    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare When resolve the issue. No call no massage from last two months. Jio have time for recharge reminder but no time customer resolution. If your team call for recharge reminder that means jio have customer mo. No. And customer details also. Than why every time asking for details.?

    @reliancejio When I found a guy who uses Jio, when I contacted customer care , he says to contact store as he is unable to fetch the details !! What kinda service are you willing to provide customers ? Worst service !

    @JioCare I stay in Vadodara and have been using your services since long. Today there is some Connectivity issue so called up customer care. Lady talking was rude and disconnected the phone without resolution. I hope you’ve recorded the conversation. Need immediate action.

    After Jio 5G launching in Bhubaneswar, @reliancejio performing worst services to valuable consumers. We avail 5G services only merely for 1/2 hours in the morning, and after 8pm 4G network performs like 2G services, disgusting. @JioCare #JIOTrue5G
