@reliancejio @JioCare My service request I'd is SR00001CYTWT. I logged this complaint yesterday (16-08-22) and a technician named Rahul was assigned Today (17-08-22) at 03:15 PM to do the needful. Then the service got postponed to 08:15 PM.

@reliancejio @JioCare @MukeshAmbaniOf Jio cares only about recharge amount. But never concerned about providing better connectivity. We r facing very bad quality of network. Inspite of several complaints nothing changed. Hope u ll rectify d network issue at the earliest.

@JioCare from last 2 days my Internet is not working registered a complaint on 15Aug it was expected to be resolved in 24hrs which is still not resolved. 3 times have contacted Cc team my last call was disconnected without proper update. @jagograhakjago @reliancegroup

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio Data speed is always a problem in jio even in the posh area jio network is not strong from last 6 months. Having 4G pack I have to use wifi then why should I recharge for Rs666 plan and stay in jio.I want to port please tell the process.
