    @JioCare Update: went to ur service center near my location and got a reply that we can not take the instrument as the connection area does not fall under them... Now a days even govt dept does not have such behaviour.... @reliancejio

    @TheOfficialSBI Why did you choose 1860xxxxxx series numbers for Customer Care Services? Because these numbers are not contactable on most of the telecom network (ex. @reliancejio & @ViCustomerCare), if we have UNLIMITED recharge pack on our mobile phone.

    @JioCare #5YearsOfJio #Jio #JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio WHY? Didn't know long term and queued plans were such a masterstroke until now!!!Make the service unusable and then "recharges once successfully credited to a Jio number cannot be refunded or transferred"-users trapped!Great idea!

    @akassh06 Their service have become worst now, port to @JioCare . Jio has a true 4G network and it's the best service provider, using the smae, still haven't faced any issue yet

    @JioCare ashd- I sorted this in a ver painfully. Pls see attached images . But this existing process to be streamlined to avoid such issues with other existing customer's.

    @reliancejio The network quality in #Nirjuli #ArunachalPradesh is so bad that I couldn't book a train ticket for my father. Please improve the Jio connection in the area. @JioCare

    @JioCare You guys are making customers fool. Have been following up with your customer service from last so many days but still not recieved solution, instead they are saying that fault is at their end but they cannot correct it. It's very sad and bad experience with Jio
