Brig Adarsh (@Aadarsh50485599) reported@JioCare It about half past seven PM today. Almost 24 hours have lapsed since I completed process of converting physical SIM of Jio to eSIM of Jio. System is so inefficient that eSiM has not been activated till now. Jio Care does not seem to be caring for its customer.

The MyJio app doesn't even show the name of the technician. It keeps showing "Assigning Engineer". Your service has been pathetic in the last few months.

Harshit Singh (@Harshgeek) reported@JioCare Issue is with all Devices. Issue is slow Upload/Download speed on all websites,I have tried uploading on Google drive/youtube. Plan is 150mbps forget 100 it's staying below 50 sometimes just 10-20mbps only, even youtube is buffering sometimes. Date & Time: all the time.
