    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare why does Jio Fiber have such high Jitter? Video calls and VOIP drops are crazy! This, after numerous complaints with zero resolutions. Are others facing the same issue?

    @JioCare Customer did the work from home recharge plan ,when the recent WFH plan exhausted but new recharged plan not yet activated and it's showing in upcoming plan and he is not able to do the work. Requesting you to have a look Tried to connect with customer support.
