    What has been the experience of anyone using Jio5G in Pune / Mumbai ? I have allegedly got 5G however there is some issue with regular calls and network and despite all software and network updates there is no 5G - looks like there is no True5G in India after all ? @JioCare

    @JioCare I called your call centre to surrender my jio prepaid connection since I was shifting my residence and the new place doesn't have jiofiber service. No action is taken till date. No refund/no taking back your equipment. What do I do?

    @JioCare I have made a recharge of Rs. 666 on 20/12/2022 through My Jio App. The amount is deducted from my bank account, but the recharge is not reflecting in My Jio App. Please solve the problem and also send customer care number to talk with customer care executive... Thanks
