    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing too troubleshooting issue. I can't able to do make calls also & I can't/not connecting able to do call for Jio Customer Care Number. Such an Horrible Networking🙏

    @JioCare Team, im frustrated to the core, i have paid my money so only using your network... otherwise I would have move to airtel where they will install within a day.. 3 days there is no update from your end and no installation happens

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio @tanyachawla31 Don't gobfor jio broadband internet even if given for free. Not even a week ago my airfiber connection was down for 4 days and there is no way on earth to reach customer care. All you will get is AI bot response on call chat and emails.

    Jio fiber is not working in my area since yesterday morning,No option to register a complain becoz its is due to an outage. Jio engineer is asking to register a complain. No clear info when the services will be restotred. @JioCare

    @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare @reliancejio I’ve been facing the same issue for the last two months. When I ask for a refund, they simply copy and paste the bot message with random names. It’s pathetic. #Jio

    @JioCare Your customer service is worst Customer executive is not picking call Tollfree numbers are only automated response When i tried connecting jio customer store, they are asking to come to store without hearing whats the problem

    ISSUE since 3 MONTH COMPLAINT RAISED 26 days back Kuch toh sharam karo Nikammo, @JioCare @reliancejio Ur network really sucks. Raised d complaint SRO0003DTOFP nothing improved. Y did u mark it as resolved? Wn u ll be resolving d issue? Say NO to JIO #unsatisfactory #annoying
