    @JioCare Jio customer care told me my services would be restored by 12 PM today, but once again, nothing happened. Every time I’m given a new deadline, and none are followed. This is completely unacceptable. Jio is misleading customers with false timelines.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Charging customers extra without notifying them is not acceptable. If I reach out to support, they tell me that we are not responsible for Netflix but I am charged in my jio bill and not notified regarding the change either in email or text.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejioindia What kind of customer service is this? I’ve been waiting for my JioFiber issue to be resolved, but there’s still no proper action or response.Two times you gave me a time commitment, and still my JioFiber connection relocation has not been done.

    @JioCare worst service.. the sales person doesn’t care to tell the procedure of providing wifi. Even after appointment has been fixed for installation they dint make it up. Neither there is a way to reach out to complain. The sales person doesn’t pick up calls either. Pathetic

    @JioMart Extremely disappointing customer service! I used my wallet balance for an order placed on 12 August, but the order was not confirmed and my wallet balance has still not been restored. Despite repeated complaints, no proper resolution. @reliancejio Please resolved#JioMart

    @JioCare Urgent: My Jio AirFiber has been down with a constant red light since yesterday. IVR 1800 896 9999 disconnects automatically with an automated outage prompt, and email/WhatsApp support has provided no ticket or ETA. Service ID: 915423594583 Location: Varanasi / UP East
