    @JioCare Thanks for your assistance. I would like to clearly mention that it's the irresponsibility of the agent who was assigned to me not the jio fiber. If this is the case, then what if I have trouble with connectivity or any other issues sometime later in future ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Such a pathetic network connectivity in Dhubri, Assam n on top of that very worst customer service. Hv complained so many times but no response n jio office in Dhubri doesn't hv complaint register. What an irony #switchfromjio

    I m glad reliance jio started 5G but why not we are getting what we are paying for no 4G @reliancejio. Facing problem since a week plz do the need full for streamline service 🙏

    @JioCare If a customer is paying his/her bill late then you people call them many times, send them messages many times but when a customer is asking you to provide proper service, you respond is we are working on it.. hopeless jio

    @reliancejio Just now talk with Customer care centre employee now on work from home, Shailesh Rohit cut call during call and also he has no proper information for port of no and not satisfied with his answer.
