    I once called @reliancejio to complain about slow internet in my area and their robot said- "We checked, the internet speed is slow in your area, we'll fix it in 3-4 MONTHS" That was 6 months ago btw, it's still **** and I switched to Airtel. Who are also **** btw.

    @JioCare It has been almost 5 months are you out of your mind your team still just escalating the issue however already one person from your team connected with me and asked the detail of sales person engineer and I shared the same but he has done nothing since that day no one replied me

    For the last 5 days we are facing issue in jio airfiber, called you customer support multiple times, raised service request and they closed without resolving it. How long we need to wait? no response from any of your team. Anyone available to check? @JioCare
