    @JioCare this was the response I rcvd after DM,plz ask ur executive to go through my concern and I had already visited jio store and they denied accepting device and I didn't received proper resolution.

    Not even expecting a solution now. @JioCare down again- trice in 2 days even after changing the fibre. After 4 years of superb service and building faith, failing at standards now.
