    For 3 days, my Jio STB has not been working. YouTube and JioHotstar work, but Jio Live Channels don’t. Complaints via app/email got no response, and customer care calls disconnect automatically. This is unacceptable. Fix it urgently and send a technician. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Paid on 5 Aug. Still no JioFiber installation. No communication, and your installation representative behaved rudely instead of helping. This is unacceptable. Install it today or refund my money. Otherwise, I'll escalate this issue and move my family's connections.#jio

    Team - Can you please update the Ticket: SR00003D2K4L, No internet since Monday, your idiot Engineer simply changing the ticket to onhold and closing the ticket without taking OTP. Pls look into this and take action on your Engineer. @JioCare

    @JioCare I would prefer to cancel my connection rather than facing this harassment from you. Its been one week and internet is disconnected. Why would one oay the bills when they have not availed what they assured of? Does our money come for free?
