    @reliancejio i am not getting proper network since you had given 5g i still waiting for proper network , irrespective of your main job hiking the price you had done nothing to add for network you are still using bsnl network which supports only 4g

    Dear @JioCare, my JioFiber broadband service is disrupted again even after the previous complaint was attended. The same issue has recurred, causing major inconvenience. Kindly escalate this on priority and provide a permanent resolution. Service Request ID: SR00002M9NJ6.

    @JioCare @JioCare do you understand the reason for past cancellation? It's the device Id mismatch in your system. Nowhere my fault. Is it addressed or you are planning to cancel tomorrow's request too?

    Hey @JioCare i recently opted to port out of jio due to poor network coverage, but I just had a conversation with one of your executive and they were pretty convincing so I dropped the idea of porting out, but unfortunately, I think I rated her bad but she was good.

    @JioCare Complaint is closed sitting in office and responsibilities are fixed on User himself, who raises complaint ! Truly Great way of resolution of customer complaint by #JioCare Team ! SIMPLY NOT BOTHERED TO ATTEND CUSTOMER COMPLAINT.....
