@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

@JioCare @sasikanthsm1 Before making port please go through entire marketing offers in details. @reliancejio has many loop holes in offers which they are using against customer such as OTT membership. There agents are lying and making fools to customers. #Jiofraud #JioFiber #Jio

@JioCare Atleast you're better than @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when it comes to replying to customer queries. I just got one of my other numbers ported to Jio from Airtel. Will try it for some time and will see how it is.

Anyone facing Facebook network issue on @reliancejio network. My facebook doesn't connect on jiofiber and one of my friend's facebook doesn't connect on his Jio mobile. Rest all works fine. Googling didn't help. We both have same company smartphone
