    @JioCare Hello Ashwini. My plan was active from 20/11 to 22/11. At that time issue was not resolved. Now you are asking to recharge again. Till today the router LED light is blinking in RED and not in Green. Why should I recharge when your connectivity itself is having the issue.

    @JioCare for the last couple of days I am getting so slow internet speed after evening till mid night. Even this tweet I have to sent using wifi not on mobile data. Day by day service is getting poorer.
