    🚨 @airtelindia & @reliancejio please launch a truly affordable/low cost Voice + SMS only Monthly recharge plan with 0 internet data. Not every1 needs daily data. Many poor, low income, senior citizens and basic keypad phone users mainly need calling & SMS. Ex- Start With 100Rs

    @reliancejio @JioCare Have absolutely horrendous experience with my fiber connection. Having trouble since yesterday, 2 of your field engineers visited and straight up denied wanting to fix the issue and left. Service Request number SR00003DVDDH

    This is totally ridiculous even there is no support team is present in jio I don't want your service before installation I am facing such problems after Installation whom I will contact and I don't need it @reliancejio @JioCare please refund my money

    @JioCare Despite sharing all required intimation, The issue is not resolved yet. Daily have to travel in city paying for signals. During emergency, it gets really tough. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare @airtelnews Sweety Ji, we have already shared all these details multiple times via DM, but the issue still hasn’t been permanently resolved. Instead of asking for the same information again in DM every time, please address the actual network issue on the ground and provide a permanent 1/2
