    @JioCare The technician number I received yesterday was of some one from silapathar even though my connection is based in north Lakhimpur. If this doesn’t get resolved today, we will close our connection with @JioCare Horrible service in the times of digital India.

    @JioCare f you check ur customer call recordings, the customer care execs have been lying, stating that the sim would be delivered the same day, but there still hasnt been a solution to this. Why cant the delivery executive be changed - and the sim be delivered. payments made 14 days ago

    Dear @JioCare and @reliancejio, I applied for a new JioFiber connection and completed the payment, but no one has come for installation. The concerned team is neither responding to my calls nor providing any update. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.

    The incompetence of system is being hidden by blaming the customer that service request raised was wrong. There’s a technical term that you won’t understand- This was the explanation given by customer care. @JioCare @jio_fiber #jiofiber

    @JioCare First you delayed the connection, then I cancelled the order, and now the refund is also delayed. I have been waiting for weeks. How can a customer be treated like this after making full payment Please stop giving generic replies and provide a clear refund update.

    @JioCare 24 hrs completed my Jio sim 9423507067 post paid mobile not working so many messages were sent but zero action. Useless services. My bank account are locked nor I can able to ring anyone nor able to do any transactions on mobile! Continue its showing sim failed.

    @JioCare engineer came but not installed the Jio fibre. Stating address was wrong. But I have updated it as per directions of customer care call. Please help
