    @JioCare I’ve registered complaint since 5 days for jio fiber and still no service. This is the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Your engineers are actively ignoring any calls for help.

    @JioCare How many days it takes to resolve.. Fiber installed on 11 Oct today is 16th till how many days it takes for resolution?? Why my channels in fiber box vary from MY jio app which is of same login. When will i get call or update regarding fiber??

    Hi @JioCare as discussed kindly expedite the resolution on topmost priority, all my financial transactions are blocked and i do not have access to telephony services from more than 36 hrs now

    I called on mentioned number today and its still active. Anyone can be a victim of fraud if this number will continue. Can we request service provider to stop the services of this number. @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare it should be immediately not after 24 hr.Internet is like basic need nowadays..be professional in customer service. It is not 90's Era.
