@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

@theabhimanyu @reliancejio I haven't had much issue with the latest samsung os(one ui). It has minimal bloatware and one can turn off most of the apps.

Inside the Jio app, the issue was marked as resolved, sans any proper resolution. They never took steps to keep the Jio exchange box inside our building to prevent this from happening again, but that's not the priority now. We raised another service request in the app @JioCare

On 13/11, one day after the above incidents, we contacted customer support, where the agent promised a resolution within the same day. Nothing happened, no-one called/ visited our place to resolve anything, we again called customer support on the evening of 13/11. @JioCare

@reliancejio Data speed is continuously decreasing. 2G is getting for 4G money. Today it seems that there has been a network crash in Jabalpur. Very sad.
