    @MiIndiaSupport @manukumarjain My Mi Robot Vacuum Mop P got delivered today, but ut won't connect to my @reliancejio Jiofiber Wifi. I've tried connecting to the 2.4Ghz network using both iOS and Android, but to no avail.

    @JioCare I have DM the details. If the issue is not resolved within 2 working days, I will port my no. and log a consumer complaint as well, as I have recently recharged for the service. I have all proofs, viz., customer care call recordings, complain ticket no. etc.

    @JioCare Please let me know the time period to resolve my simple issue (shifting from one flat to another flat in the same society premises) , which you want to make a complicated one .. For that you have already taken 6 days and now want more time? Great 👏👏

    @JioCare It is also surprising that you expect the client to be there every time while the executive misses the appointment. Is there a better solution? To remind you, I've relocated and going to where the equipment was installed is inconvenient. And annoying. 2/2
