    @Airtel_Presence placed a plan upgrade on 22nd Aug. representative promised the service will be upgraded in 24hrs. Its been more than a week and no action has been taken. Cant even contact anyone. Next luck is @reliancejio

    @JioCare Have registered a complaint and scheduled engineer visit on 29/08. Without my knowledge you have rescheduled it to 30/08 @ 9.00 AM. And now to 31/08. Is this a customer service or harrasment.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceDigital Dear team, my concern is hvng 2 plans in one number and I don’t need 2 plans. I am okay if you cancel or stop either of my plan. This is the basic thng I want to convey right frm the begng but I don’t know why you guys are not understanding. This case is opn frm past 3 weeks.
