@Im_RajatSharma @reliancejio @JioCare Haha wow! Time to switch to Airtel. Have been with Jio for 5 years, but jio care will not accept their sim doesn't work with 5G in roaming. And no one will help, the ridiculous team without calling and investigating will tell you, currently 5G is not available in your area.

@JioCare Problem of porting lies in non-availability of Jio True5G connection in mobile devices which are already 5G set and shows preferred network as 5G among others. But 5G connection is not available. Our area by pincode 700149/50.

Poor @reliancejio customer support & billing management. App is showing wrong billing cycle & payment due date but customer support has no clue and justifying wrong billing & payment due date. Told me tht connection get suspended even i told billing is wrong #PoorCustomerService
