    @JioCare I am feeling regreat that i am a jio customer because from last 3 years but still internet speed is low instead of airtel company is providing best speed with good plan for the benefecials of the customer.

    My jio fiber has been installed recently but many issues are coming and i am not able to complain on the given no . Issues are-: 1. Wifi is getting disconnected automatically 2. jio voice is not working.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare (1/2) backup to your mobile base station located in Koilwar (PIN - 802160). Your networking speed is fine & acceptable when it is present. The network disappears completely during power cuts in the area apparently in absence of an effective power backup arrangement.

    @reliancejio Third class service in Patna. 2 years of complaint about two locations, 1 in Patna, another in Delhi. No resolution yet. Bananas seems cheaper.

    @JioCare I request to everyone dont take jio Fibernet... They simply came to your house fix the connection without proper net like in a day the 10 hours speed is in kbps two days I have taken holiday they don't care no proper solution my jio fiber no. is - 3813562463

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare What the hell is going on with your network??? Incoming and Outgoing calls have completely barred on any number or network. Fixed it ASAP and take it seriously.

At least @Airtel_Presence is responding to your post but @JioCare @reliancejio will completely ignore the complaint. Think before you do. Spare some time to @Airtel_Presence to help you out there.

    @JioCare 12 days since my JioFiber ownership transfer request (April 22). No resolution. Support first denied the request, then found it after escalation and promised 24 hours. Still nothing. Poor service, taking money without accountability. resolve immediately.

    @JioCare Does JIO FIBER advice customer to Recharge ONLY AFTER Switch Off ? Because earlier if the customer recharges, his monthly active period is reduced automatically by JIO FIBER ? I had recharged 4 days prior and Company reduced my active period and Reset new dates !
