    @JioCare Purnima Nibas Markndeswar sahi Mangalaghat Road Puri-752001 Odisha 9439556635/6371430689 This is happening last 3/4 years. Maximum user jio user in our home and locality but the service is very poor. We are unable to use frequently. Please resolve the issue.

    @whoalamin @JioCare Open the MyJio app and update your DND settings to "fully blocked." If you still receive such spam calls, install TRAI DND and report each and every one of them. Within a few weeks, you will stop receiving such calls. I too had such issues initially. Now it's peace of mind.

    @JioCare 3rd time hardware issue with POE showing no red light. Faulty items. No internet. Can you escalate this to your top management? Seems like a cheap hardware procurement problem

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare why can't I speak to a person from customer care who can actually understand my query and resolve it, instead I always get an automated voice. I tried every available customer care number, no resolution. Please help.

    @JioCare Shubham, are you even ashamed of informing your costumer that @reliancejio @JioCare will not be able to refund? The ask for a refund is basis no internet connectivity with 0 to no jio support in my location for nearly a month now. (1/1)
