@JioCare I still have network problem and have contacted customer care no. 3 -4 times, they say its temporary problem and will be resolved soon. But do not give any commitment when will it be resolved. Please guide me how to proceed further to escalate the problem.

@reliancejio I am a Jio postpaid customer and I have paid for one year of Amazon subscription via Jio in Sep, I spoke with your customer care, I was told I cannot restore my subscription nor I can get a refund for my Amazon Prime. is it a fair?
