This process must be strengthened to resolve customers issues on first visit. Also, hold code should be obtained by Eng from the customer to keep the ticket on hold not arbitrarily.

Many village towers in Karnataka have still not been upgraded, and rural residents are eagerly waiting for fast internet and services like JioAirFiber. We are now halfway through 2026, heading into 2027, but the tower in Hathyadka village (Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka - 574198) remains 4g. Please look into the attached geotagged image and upgrade our local tower to 5G as soon as possible to give our village equal digital access.We urge you to look into this matter immediately and upgrade this tower to 5G at the earliest to support the local community.
