@JioCare You dint understand any. I gave complaint for DND services. It was full active but I get promotional calls almost every next day from tata capital past 6 months. I made many complaints both to Jio and tata capital still no action.

@JioCare I would request JIO management to focus on the improvement of the support channel in or another day I have an issue with my internet, the team will come after a day to fix the problem, until the time I have to struggle, due to this I get escalations at my work.
