    @reliancejio @JioCare The most worst network in my area is JIo I am very sad. mostly people's facing this problem in my area. Technical team told me 3 months ago your problem solve within 6 months and I am facing this problem many years ago. Please Don't buy Jio Sim.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi,im faceing a major call drops since last 4-5 days very frequently and also 4GLTE very slow 1 network bar when use flight mode than 3-4 bar means full range and within 30 mints aagain same problem.and 5G almost zero coverage 75-100% but speed slow (iph 13)

    @reliancejio @JioCare Tired of raising complaints for my non-working JioFiber. An engineer was scheduled by 2 PM, but later said he had dozens of other complaints and couldn't give an ETA. Do you have enough field engineers? Please fix this.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Paid Rs.2221.46 (Req No. LR00001E5GP1) but installation delayed for days. Executive Abinash Nath keeps dodging calls, answers once daily, and was rude/threatening on call. Need urgent resolution + action. #JioFiber #Cc
