    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare Facing tremendous issues in network coverage in my area-Sejbahar,Raipur,Chhattisgarh.The location is inside the capital city of Chhattisgarh and have such pathetic network coverage and zero mobile data speed. I believe i have to port all my No.s to Airtel now.

    @JioCare I received this answer 2 years ago, then 1 year ago and then now .... You do nothing about it .. and if there are to many users then improve your service. It's not our problem that there are to many users. It's day 14

    Such a poor service from jio. Pathetic service and no response. Internet is not working from yesterday and we even dont know when it will be resolved!! We never faced such issue with other service provider. Can you pls resolve? @JioCare @reliancejio
