    @JioCare From MyJio app also, it's not showing the scheduled appointment. It was the worst experience we all were facing with JioFiber in our area which is down from yesterday afternoon (almost 30+ hours). Also I don't see any engineers working for the resolution. #jiofiberdown #jio

    It's been 3days and @reliancejio has not been able to fix the issue, neither are they sending anyone, just keep on extending the time technician will come. Now can anyone suggest a good fiber optics connection which won't trouble me like these jio sloths?

    @jio_fiber Not working for the last 2 days. Technician alloted has already left his job 20 days ago. Toll free no. reiterating same thing again and again. Unable to talk to live agent. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I fail to understand where should we raise this issue? Why these firms have right to use our money without providing any services. I am literally frustrated. How many times should I beg for my money 😢😢Why we do not have strict actions against them? Why am I not receiving help😢

    @reliancejio what happen to your customer care number why it’s getting disconnected? Why are you not able to provide service even after taking the charges and payment in advance!

    @Siddharth_lol @JioCare @reliancejio My friend was also facing similar issue. He simply broken the JioFibre box hanging outside on a electric pole. It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.

    @JioCare facing internet issues since morning tried calling 18008969999 multiple times but the call got disconnected by ivr Please look into this and restore the services asap
