@JioCare your my fiber connection for +91-3613566521 is not working for than 3 hours. I saw an engineer working on junction box, and asked him how much time will take. His answer was go and complain. So raising one after all we are helpless as already paid in advance. Let's see

@reliancejio Reliance network speed is 1Mbps at my home.Issue is happening for 3 months. Plan, data balance checked, no issues.Tower is within 250 mtrs from my home.Your network team says there is no issue at tower. Is this the customer care you provide? @TRAI

It's hilarious when the support team only know limited words- such as 'we have noted this as high priority' 'resolving through back end' 'regret for the inconvenience'. So much just to fix one wire! Utter waste of time. @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio
