    @reliancejio @JioCare why is it that you’ll like torturing your customers who have loyally paid semi annual internet charges? The engineer has agreed to a problem with the router but says it can’t be replaced till my internet validity ends.

    @reliancejio @JioCare The dumbest technician came to visit & couldn't solve the problem. can you send someone who can resolve the problem?! There has been no internet for 15 days! He said the router was spooky but it cannot be changed.

    @JioCare Despite chasing your team whole day, nobody from Jio turned up to address non-working set top box issue.. Set top box not working for almost for two days and Jio does not have a single support engineer to send
