    @JioCare U can arrange call at 9.00 am. I want to get it fix up asap. My family is not able to TV from last 10 days...due to this issue. And get the installation done today at any cost.

    @JioCare What the hell is going on. Its more than 2 months passed to do follow ups, around 30 mail sent and receive and your technical team unable to solve. Are they kids or illiterate. You don't understand customer problem. Just copy paste same thing in reply. It's too much now.

    @JioCare These settings have been instructed previously and I had done they are perfect..the problem lies in your signal strength..there is no tower within 20km radius or greater so the signal Is weak . students and employees are suffering although they are paying for you
