    @JioCare @reliancejio From 25 July I was facing slowness & on August 1st signal completely gone. To fix this you scheduled Eng visit on 2nd,3rd,4th August but no one came. Again rescheduled it on 10th August. Do u have minimum shame? Service Request Number SR00001CGT5L #jiodown

    @JioCare Engineer was scheduled to visit on August 4, 6pm. Nobody showed up or even called to inform it is cancelled. I had to call customer service to find out why the engineer did not come. But they had no info. Now it is scheduled for today August 5, 7-8pm.

    @ImAtulKansal @DuttsSunil @reliancejio My father age 70,has lost his mobile phone & Jio SIM.He filed police complaint &tried getSIM blocked by calling Jio customercare.There is no support.He is not able to get new SIM for same number due to wrong DOB intered in system by Jio team

    @__The_Doc Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @JioCare I've been waiting patiently since long. I have been following this issue up with the person since more than a week and now towards you. This is really frustrating that I am getting this kind of unprofessional behaviour by both company and it's employees.
