I have been on different networks but @airtelindia has worst network connection and poor cooperation from customer care people, if you have any issue & you complain they say you need to Waite 8 days patiently otherwise you can go for other options like @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare Your area sales person wrongly persuaded to upgrade the settop box and didn't even cancel the earlier box which was month back and we have not got the refund. Plus he wasted a whole month of recharge by giving newbox in spite of telling him. said he will give 1 mnth more

Services down in malad east. @JioCare Jio fibre engineers are extremely rude and using foul language. One employee blocked me and another switched off the phone. Is this the real Jio service?
