@JioCare You dint understand any. I gave complaint for DND services. It was full active but I get promotional calls almost every next day from tata capital past 6 months. I made many complaints both to Jio and tata capital still no action.

@reliancejio At the name of cost cutting you guys have even discontinued Missed Call Alerts ( Seriously ). I called the customer care twice , they talked to me very rudely. Also they didn't resolve the issue. You are increasing plan rates while making your service worse.

We already paid a premium to buy the modems, now why should we buy a new device again, why cant u just help us upgrade at a nominal cost or no cost. Why do you like being sleazy with ur clients. Why force ur postpaid bs for wifi modems. No wonder @reliancejio is dominating

Highly irresponsible attitude post paying for the installation. It has been rescheduled thrice and no clarity on installation. I would not recommend jiofiber to anyone in Bangalore for sure. I m not registered user hence can't call support too. @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber
