    @reliancejio I am a agent of jio pass lite, i added 300&700 money in jio pos lite on 25th july i didn't get my money in jio pos lite then i call customer care then she says in 25 July evening the money will be stuck due to some reason money will showing after 48 hours

    @JioCare I have disproved your claim in today conversation with your legal dept. that engineer had visited. I have CCTV installed at my premises. In report by some local jio person to you, it was told that visit and issue both are completed. Pure cheating

    @reliancejio Very Very Very poor network speed in Mauganj district. If this behaviour is not improve then I committed that I'll Change @reliancejio to @airtelindia post completing the validity of current recharge plan.

    Purchased Laptop online through relaince digital website by a nearby @reliancejio store, they said it will arrive in 2-3 days and its been almost 10 days and I haven't received it!! Awful service

    @JioCare how many times we have complained and send DM but as usual no response,a accepting showing as if you are really concerned but not once did we get true and genuine service or response as money is prepaid we have no choice
