Radheya Kulkarni (@radheyask) reportedOn 19th May 2026 I contacted @reliancejio @jio_fiber for an AirFiber connection at my office in Chakan. They promptly came and did KYC and payment. Since then for last 3 weeks I’m waiting for engineer to come and install the connection. Customer care is useless (18008969999).
