@reliancejio Third class service in Patna. 2 years of complaint about two locations, 1 in Patna, another in Delhi. No resolution yet. Bananas seems cheaper.

@jiocare The network fluctuations is very strong here. Only weak network is getting spreaded. This is happening since one or two week. No actions has been taken till now.kindly resolve asap.

Dear jio @reliancejio this is the superfast internet speed providing by you at a superb speed of 10/20 kbps only . I appreciate your effort even after complaining ... But there is no action 🙄 . Too much Poor internet service provided by you in patna.

At least @Airtel_Presence is responding to your post but @JioCare @reliancejio will completely ignore the complaint. Think before you do. Spare some time to @Airtel_Presence to help you out there.

@JioCare Did a 500 top-up for Jio prepaid which gives 50 gb data voucher. Activated the data voucher few hours before rolling over to next plan. The data voucher is gone!If only I knew or got a warning that voucher will expire in few hours with plan expiry!! Robbed!! Help pls!!
