    @JioCare Worst service ever I've got. I've been trying to get fibre connection for more than a year they were saying connection is not available in your area, now when connection is available, even after payment lots of excuses, unprofessional behaviour, not picking up call!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup 1. Worst customer care of any company till date. I had cancelled jiofiber connection at home and wanted to return the device. But I shifted home. Your CC has been calling regularly but they want to pick device from the previous location.

    @JioCare Will I be automatically charged after the one year Amazon Prime Membership and Disney Hotstar Plus membership gets over or will i get the option for not opting for auto renewal? I am a Jio postpaid plus customer and the one year period ends on 29th September.
