@JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Jio Fiber is the most pathetic network I have ever used, and even more pathetic is the Jio Customer Care service. I have been harassed by Jio Customer care from past 1 month. Neither are they resolving the issue nor are they disconnecting.

Dear .@reliancejio Applied for a new connection in #Guwahati yesterday; 26th April. Paid the fees online. The clerk told me that the connection should be done by evening of 26th or max by 27th Apr, 2021. I patiently waited for a call that never came.
