    The worst part is that the other service provider @reliancejio is no less than #airtel in providing poor network quality in the country. I really don't understand that how will India become digital superpower when the 2 main service providers cannot provide good network quality.

    @JioCare I have made complaint from last 4 years but steps taken. The worst network of india. Even BSNL doing good. I have taken alternate sim of VI. And the location is ncr. Not out of India.

    This is third time I'm requesting for help with my jio air fiber installation order number: NO0001F059IY , @reliancejio is very bad , they are not supporting at all , it's been almost 20 days when I paid for kyc , so much disappointed with @JioCare #JioAirFiberInstallation

    I had an old connection of prepaid Jio Fiber , tv set box of that connection also , after some time I was suggested for a Postpaid connection with good plans , so I said ok , and that connection was installed , I am using it ever since with the old setup box on other tv also , from last few months we were not using other TV , now from last two days I am trying to use that tv now , I am not able to do that , coz Jio has blocked that setup box ..... So it's better now to say bye bye to Jio and will go with Airtel Fiber As there are less problems with Airtel and with this attitude I don't want to use Jio now Who the hell gives you right to block something I hv already purchased from you @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Your support mechanism is a total sham! Splitting automated scripts into two tweets proves zero human intervention. You failed to deliver the SIM, and your bogus system refuses manual cancellation for order NO00015JALY1. Stop the bot loops & refund NOW!

    @JioCare @JioCare Durgesh, stop assuring and start acting. It’s been 7 days of 1–2 Mbps on a 30 Mbps plan. No complaint number, no ETA, no resolution. This is my final notice: restore the service today or disconnect it and collect your router. Enough is enough.
