    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice worst service of Jio fiber internet. We are having an Online business and our Internet is having issues and No engineer visits us despite complaining 1000s time. We are from surat 58-nandanwan society. We are facing isssue since 10 days.

    @JioCare I paid 1500 deposit and not evn month completed.. due to service issues i have cancelled the connection and i hv got amsg stating that 500rs initiated refund? On what basis? Jio has a cancellation policy no question asked on full refund

    My number has been ported to @JioCare, but there is no signal when i insert sim. Jio person is saying to redo ekyc using aadhar @UIDAIHyderabad but my biometric is locked in maadhar app. What is the way out. OTP comes to the same number where there is no signal on sim.
