    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing too troubleshooting issue. I can't able to do make calls also & I can't/not connecting able to do call for Jio Customer Care Number. Such an Horrible Networking🙏

    Multiple emails only receive the same reply: "Lead is in process." Customer care has also failed to provide any resolution Requesting @JioCare to urgently look into this matter and either install the connection immediately or process a full refund. #JioAirFiber @jaagograhakjago

    @JioCare Totally fraud fraud. My Airfiber stopped working past 10days and service engineer visits and took mu outdoor unit and told it's faulty and they will replace it with another unit. starting they said there is no stock and now they won't picking my call. Harrasment at peak

    @JioCare The problem is inside the home. Water is coming from wire and now sparks are coming out and it the wire and router has burnt and now we are calling in jio service than no one is coming they are only giving excuses that they will come. We have called them many times.

    @JioCare I have written the issues 6 times over DM. Your response is, it will get resolved in sometime. It didn't get resolved till now.

    @JioCare I had issue, Field service person came and took my good device replaced with refurbished device since they only had such device. Later found issue for which person replaced device was regional hub of jiofiber's issue. So i had no. 2 rating device wasn't my fault. 2/3

    It seems @JioCare has replied just for the sake of formality, as they have done many times before. A standard response means little when the actual issue remains unresolved. Customers need solutions, not copy-paste replies. @TRAI @khurpenchh
