    @reliancejio Team,I leave in Nashik,I barely get range in my room and I am thinking about porting to other network. You tube streaming in low quality is also not possible. I have also discussed the issue with jio centre but they couldn’t solve it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Very much poor network issue from last 15 to 20 days, Internet speed is too low, calls nit getting connected, look in to matter immediately.

    @JioCare The worst network frm jio is still on Jio team has once again did a lip service. They didn't take any action regarding their worst network in my area. Does jio cheat by taking full recharge of 4G & not providing it? Jio stop this. Ask ur team to get into action. #WorstJioNetwork

    @JioCare facing lots of trouble in Jio Data . Within half an hour without any download your 2GB data exhausted. Using WiFi network only with my PC & WiFi Printer and hardly get 20/23 pages quotation for print.

    @JioCare @sarsij Your people aren't serving seamlessly, that's why we are complaining and now due to that problem now i already broadband connection from I-on broadband. Now and further will recharge any service providers number with only basic plans to keep mobile number active.

There must be some provision to reverse such wrongly recharge of different mobile number. Coz someone is loosing his/her "hard earned money" by the virtue of manual mistake by "him/herself" or "recharge point".

    @Airtel_Presence From some days, your network is not working in ozar, nashik area. No call, No internet. I'm frustrated with your network. I think, should go with @JioCare they've also poor network but atleast their services are working. call me 7508186267 asap

    @TRAI @rsprasad @idea_cares @JioCare All telecom operators has raised tarriff charges but basic of mobile phone i e call connectivity and call drop issues are still not solved how you are justifying this rise in tarriff TRAIN should interfere to solve this

    @Idea @airtelindia @reliancejio Sorry idea care, I did the port out process and dont want to wait and dont want any resolution from you, as per your knowledge you people will only ask to restart mobile, select auto ntwrk mode, delete cookies except this cant provide anything.

    @idea we’ve had 5 postpaid connections within our family and all of them either ported out or switched to prepaid and i was the lone believer in your so called ‘good service’...because i have a hell number of shares of @Idea in stocks...time to join @reliancejio now i guess 🤔

    @JioCare : New Jio SIM isn't getting activated, SR No. SR000037CKFF was raised for the issue- new SIM which you couldn't activate in good 7 days. How much time you need to activate anew sim-seems a week isn't enough? Should I try another service provider- they can do it in 1 day?

    @JioCare I mistakenly recharged ₹2,350 on my old suspended JioFiber account instead of my active connection. My concern is that a suspended account was still able to accept the recharge. Kindly help with a refund or transfer of the amount. Details can be shared via DM.

    @JioCare I understand the thing that if I've not recharged the service's are disconnected. But your jio care mans are calling me and tell me that your no. Will be deactivated permanently this is not acceptable why detactive permanent ?

    @JioCare Network is dead since Dec 2025 at Kolkata 700037! RSRP -120dBm, speeds <1Mbps. Multiple SRs closed without fix. On May 10, support staff was extremely rude & disconnected the call. Resolve this or give me my refund quickly! SRs: SR00002ZHQRB, SR00002J8RJG, SR00002KLZTS

    @JioCare If a customer cannot cancel without losing prepaid money, then ensuring uninterrupted service and timely repairs should be the bare minimum responsibility. Expecting customers to wait endlessly while work/business suffers is unacceptable. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioHotstar Paid my bill. Subscription shows ACTIVE in MyJio, but JioHotstar says I have no subscription and asks me to pay again. Jio blames Hotstar. Hotstar blames Jio. Multiple complaints, zero solution. Pathetic customer service.
