    I Smruti Ranjan from Dhenkanal, Ganjara,Orissa sorry to say in this century,still now no telecom tower is available in our area, please have a look on it,we are lacking in education, hospital everything due to not available of any network.@reliancejio @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't want to recharge minimum amount 149Rs to send single sms. Please send my portal code so that at least I can give something good for jio. But your internet speed is horrible in almost all area's.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am using Jio fiber net and since 2 days my modem is not working.I even filed a complaint on the customer care but no one responded back. This kind of service is not expected by Jio. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP. #JioFiber #Jio #jiodown

    @reliancejio - what is wrong with you guys, I have recharged 10Rs but I am not able to make calls or send sms. You want me to recharge 149Rs to send 1 message.this is over smartness from #jio . Please give my portal code, I will switch to Airtel which is customer friendly network

    @JioCare This is shameful. You guys ask to DM so that the world does not know about your service quality. Every time we get an email that an appointment is scheduled for pickup and no one visits, and just keep spamming my inbox.

    @JioCare @reliancejio if one needs to recharge then it's a problem as jio site opens on expired plan but the payment site not.. Ideally you should allow the payment site when diverted via your site..
