  Jio fibre not working in Trivandrum, Kerala. Have seen people raising same issue all over India. The installation guy advised they have some updates ongoing. Shouldn't you inform this prior? People working from home are struggling. @JioCare

  @JioCare Still not resolved. Getting only 30–40 Mbps on a 100 Mbps JioAirFiber plan despite repeated complaints. Service request SR000038NAP7 was reopened but no improvement so far. If this continues, I’ll be forced to disconnect. Very disappointing service. @DoT_India @TRAI
