    Please sent someone to fix this issue ASAP, it has been two weeks jiofiber is not working, tried to create support ticket they asking thousands of question, waste of time. ? if you cant sent someone then take the useless product back and initiate a refund @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Hello. There is not point in attempting calling me multiple times when I barely have just one bar in the signal, because even if by some miracle I am able to attend the call - I can’t hear you speak!!!

    @reliancejio 10 k refund pending since 20Jun. Pd via GPay to Jiorep A Vishwakarm for a society conn never provided. Reg JioFiber taken separately, refund assured. 2+ months of followups with A Biswas & Amrish Chaudhry, but only “today/tomorrow” assurance.Pls help. Reply publicly

    @reliancejio @JioCare 5g problem not solved,some of your jio engineer met me at the site in danamarket site,apmc 2,vashi,navi mumbai, I asked them about 5g network,they told me some of part is not working do there is no 5g in this area,and the new Part not provided from jio

    Dear @JioCare! I have recharged my number with 349 plan and got complementary Jio hotstar subscription with it. Today, when my friend login her jio hotstar with my number, it charged ₹ 1 just for logging in. if i already have complementary subscription, why you changed ₹1 ?

    @shivSamruddhi @TheHinduQueen @JioCare The main problem is the excess uncontrollable load on the network connections, a mechanical problem, more or less all the network providers are of the same efficiency.

    That 200 Rs plan by @reliancejio for OTT platforms is the shittiest implementation I've ever come across. Apps are accessible only through JioTV, quality isn't up to the mark, search doesn't work and it crashes frequently. Total waste of money. @JioCare
