    @JioCare @reliancejio SR0000159a3v - The resolution time is 10:00 PM IST. Who is going to compensate for the loss of my office hours? Since there is no update about the root cause and resolution, I would need to avoid such dependance by lowering this plan and alternate company connection as back-up.

    @shubham246761 If you ask me porting is the only option. I did it too and you should do it too coz they will never resolve any issues. Jio is only reliable service provider. @JioCare port it

    @reliancejio ,@MukeshAmbani06 ,with Jio network one app open in 1hour,very bad network in village Jio tower is 500meter near ,but network is very poor,internet service very bad.,very bad experience in jio

    @JioCare Technician visited yesterday but didn't resolved any issue as he stated that some cable needs to be replaced but that process is not yet initiated. Since morning I m trying to call him but he is not picking up the call. How can a service tkt close without confirming with the user
