    @JioCare Erroneous bill received for August 2026 on Account 410602490539. Service has been down for 30+ days due to removed poles (SR00003BPF29) and cancellation was requested. Immediately void this bill and process my account closure and refund.

    @JioCare It’s very poor service that it more than 32hr- 36hr ur servers are down n we are not able to use the service for which we are paying No SLG for this or what?

    @JioCare Just spoke to the service engineer. His duty hours are 9 AM–6 PM. Then how can assign a service visit for 10 PM? Are these fake time slots just to fool customers and close complaints? This is not customer service.

    @JioCare Still no one assigned. How much time it will take? Worst service. If it is solved in 1hr I will discontinue the service. Refund paid money. I just moved to jio because delay in response so it won't take much time to opt for other services.

    @JioCare You have interpretation problem or what??? I have already said you earlier that your technician came on 30th July 2026 only but after checking he said that airfiber connection is not possible there because of network issue as proper value is not coming
