    @JioCare my jio app suggesting me to change place or use net after sometime to avoid congestion and have better speed, but how it is possible for me all the time the problem is same at my place . My jio app can't be opened this much higher speed . Do you have any solution

    @reliancejio @JioCare Installation for the New jio fiber for no. 3533553583 is still pending from 20th June. Poor service. unresponsive team leader 9382905009. @JioCare will you care.

    Made so many complaints since 16th June but no response from @JioCare . Pathetic Customer Service and their associates gives different reasons every time !!

    @JioCare Update as on 1722 Had a conversation on a Toll Free Jio Customer Care to know the status and guess what they have again reschedule the engineer visit! From three days @JioCare is just rescheduling the visit and telling me that they have highlighted the concern!

    @JioCare NO0000HS1ECO this was the order number. This has been very irritating the guys are just wasting my time and not helping me with installation at all. I need some urgent help please or refund my money.

    @JioCare I complained a year ago about network issues in my area. You people said it'll take 3 months to rectify. Still there's no improvement. Same is the case with @ViCustomerCare . Both of you have been just giving fake assurances.
