    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    Y'day My @airtelindia SIM suddenly stopped showing network.Visited Store & that Guy ask me to change sim.I agreed & he asked me Rs 50 for that. I questioned the same but then realised the strategy. 326 Mn users * Rs 50 = Rs.16,300 Mn of extra income. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare Understanding concerns is ritual solving is not Jio care priority I am facing extremely poor net work problems for the last three months. Repeated feed back on jio care no response. Surprisingly even in jio office signals were very poor
