@JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing too troubleshooting issue. I can't able to do make calls also & I can't/not connecting able to do call for Jio Customer Care Number. Such an Horrible Networking🙏

Dear @fiber_jio, I recently installed your wifi connection in Dehradun under a trial period but trust me it's been over a week, " tumse na ho payega" as your bunch of technicians have given up and can't fix the issue. Regret.@JioCare @MukeshAmbanima Not expecting response though

@reliancejio Pathetic experience I waited for 17 days for my refund now they r saying wait for more 15 days I mean what the hell is the problem if u reject the sim same day why can't u refund what a bad customer service this company has

@Satinderjit2778 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@JioCare Jio support us not helping in esim activation it’s beenn2 days. Physical sim is deactivated,just need Jio profile configuration or provide the QR code. Jio store is very far from my village & Can’t visit Jio store in this lockdown and COVID situation.
