    @JioCare My Jio Fiber connection has been disabled from more than 40-50 days and since then you are just postponing it. I am sure you have sufficient engineers or else you would have not been able to provide connection within 2 days. So, stop fooling and resolve my issue asap.

    @JioCare Amazing response.. and u know what I called at ur customer care at 9:30 PM and they still were telling me that engineer will visit me today only.. may be at 10 PM or after that is at this time ur engineer visits... i have recorded that call as well..

    I had the worst experience and technical support from @JioCare @reliancejio for the Jiofiber connection.@JioCare claims to resolve the issue in 24 hrs but almost 3 days still the issue not resolved. Registered number 9458156708 Worst experience #jiofibre #reliancejio #Dehradun

    When a network provider company charges equal amount to their every customer, they should provide equal network speed in every area or every corner of the country. Why are they lagging? @reliancejio

    Was expecting a much better Technical & customer support from @JioCare @reliancejio end that is the only reason I chose Jio fiber but thankyou for proving me wrong. Never had such a bad experience with any of the ISP. Even made multiple calls but only the resolution time increase

    @JioCare YOUR SHAMELESSNESS HAS NO BOUNDS. EVEN AFTER 25 DAYS, YOU HAVE NOT RAKEN ANY ACTION ON MY COMPLAINT. YOU ARE JUST FOOLING AROUND. YOU ARE A PATHETIC COMPANY WHICH HAS NO INTEGRITY. ALL THROUGH YOU HAVE BEEN GIVING FALSE ASSURANCES TO ME.

    @reliancejio we need two #jiofiber connections but your team says there is no possibility to give the new connection, even if there are a lot of jio connections in my exact next street. Please look into the issue #TeamJio #TIA

    @JioCare i have done a recharge as per the list on get add ons but instead of the add ons the amount has been credited to my bill payment account... i need help on this and i need my money to be reversed
