    Our Jio AirFiber connection has become extremely slow. Even basic downloads fail to complete properly. This is causing serious inconvenience in daily use. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @JioCare

    @JioCare Where no problem solved. 15 minutes on bla bla of nonsense by customer support. After that no action taken for customer issue. Buffering issue in spite of 100 mbps speed.

    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    @JioCare I did apply for new JioAirFiber connection. People name Manjunath came and did KYC and took 3 month advance money. It’s been 3 days no one responding to my call for installation. I want to cancel the service and want refund.

    @reliancejio it is 3days without Wi-Fi. All my efforts to resolve the issue have failed. Call centre is helpless. I mailed but no response, Service engineer rescheduling continuously. Very poor service by Jio support team, my work from home is impacted. Is anyone listening?
