    @JioCare Please cancel my JioAirFiber order and issue a full refund. Before payment, everything was fast. After payment, I was told today's installation isn't possible as the engineer is on leave. Also, the AirFiber router doesn't support a landline port. Order Ref: LR00001EB9JT. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Worst experience with JioFiber. Paying for a service that barely works is unacceptable. Complaints are ignored, solutions are delayed, and customers are left helpless. This is not the standard expected from a company like Jio. Better I'll go for airtel instead of this.

    I’m still running behind @JioCare and Vikas from your call center rendering pathetic service and I need some one to come and fix the internet issues and why still no engineers are assigned it’s been 16 hours since I have opened the support ticket? @RIL_Updates @_MukeshAmbani

    Since installation, I have been facing repeated service interruptions almost every day. Now the service has been completely unavailable for 42+ hours. I am paying for internet access, not for endless complaint calls and generic responses. @JioCare @reliancejio
