    @JioCare facing lots of trouble in Jio Data . Within half an hour without any download your 2GB data exhausted. Using WiFi network only with my PC & WiFi Printer and hardly get 20/23 pages quotation for print.

    @rsprasad @narendramodi @reliancejio and @BSNLCorporate should be combined at least @BSNLCorporate can saved them selfs. They were one of the best telecom service provider in country but unfortunately not now.

    @DishTV_India poorest service from dish tv , Dth connection off from 4 days , call centre guy is telling our server is down , even don’t know when it will restore , its our mistake that we have taken dish tv , waiting for @reliancejio dth service to began soon .

    @JioCare The worst network frm jio is still on Jio team has once again did a lip service. They didn't take any action regarding their worst network in my area. Does jio cheat by taking full recharge of 4G & not providing it? Jio stop this. Ask ur team to get into action. #WorstJioNetwork

    @reliancejio I stay in the heart of the city in one of the most expensive area and still I dont get jio network and hence porting out with 30 more residents of my society. No internet,frequent call drops. It took 10 mins to find your Twitter Handle due to poor network.@JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India I have done a top up Recharge of 10 ₹ from my android phone to my jio no 9834530151 and I am not able to call or message anyone , when I call the they say that" do a valid recharge plan or use top up coupon to call " kindly help me with this

    @Idea @airtelindia @reliancejio Sorry idea care, I did the port out process and dont want to wait and dont want any resolution from you, as per your knowledge you people will only ask to restart mobile, select auto ntwrk mode, delete cookies except this cant provide anything.

    A person called my jio number saying he is from "JIO customer care" and started quarrelling with my family members on jio's name. I think this is not Jio officially calling people. I want Jio to take this into account. And aslo the police. @reliancejio

    @TRAI @rsprasad @idea_cares @JioCare All telecom operators has raised tarriff charges but basic of mobile phone i e call connectivity and call drop issues are still not solved how you are justifying this rise in tarriff TRAIN should interfere to solve this

    @JioCare just 2 Days before Switch To Jio Postpaid From Jio Prepaid. Now I realize Jio prepaid Internet Connection is better than Jio Postpaid Requesting kindly resolve the issue asap.

    @JioCare I have the problem that every time I come to the pancvati Jio store they make me wait for at least 15 -30 minutes and it's very disappointing that they don't solve my problem because most of the time they give the excuse they the server is down or the app doesn't help.

    @reliancejio My 5G data is completely not working properly since daily data exhausted. I have already recharge top-up voucher of 151 for 9 GB 4G with 5G unlimited. But still 5G isn't working compared to 4G at all. Don't know which type of service @JioCare providing name of 5G.

    It’s been days since the rains cooled off, but @JioCare 5G is still down at my house. Getting <10mbps in just one spot, forcing me onto 4G. Exhausting my 2.5GB daily limit is a nightmare when 5G is supposed to be unlimited. Please resolve! PIN: 401209

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. An engineer visit was marked, but no engineer actually came. The router is still blinking red, and there is no internet. I've been facing this issue for days. Please stop giving generic updates and arrange an actual engineer visit today.

    Looks ..people don't know backend policy ..if they get any offer in app & can call customer care for verification.. If customer care is telling you are eligible & can make 707 rs payment & use 2 months internet Let me know who's fault is it User or company ? Ans plz @JioCare
