    @JioCare @JioCare This is extremely disappointing. My Jio AirFiber connection has been down for more than 48 hours now. Multiple complaints, calls, and follow-ups have yielded no resolution and no clear update. The outage is affecting my work and daily activities.

    @JioCare I had to disconnect my #JioFiber connection due to non co-operation of your technician. They deliberately moved the antenna to other side to ensure bad connection and forcing to take a new connection. You should take update at the ground level whats happening. #reliance #india

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, it's been 3+ days without JioFiber service and there has been no actual resolution despite repeated assurances. Please share the exact reason for the outage, the expected restoration time, and details of compensation for the downtime. This delay is unacceptable.
