@JioCare @reliancejio Appalling upload and download speeds for JioFi in Chas, Bokaro (PIN: 827013). Download speeds are bad, and upload speeds are almost nonexistent. Hampering work and school alike, specially during these exam periods. Please resolve at immediately.

Why internet down when electricity cut off,, Are jio towers not equipped with emergency electric supply like generator. Even jio users are unable to make call,due to lack of network connectivity. why network not available after electricity cut off? @JioCare
