    @JioCare You dint understand any. I gave complaint for DND services. It was full active but I get promotional calls almost every next day from tata capital past 6 months. I made many complaints both to Jio and tata capital still no action.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Installed JioFiber and paid upfront for a 6-month plan. I’m still in my first month, but my fiber cable was damaged during ongoing road construction. I raised a complaint on 15 June, and it’s been over 20 days with no visit, no call from an engineer

    @JioCare You deactivated my connection, but no one has called me or provided any resolution yet. I requested only reinstallation after shifting, not a new connection or unnecessary charges. This delay and poor customer service are unacceptable. Resolve this immediately. @TRAI

    @reliancejio,It ls been 36 hrs since i raised the service request to fix the problem with my jio Router. Unfortunately,there has been no visit by your engineer,who was supposed to fix it on 30 june. Now can i get this fixed, else have to switch to a better company @airtelindia
