    @JioCare had 2 appointment yesterday and still no engineer visited or called . And everytine i have to reshedule carrying this ticket from last 4 days now . You guys are not even try to resolve anything even customer care support on call is also closed for me . @reliancejio

    @JioCare What is the meaning of earliest? How many days it took, are you kidding me or bluffing the consumers. You should let me know very promptly the exact date. I can't Wait these many days to get my money back, is jio is waiting to recharge for service? This is very ridiculous

    @JioCare Day 9. No service. No accountability. 216+ hours of outage, countless follow-ups, Consumer Grievance No. 9506181, yet nothing except copy-paste responses. At what point does Jio stop apologizing and start taking responsibility?

    @JioCare Complete network failure in Abadpur, Katihar, Bihar. Calls are not connecting, incoming calls have no audio, and 4G/5G internet is barely working. The entire area has been facing this issue for the last 2 weeks. Please resolve urgently.

    @JioCare I have a jio air fiber connection, now it becomes normal to have slow internet speed. No customer support is there. Always we have a automated reply that team is working on the same. Absolute pathetic service from Jio Air Fiber. I would urge people, please do not buy.
