  @reliancejio Attention Sr citizans Jio will not provide replacement of lost SIM if the fingers prints are not recognised in biometric machine. I tried hard for my lost sim at lunka & Rathayatra Varanasi and service center Manduadih varanasi but all refused to replace sim.

  @reliancejio @JioCare kabhi to transparent business karo - changing jio fiber trial appointments on your own without letting the customer know or even considering whether the customer is OK with that timing. Post-sales what will you serve? Saboo Dana ?

  @reliancejio @JioEngage Pls immediately act on Jio store of Ghatkopar(E), Mum. The employees are extremely irritated with customers & think they get away with it. Wanted to check his name on ID for giving complaint, but to avoid a scene I didn;t do so.
