  @reliancejio you guys do not take customers' problems seriously. Since more than one months I'm facing call drop issue, network fail issue, not able to use data due to sluggish speed, etc. And even after complain, you ppl just say that everything is okay and problem goes on.

  @JioCare do you provide internet services in my area because I am fed up from @Airtel_Presence services I have been charged late fees but my bill is still due for 3 days and the charges were there when my bill was generated. Their support is also pathetic.

  @JioCare pathetic network Not able to upload 2 files of 1.5MB each. This the truth of #Jio 4G & 5G . Really very pathetic and ****** thing. You tube is running without buffer but docx can not be attached to the e-mails. Worst network like Anil Ambani s rcom. finally leaving jio
