquiry and action against the local team. Fix this. #JioFiber #CustomerService

    No engineer has arrived yet. It was a big mistake to get @reliancejio WiFi installed. The network was already poor, but we thought this would help—however, the decision turned out to be wrong. Now there seems to be no solution, so please refund our payment @JioCare
