    @JioCare @reliancejio All big IT companies are there & all employees are using hotspot from airtel user for upi payments. this issue is there for past 2 years yet I tried to inform you by raising complaint & you are now talking about future? There r more than 50k jio users in these 2 buildings @TRAI

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @RIL_Updates please ensure they work at sea level first. JioFiber is absolutely unreliable, cannot plan any day without the dreaded service outage message.

    @JioCare I recharged my Jio number with the 349 plan over 24 hours ago to reactivate my SIM, but it still shows No Service. I have restarted my phone and even tried the SIM in another device, but there is still no network. I am unable to receive OTPs or use any services.

    @JioCare @FibreJio This was not the problem a month back. Please check my account 02035946824 to see the fibre affected log messages to us regarding disruptions. It is affecting not just our internet connection but also notice the 4G voice call network also crashes 🛜.
