    @JioCare Why should customer suffer due to your negligence of not mentioning cut off date of offer in the offer mail. One can well understand that the date was not mentioned deliberately to fleece customers. I shall file a customer case against you and file a PIL in Apex court .

    @reliancejio I urge people not to buy anything from the Jio app or Reliance store because they can't deliver the product and also come up with reasons stating due to technical glitch items ordered can't be delivered. Simply they cancel the order.

    @JioCare Hi, This is Shriharsha Kulkarni here from Bangalore and as I have placed an order to buy TV through the Jio Mart application but the saddest thing was that Jio cancelled both my orders stating some technical glitches.This is the very bad service i have ever experienced.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir network quality of eSim in India is not yet of that quality it should be, I request @reliancejio to work upon it. I would also request @VodaIdea_NEWS to start eSim facilities for prepaid customers as only postpaid customers don’t help you grow. #CallDrop #network #India

    @JioCare while accessing Twitter after each 2-3 mins needs to data on/off to retrieve new twit. I have reached out to customer care couple of weeks ago but still no resolution. It is also happens in other apps. Please do something... This is my first post. Check ...
