  @JioCare I have been a loyal Jio customer for years and used Jio Postpaid for nearly three years. Despite raising multiple complaints about poor network coverage, I have received no satisfactory resolution. Is this the service we are paying for?

  Hi @JioCare, I recharged my Jio number with ₹707 after seeing a WhatsApp offer promising 1 month extra validity + ₹150 cashback. However, I have not received either the extra validity or the cashback. Please check my recharge and resolve this issue as #JioAirFiber #jiofraud

  @JioCare The network issue in our area has still not been resolved. Kindly arrange to fix it as soon as possible. The Jio tower has been out of service, and hundreds of customers are facing serious inconvenience. All of us have recharged with 5G plans, but we only receive a 4G network.

  @JioCare Despite repeated complaints and repeated assurances from your customer care, there is still no improvement. Location: Shirgaon, Badlapur (Flipkart Minutes). No usable 5G network and extremely poor speeds. Either fix the issue immediately or refund my money. #Jio #5G

  My JioFiber connection has been down since 16th July. Complaint ID: SR00003BG01N (logged via MyJio app). Despite calling Jio helpline daily for the last 3 days, no resolution yet. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service and support. @JioCare resolve urgently!
