    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare That's the reason I am tweeting. No solution till the time & even We have ported almost 5 numbers including my father, my wife & my neighbors and I had cancelled my Jio connection as well. Now, only 5-10 Jio connection are there in my society & they are also going to port soon.

    @JioCare U guys need to buck up on ur customer handling process as the customer representatives who r the face of @reliancejio have 0 etiquettes and 0 experience in customer handling They ask me to pay for new connection and then they vanish for weeks together without any updates

    @Shenoy07723774 @MyVi_VodaIdea @JioCare Yes true. The reason behind is, most of the data users left vi network , here only 2g services. Vi don’t have esim vowifi volte & indoor coverage. It’s just a good 2g network in the name of 4G, my network complaints still not resolved.

    @JioCare dear jio,i did complaint to shift my fiber at my home from one room to other.But every complaint is closed without even a single call.Your engineer is mis-behaving.not using your services for free if u cant provide services please take away your connection SR000013YP7B

    @JioCare sometimes call are also getting disconnected so isn't there a network issue as well? think about it and write some answer manually, but copy pasting.

    @JioCare @reliancejio have raised SR000013xt1u and have been trying to get service since last three days. Have called support multiple times but only to get a new date and time. Ni one is coming to fix the problem. Very bad service from jio fibre
