    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @reliancejio It’s been years since our village has been facing serious Jio network issues. Whenever there is a power outage, the entire Jio signal disappears completely. Despite having a population of over 20,000 people, there is still no proper network infrastructure in place.

    @JioCare Iam nt geting any proper resolution or update. If the issue is nt resolved today itself i'll be forced to disconnect the main wire from the pole & then your entire technician team will have to come to the locationbKindly treat this as urgent & resolve the issue immediately (2/2)

    @JioCare number retention charge of Rs.20 was incorrectly deducted from my account even though i am connected to the network, receive sms regularly and 90 days since last recharge have not passed. please refund this amount immediately.

    @JioCare The hypocrisy is unbelievable. You’re fast enough to cut off a connection when you want to, but suddenly you're 'incapable' of handling a transfer? I’m done with the scripts and the excuses. I want a resolution, not a story.

    @JioCare If the issue had been resolved, I wouldn’t still be posting here after 30 days. Despite multiple complaints, escalations, and follow-ups, issue remains unresolved. Your issue-tracking and resolution process appears completely broken and unaccountable

    @JioCare Any actual update on the outage issue? It’s been 25+ days now. Service unavailable, no resolution, but billing reminders continue regularly.
