    @JioCare My Jio Fiber is down since morning, showing a red blinking light. Restarted multiple times, still not working. MyJio app also not working, unable to run diagnostics how do I even raise a service request. Please resolve the issue ASAP.

    @reliancejio It has been over a month since your team has been working on my issue, yet you have failed to resolve it. Is my case really that complicated? First, you created unnecessary drama in cancelling the booking, and now you are repeating the same with the refund.

    @JioCare 2 May 2026 tak ka recharge hone ke bawajood, aur 200 Rs extra redeem hone pr bhi 2 din se 5 Mbps se kam speed chal rahi hai , Today no connectivity.... Bilkul bekaar service hai, local Technician suneel ko phone karo to bolte hain , wait karo ajayega Total waste of money...

    35+ hours of JioFiber outage and still Zero accountability. No updates, no way to reach a real support agent, nothing. Full monthly charges for half-baked service. How long are we supposed to just wait ? Absolutely unacceptable. What hell of a kind service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare JioAirFiber install ka time diya, engineer na call na visit. Order No: NO0001CTIDE0. Customer support bas “in progress” bolke call cut kar deta hai. Service seriously disappointing 😐 #JioAirFiber #CustomerExperience
