@JioCare The uninstallation request was made because I had to relocate within the city..Jio service is not available here... I couldn't keep waiting at old location just to process uninstallstion. I have the modem and set top box . Please collect and process refund of security deposit

@JioCare I have complained more than 50 Times about slow internet and low coverage still no improvement. Every time I call to costumer care they say work is going on, it's been 2 years what work is going on I don't know their is no improvement here. I experienced worst service.

@reliancejio got a call this morning asking me to recharge my number Executive was extremely rude and threatened to deactivate number and reassign it to someone else. Wondering if you've hired goondas and vasooli walas for meagre recharges. How low can you stoop?
