@JioCare i have done recharge of my jio fibre through my jio app via paytm, Money has been deducted and transferred to jio@citibank but my recharge is still not updated in the app. I need an Internet for my office work in emergence. You people have useless customer care service.

@JioCare Whether it is social networking or any other site . The desired results are not as expected. I have alredy appended the screen shot of speed test . If location required same will be sent. Plz fix it otherwise we have to look for an alternative.

@JioCare @PraveenJuyal5 Why do you guys give a dumb reply? What would you do with apps or websites? If the speedtest report says speed is slow and your team says they can't handle the number of users then you people need to install some more BTS rather than doing some vague investigation
