@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare We even dont want that we opt for a service and in just 6 months we need to change it. But the quality of service that jio provided. The level of priority was not good. Hope you guys will soon upgrade coverage and service quality.

After recharge of Jio 4G(WFH) pack Ph:8073214227,not able to browse internet and even after complained multiple time. Every time I get false commitment and even customer care agents are telling they can’t raise a complaint. So please look into this matter. @reliancejio @JioCare
