    @JioCare the customer care representative are so worst and Jio is becoming worst day by day. Facing internet issue and no resolution raised multiple complains but router issue is not resolved.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got a message a new sim has been activated for my account. This is fraud and also i am not getting any response from jio customer service . Kindly check and cancel it and make it as fraud event. Order Number is NO0001D5U3Z4.
