    Oh my god, not this **** again with @JioCare AirFiber man. Why does this happen every month when the whole network is down in our area here in Pune? Neither the Wi-Fi nor Data connection works properly? Why is it so ******* slow?

    @JioCare disconnected my JioFiber service without my consent, and even damaged the box installed at my premises. I registered a complaint through your IVR on the same day. However, despite my complaint, the local team is acting arbitrarily and has still not restored my connection.
