    @JioCare @JioCare This is disgusting. The ticket SR00003CT819 is closed for 6th time. Plz show some dignity. You guys only know to reopen and close and again reopen and again to close the tickets. And this loop continues without any resolution. Jio is a MAD org

    @JioCare Why was it canceled? Yesterday, the technician came for installation after 7 PM and he agreed that the installation would be done today. How could someone cancel the order without my approval or consent?

    @JioCare Fed up with frequent disconnect and no internet thing. Called customer care and requested a visit by the engineer and she kept insisting to restart router (which I did several times since a few days). She instead suggested to close the connection @airtelindia cn u help?

    @JioCare need to get my fiber connection relocated. Have raised the request and paid 1200 upfront. Why is the service so horrible? The time is being rescheduled 2-3 times. No technician has yet reached out. Expect better from industry leaders like you.

    @JioCare I’ve reported this issue 4 times. Only JioHotstar doesn’t work on my Jio AirFiber, while every other app works fine. Tried all troubleshooting steps. Jio Customer Support is fooling us instead of fixing the issue. @JioHotstar @reliancejio

    In the name of 4-5G R-Jio is looting people. I live in Sofipora (Zainapora) Shopian, 200 of customers have similar complaints. It has been 6 months since we discovered issues with the Internet over here. No overhaul. No efficacy. Terrible speed issues. Drug of hope. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I don't understand why you guys keep giving me copy paste SOP answers. Why you don't speak to actual technicians when they themselves said that the ticket is not their priority even after 6 days of follow up. I raised a consumer forum complaint docket number: 9869500.

    @JioCare I am an emergency medical service provider and just for stating the obvious if any patient dies due to you negligence then @reliancejio is responsible for that death and the subsequent losses. We provide services to cardiac patients and elderly patients but @JioCare is absent.

    @JioCare I only have service request, no one yet called . After calling again appelet number , I came to know Pick up internal ticket was not raised and it will be done today ..
