    JioFiber service down for the past 1 week. Service engineer visit always gets put on hold. I have rescheduled the visit 3 times. Never seen such pathetic service. Atleast allow the customer to connect to customer care, NO! No accountability whatsoever. @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare, my JioFiber relocation request was raised on 6 May 2026, but even after 20 days the connection has neither been shifted nor has the device been picked up. Multiple follow-ups, no resolution. Extremely poor customer service and response. Please resolve this urgently
