  @reliancejio @JioCare I don’t want to jinx it but the new in-app get a new sim feature with eSIM is amazing. I bought two SIM cards yesterday for iPad and second phone with self KYC and never saw a more streamlined process of getting a new number and SIM card.

  @reliancejio , i had raised multiple request for jio broadband connection, however I’m not getting any call from the engineer. Instead his phone is coming switch off. Please let me know if you’re able to complete my request or not? Or i have to find another service provider

  @JioCare @reliancejio you guys keep raising service requests with no use..for single refund 10+ service request are raised and none of them provide any resolution.. I just asked for escalation metrix but that is also not shared yet..@JioCare is not at all helpful.
