It was full active but I get promotional calls almost every next day from tata capital past 6 months. I made many complaints both to Jio and tata capital still no action.

If this continues, I will pursue the matter before the appropriate consumer grievance and regulatory authorities, seeking compensation for the repeated service failures and missed service.
