    @JioCare requested so many times still same answer no wire connection beyond 20 mtrs, no objection when getting a lead and installation, later on service is restricted or limited. adviced to change to #jioairfiber. Fine requested to terminate existing wired connection

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Guys there has been an internet connectivity issue for the past 3 days. An engineer visit is scheduled for today 3.15-4.15 pm. I have been trying to get in touch over calland neither has the person reached out. No responses Can you please intervene!

    If you’re in rural area please never choose jio Air fibre because their service is literally garbage. There is a hardware issue in the one installed at my home, I trying to register complain and they are not even giving option anywhere. Its been 3 days. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Finally resolved after days of torture! Cause? Your incompetent installers pointed my JioAirFiber antenna at an AIRTEL tower! SR: SR00003EUJ5P | Service ID: 2653557045 I expect full billing credit for the 4 days of outage caused by your blunder. @TRAI @nch1915

    @JioCare JioAirFiber down for 30+HOURS. SR: SR00002NNI3E Technician visited & couldn’t fix it. Customer care failed. Now Jio keeps rescheduling visits instead of fixing the issue. Even escalated to Karnataka Appellate Team. Enough rescheduling. RESTORE MY INTERNET NOW.

    @Godfath52464383 @JioCare @reliancejio Every service provider is same. In our country we only look at acquiring users, post that we go off to sleep till the user decides to port out. For those three days, the user is King and thereafter, new service provider with no change in QoS
