    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing too troubleshooting issue. I can't able to do make calls also & I can't/not connecting able to do call for Jio Customer Care Number. Such an Horrible Networking🙏

    @JioCare I even contacted the local network team, but they either don't answer calls or disconnect them. We're tired of false promises. Please fix the Jio tower in Luni, Jodhpur (342802) and provide a permanent solution. @JioCare @reliancejio #Jio #NetworkIssue

    @JioCare @reliancejio Complaint Ref: SR000039HGB1 Complaint still not resolved. Internet issue is getting worse day by day. Very poor service and only false promises so far. We pay for service not for excuses. Fix the network immediately or I will port to another provider.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, after months of complaints, I'm still receiving the same copy-paste response. The problem is not my phone; it's the network in our village. Please verify the local coverage instead of repeating generic troubleshooting. Same problemexist on every 5G device I have.

    @JioCare I recharged ₹ 824.84 for my jio fiber but ater 24hr of rechar net ia not working. Technical team said talk to customers care and customer care is activating my net pack from last 24hr. What a great survice. This is 2nd time happened.

    I recharged my Jio SIM with the ₹899 plan, which includes an extra 20 GB of data. After my daily 2 GB data was exhausted, the extra 20 GB did not activate, so I'm unable to use the internet. Please check and resolve this issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Poor service. Though more than 24 hours have passed since I complained about no internet connectivity the engineer has not reached. Who is responsible for this period of non Internet connection for two days?
