    @JioCare I’m appalled by your service. The only predictability I get with Jio Fiber is frequent disconnection - which happens every second day. All my efforts to reach out to Customer Care yields lip service & action. I strongly recommend people against signing up for Jio Fiber.

    @JioCare if u r really concern towards my grievance then please send one of your executive to my house & also call those cheater's Rohan & Nitesh Singh & enquire from them why they lure customer's by making FALSE commitment's. Is it good to cheat senior citizen customer's???!!??

    RELOCATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000MR1MVW is scheduled on 04-06-2022 : 19:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after RELOCATION. share the same with our service engineer to confirm @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare On 03.09.2022 at 8:00AM, I paid an amount of Rs.4240.90/ for getting new Jio fibre connection with 599 plan. Till now no installation have been made by Jio Team. please help.

    Also, whenever I write a tweet the @JioCare always gives a predefined template to be filled and sends a engineer for pick up who never came to pick up or @reliancejio never gave me a solution. I want my security refund. Please help me
