  @JioCare I've been receiving the same generic response for quite some time. A "service request in progress" is not a meaningful update. Please share the current status, the reason for the delay and a firm ETA. If this cannot be provided, kindly escalate my case to the appropriate team.

  .@JioCare Paid ₹2,221.46 for #JioFiber on 21 Jul 2026 (Order: NO0001ERC87A). Installation promised on 22 Jul but never happened. After repeated follow-ups, still no service. Now asked to wait 10–12 more days for refund. Very disappointing. Please cancel & refund immediately. #

  @JioCare totally sick of your support for jio fiber. I raised a complaint yesterday, nobody came. today a service guy came and he saw the wiring has been destroyed and he said he will be back with wire and made my complaint on hold. He didnt arrive at all, I called him and he was saying today we have a meeting of all engineers, and he will be at my place by 3:30, he didnt arrive again and when i see in myjio app the complaint is not anymore shown and the guy doesnt even picks my phone now. They have no working habits or accountability. Only your vile team keep calling with useless messages without any resolution. Your service is a joke and substandard offering like all Jio operations. I have no hopes from your team at all, because you have gone totallly downhill with complaints. Zero responsibility Zero service Zero overall, shame on you.
