    @JioCare Instead of answers, I repeatedly heard that I was a "valued customer." No usage records. No escalation to a technical team. No explanation. Just scripted responses repeated over and over.

    Pathetic service by Jio fixed line! @reliancejio @JioCare Often not able to connect calls....and sometimes when it connects, the other person do not hear my voice Running 'self help' shows everything is perfect. How imperfect could it be!

    @JioCare Since last 3 days no one has come up with any solution. Then why asking to DM. If you don't bothered about your reputation after posting publicly then how can I expect that you will solve the issue if DM. And already tried by sending DM. But no response.

    Jio Mobile Network Coverage Is So Poor In My Area, Which Is Madanpuri West Sagarpur New Delhi 110046. Getting -107 Dbm Signal.. Internet Buffering & Call Issue.. Have To Port Out If Not Solved.. @reliancejio @JioCare #Newdelhi

    @JioCare Why does the recharge expires in the middle of the day? If I am traveling my recharge pack got expired I am not able to make the call in emergency. No one is giving their phone. Kindly expire the recharge at 12 am of the day not in middle of the day

    @JioCare Your customer support has completely failed. 5 days without service. This is unacceptable. I no longer wish to continue with Jio Fiber. Disconnect my connection immediately and refund the charges for the period I was left without service.
