    @JioCare Hi all. Thanks for twitter support provided. I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. I hope this is not repeated in Future.

    I did not my money refund back after uninstallation my uninstallation done on 28 of April but we did not receive money I am connect to customer care but he was said money was credited when I check bank statement it's not credit I email but we did not receive any respond @JioCare

    @JioCare These are system based replies. . Why do you people lie to jio fiber customers. One more day passes and the connectivity issue is not resolved. Besides your technician asked for OTP before resuming the connection. How long you anticipate patience from #jiofiber customers
