@JioCare I was sure when I will raise the concern, the first thing you will do is to cancel my order. It's easy to cancel order rather than installing a new box. I have 3 persons who want to take connection but I think @reliancejio @JioCare have no vendor to install new boxes.

@reliancejio calls r droping after 10 to 15 secs. I have called their customer care reg. this but they r not providing proper solution to fix dis issue. They told me tht they would fix it within 3 months but it has been more than 14 months n the problem is still same. @TRAI

@JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Friends, don't trust any offers given to you by Jio representatives. I was offered one month free services, but never got it. Jio customer care doesn't respond. Jio is a cheat, liar, fraud company with no ethics at all. Be careful.
