    @Idea @airtelindia @reliancejio Sorry idea care, I did the port out process and dont want to wait and dont want any resolution from you, as per your knowledge you people will only ask to restart mobile, select auto ntwrk mode, delete cookies except this cant provide anything.

    Worst xstream fiber service ever given by airtel to customers...after calling customer care they said their executive come next day ...that means we wait for near 12 hours to resolve internet issue..this is very bad ..and worst service. @airtelindia @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Sir i am thoroughly unhappy with customer care service of yours today. They left the live chat without solving issues, Calling facilities were also not connecting for almost a day, I was having 3 problems, none of it was resolved #irresponsible #jiocare

    @TRAI @rsprasad @idea_cares @JioCare All telecom operators has raised tarriff charges but basic of mobile phone i e call connectivity and call drop issues are still not solved how you are justifying this rise in tarriff TRAIN should interfere to solve this

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence care person havn't shared any necessary info. she just asked to stay with this network for more time and said airtel is improving network, we will get better service. @Idea @reliancejio

    @JioCare facing lots of trouble in Jio Data . Within half an hour without any download your 2GB data exhausted. Using WiFi network only with my PC & WiFi Printer and hardly get 20/23 pages quotation for print.

    @idea we’ve had 5 postpaid connections within our family and all of them either ported out or switched to prepaid and i was the lone believer in your so called ‘good service’...because i have a hell number of shares of @Idea in stocks...time to join @reliancejio now i guess 🤔

    @JioCare I have the problem that every time I come to the pancvati Jio store they make me wait for at least 15 -30 minutes and it's very disappointing that they don't solve my problem because most of the time they give the excuse they the server is down or the app doesn't help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm having Jio Number with valid Jio Plan with #JioTrue5G compatible smartphone & my area is also covered with #JioTrue5G network still I have not received Jio True5G welcome offer. As your 4G network is very poor internet speed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your coverage in Nashik city is soo poor & it becoming worst day by day. People started porting out, awake otherwise will get replaced. Am fed up with it, I have ported in #Jio with big hopes, but you failed. वक्त पे जाग जाओ, वरना बदल दिये जाओगे.

    @rsprasad @narendramodi @reliancejio and @BSNLCorporate should be combined at least @BSNLCorporate can saved them selfs. They were one of the best telecom service provider in country but unfortunately not now.

    @JioCare booked a jio fiber connection in my wife's name. Payment made on 8th June. Installation not yet done. Contacted the staff who handled sales. No response. Not lifting calls. Tried help through jio care, even after repeated requests..

    Paid over 15k for the **** IR in last 4-5 months. I demand a full 100% refund of the **** IR. You can check all my WhatsApp chat history with IR customer care as proof. I’d rather take a local sim every time, would have saved me over 12k. Or switch to @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My internet connection is frequently down, speeds are very slow, and despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. This is seriously affecting my work and daily activities. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare So if no refund will be provided no extension will be provided why we are doing so much delay in fixing the services, when we recharge we recharge for a month but service disruption happens than we will not exten or refund?

    @JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision I’ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Can’t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.
