    @reliancejio @JioCare I just got jio fiber connection yesterday and within 24 hours it's not working your executives are also not responding...they were very nice before getting the connection but now I am regretting on my decision to use jio fiber. Pathetic service ever.

    THANKS @reliancejio @JioCare for such a HORRIBLE service experience of last 7 days. Finally cancelled my order as your EFFICIENT team failed to resolve the issue. Hope at least i would get the refund without any further issues.

    @JioCare Pathetic services. Yes that’s feedback for you. Received call from your executive and she booked time slot of 6-7 pm. No one has turned up yet. When I customer care I am asked to wait till tomorrow evening. @JioCare

    To @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice My internet is not working for the past 5 days. Each engineer just resets the router , it works for 15-20 mins and then again no internet. Yours engineers have no clue what's wrong. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare Please don't send auto replies. People are looking for jio fibre service for this area which is faster growing fintech city. Kindly prioritise service for this area of reliance education which is lacking jio services.

    @JioCare We are now sorry for that. But our work is hampering because of your service.Its out of our tolerance level. Every week I cant pay for red light blinking. Also the service you give is pathetic. You need 20 hours every time to fix an issue. You really need to improve.
