    @Niket_Ag @JioCare I recommended you that in future if you need any fiber or broadband service go for any other provider like Airtel or BSNL but don't go with JIO. After payment of installation charge thier sales team will stop picking up your call.

    @JioCare Pl see aug 20 reply as same as today reply i.e- our network team is already working to improve coverage. After 11 days your network team can't solve this issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare - as prompt as you are in raising your prices - might teach the customer service team to be a little more proactive? I feel as if I’m begging your team to fix my Internet - while no one has time to respond - beyond sending automated messages.

    @ViCustomerCare This is my last year's complaint, I am still facing the speed issue on day time, How long I should suffer ? I am paying 699₹ for your service and getting 150-200 Kbps in 4G, Will you gonna solve the issue or should I port to @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare i am a old consumer of jio, and now i wanna try jio fiber service. But that shows 'that is not currently available in your area'. What should i do? I have 10-15 days remaining, if you can then start your service in our area, otherwise i have go for @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare We are sorry for the poor experience you have had. You are experiencing internet issues as there are many users using internet at the same time from the site you are connected with. This is a temporary issue, may last for next few days. We are working to resolve this.

    @reliancejio @JioCare - I’ve been trying to get in touch with your team from Sunday. My Internet is not working, yet no action. When it comes to raising your prices, you’re pretty prompt. Why not be a little more proactive with resolving issues???

    @junior_Ram__04 @reliancejio @JioCare Just for your knowledge, they will charge 1500 Rs as security deposit and 100 Rs for installlation. They never refund the security amount in case you want to close the connection. Better look for better options available in your Area

    @reliancejio Since few days your net condition is working in very poor way, leave network for net, call is also not able to connect to anyone, due to which there is lot of problem in using net and contacting someone, Please take cognizance & improve the status of net. @JioCare

    Can someone please guide me? My @reliancejio Internet isn’t working from 4 days. @JioCare has the shittiest customer service. I can’t even get to talk to anyone, the complain shows resolved in jio app while the Internet still isn’t working. ****** service lazy support team.
