@JioCare You dint understand any. I gave complaint for DND services. It was full active but I get promotional calls almost every next day from tata capital past 6 months. I made many complaints both to Jio and tata capital still no action.

The amount of spams @JioCare @reliancejio #jiofibre sends to its customers is a serious matter that needs to stopped! Same messages multiple times across 3-4 mediums. No option to talk to a rep??? I don’t want to interact with #chatbots I want a update on the issue pls.

@utsavtechie Okay you are discussing for 5g that Jio has installed close to 1 lakh towers for faster 5G Roll Out. On my location even 4g is not working of jio only buffering. In 7-8 month i submitted approx 20-25 complaints now yesterday I ported my number in Airtel. @JioCare
