@JioCare what's wrong with your customer service? I raised a complaint yesterday that my wifi isn't working and your team told me it will be fixed by today, 2pm. Now I get the message that engineer will visit tomorrow. I'm working from home and unable to work since yesterday.

@ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?
