    @reliancejio made a simple port-out request exhausting: endless bots, scripted agents, a forced plan change, a 48-hour wait, and no clear answer on the final charges. Terrible customer experience. I will never again use a Jio product moving forward. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio i have been a customer of jio bussiness wifi since 2 years, my wifi is down from 5 days now i have called to your customer care 10 times to no avail. My biggest mistake was paying for a full year. This has been the worst service experience.

    Dear @JioCare, I am extremely disappointed with the service. I have been trying to permanently disconnect my Jio AirFiber connection, but there is no proper option available to do so. I have already emailed JioCare regarding this issue, yet no action has been taken. 1/2

    @JioCare hello Jio my self pranay and I'm from India and telangana state but now I'm living in U.S all of sudden my jio sim signal has lost why I don't know but sim is in active singals are dropped i taught to replace the sim but now I can't come to India.

    No technician/engineer have come to solve issue.. Again escalating issue of my Jiofibre not working for more then a week, There are no adverse/severe weather conditions that they can't make it, take a note of this and arrange one immediately.. +91 261 3580891 @JioCare
