    @JioCare You dint understand any. I gave complaint for DND services. It was full active but I get promotional calls almost every next day from tata capital past 6 months. I made many complaints both to Jio and tata capital still no action.

    @JioCare Very pathetic service one technician visits and left without doing any work later another technician called and started abusing me because i asked him how many times i have to reschedule to get my problem solved. Even customer care dropping call again and again. Refund the amount

    @JioCare 3rd request - going the same path of the previous 2 tickets. Dropped an email & even spoke to @JioCare to cancel my connection for good. Engineer assigned within 30 minutes amd connection restored in 2 hrs from my call. So, next time go straight to cancel connection. Job done!

    1/2 It's a shame that @JioCare despite being such a big company, can't be prompt enough to address an issue as trivial as buying an STB remote. Earlier too, they failed to provide a proper link where I could buy an original remote, and even now their customer care executives
