@reliancejio @JioCare I am tired of complain about slow internet issue. I know there is huge traffic but you have to improve it for good and stable internet connection to all users. If this problem persists i am going to deactivate my jio sim. 😠😠😠😠😠

15kbps speed @reliancejio and besides this if customer call for improvement, @jiocustomercare @representative says have patience . waited all the way two year but no resolution what @jio think is customers are fool and we will continue to fool.waah @reliance @reliancejio waah!!

@JioCare Plz deposit some amount for gst Charges & for vehicle RC. Public is deposited the amount. After deposit amount he has been demanding more & more money for different type issues. If public refused to do the same he has been refused return his money.Whateverpaid by public

@JioCare because all are escalating JIO company name. On the name of JIO public is deposited the amount on line transfer which account has been provided by someone who is cheating with public. A side to JIO team plz see the issues & take nessary action regarding this matter

@JioCare do we have to remind you weekly to maintain proper internet network here in 222202 (PIN)? The network again and again becomes poor within a week of every complaining. Please have a look into it.😡. Note: the network is poor in whole area and not only in my phone.

@reliancejio Went to Jio service centre in Patna to buy battery for JioFi. Was asked to fill a form - name, phone #, ini, address, etc. and was told it will take at least 20 minutes... Thank you

.@reliancejio Hopeless customer care... Just asked a question about my problem of network issue...HE JUST HANGED UP. My JIO phone is having problem in voice calls, persisting for 3 days. Nobody is listening. I was thinking of opting for Jio fiber. Now dropped the idea.
