@JioCare So I guess there is no solution and no follow up either. We're more than 150 gamers who r facing similar problem in Jiofibre. People it's time to switch to airtel or tatasky. They are offering similar rates with much better ping. @airtelindia please let us know your offers.

@JioCare And the worst service provider is Jio. My enginner visit for my jio fiber related issue which I have registered complaint for on 5 Jan had been shifted twice and now they are saying that the engineer will visit on 9 Jan. That's outrageous. BSNL provide sol faster.

@JioCare Hi I applied for a disconnection request he request is closed and the device is not picked. I live in a rented apartment and I have to vacate. Every time I call CC they say it will be picked up but don't tell when. Please Help!!
