    @JioCare The same thing happened last time as well—no callback, but repeated messages asking for positive feedback. Instead of fixing my ongoing JioFiber/Wi-Fi issue, you’re sending fake feedback requests and misleading customers. (2/3)

    @JioCare JioFiber isn’t working because of an internet connection issue, and there’s no customer support to help resolve it. This is extremely frustrating.

    Subscribe for high speed internet and paying for the same but getting worst speed of 4 Mbps. Is this what your high speed service means @reliancejio @JioCare ?

    @JioCare The network issue in our area has still not been resolved. Kindly arrange to fix it as soon as possible. The Jio tower has been out of service, and hundreds of customers are facing serious inconvenience. All of us have recharged with 5G plans, but we only receive a 4G network.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I’m extremely frustrated. For the last 2 months, my JioFiber connection has been highly unstable. there have been frequent disruptions in the local network. It's affecting my work and daily use. Please stop giving temporary fixes and provide a permanent fix.
