  Your company service is ****,as i recently got a new jio fiber connection and they have provided me with a faulty router,which does not work and when i call your support team, all they ask for is extra service charges for the fault of theirs @reliancejio @JioCare #saynotojiofiber

  @reliancejio your network is extremely slow or not working at all in our rural area. After registering complaint to customer care, no resolution yet. Please check and fix the issue as earliest.

  @JioCare Still in how many days I will get it installed? Fix period or same postponing the date. As I was supposed to give a exam today but due to your negligence I wasn't able to do so. So now I just want to know the date when will it get installed or else please cancel it.

  @JioCare my jio fiber at home is not working properly its getting frequently disconnected after every 20-30 min since yesterday 5 pm onwards a request if you get the stable connection till early morning as there is an exam of my son at 10 AM
