    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Ported in on April 21 (ORN: NO00015DHHON) and paid ₹349. Delivery boy refused to deliver the SIM, and Customer Care is useless. ​My current SIM will stop working soon, leaving me with no service. Is this how @reliancejio treats new customer

    @JioCare It has been more than 14 days since my cancellation request (SR0000334FQJ),but I have not received my refund This is highly unacceptable,If my refund is not processed immediately,I'll be forced to file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline & take further action
