    @JioCare Their 5G network is absolutely zero around my place, my daily data limit is getting consumed, so why should I stay on this network and waste my money in the name of 5G, hence I will be satisfied with 4G networkin BSNL @BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare this is not just an issue with my phone. The entire town is facing network problems due to the tower shifting work. Please find out and let us know by when the shifting work is expected to be completed, so that normal network services can be restored.

    @JioCare It’s 2 days since I am having this problem. How much longer I need to wait? On top this is a pure fault of your technician. Why should I face interrupted service due to Jio technician not visiting on time?

    @reliancejio Every time there’s a power cut in my village, the Jio network completely disappears. No signal, no calls, no connectivity at all. The majority of villagers here are Jio users. Kindly please look into this issue. [Village Pipartali, Pratapgarh, UP 230144 (Pincode)].

    @JioCare @reliancejio is there any intent of providing any solution or its a black hole where the voice of the customer is lost for ever. They ways you guys are working i do not see any intention or interest in solving the issue
