@JioCare Are you guys not getting my point. There is no provision for nex box. No free open port is there in the older box. Service Engineer already mentioned the same who visited 2 days back. Then why are you holding it unnecessarily.Either cancel it or I will escalate to higher level.

@deepakmishra_99 @reliancejio Jio ne mujhe jo reply Kiya hai use ek baar padh lijiye. For 1 year it was free after that they are charging without my permission/confirmation, this is my concern. Why they are charging without customer concern?
