    My jio internet router has not been working since more than a month and the jio helpline is useless. The funny part is they are not taking the compliant down so that technician can come to the house to fix the issue . @JioCare @JioFibre @reliancejio

    @JioCare shameful service received! Placed a relocation request and paid 1200/-, relocation request wasn’t fulfilled and haven’t received the refund yet for over 2 weeks. Upon calling customer care none of them are able to address my concern and one lady disconnected the call!

    Hi @JioCare and @reliancejio , Internet not working from morning. Complaint registered and engineer visit slot allocated 3-4pm. It's almost 5pm nobody came. In my prv SP(ACT) any internet issue resolved in 1hr. In JIO Engineers also not picking the call SR N0-SR00003B117X
