    @JioCare Actually I don't how much complex the problem is? How much time it will take? If there some problems than I am getting multiple messages about schedule-reschedule? Yesterday I got call from customer care and he said me that engineering are coming at 1 pm, but? 🙏

    @reliancejio It's been a month we are facing the slow internet/inconsistent internet in our are. We have contacted to your customer care through voice call but every time they said same and same sentences to us.

    @jiocare hello jio, Got a new jio number activation email for a number which i didn't applied for. May be a mistake/fraud. Tried to reach your customer care executive but failed miserably.

    @Baba_Satwik @JioCare Now they have stopped calling even asking them to call me. They are giving good excuse that due to bad connectivity they are unable to call. Also they are just copy pasting their's previous ans. This company runs far worst than govt companies.

    Hi @reliancejio Even though i had a plan which was for 6 months validity and was supposed to be till 25th march. You guys raised bill in Feb asking me to pay the bill and have suspended the connection. Complaint id - MR 00011KBAM3 Please restore my connection asap
