    @JioCare Plz deposit some amount for gst Charges & for vehicle RC. Public is deposited the amount. After deposit amount he has been demanding more & more money for different type issues. If public refused to do the same he has been refused return his money.Whateverpaid by public

    @JioCare because all are escalating JIO company name. On the name of JIO public is deposited the amount on line transfer which account has been provided by someone who is cheating with public. A side to JIO team plz see the issues & take nessary action regarding this matter

    15kbps speed @reliancejio and besides this if customer call for improvement, @jiocustomercare @representative says have patience . waited all the way two year but no resolution what @jio think is customers are fool and we will continue to fool.waah @reliance @reliancejio waah!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am tired of complain about slow internet issue. I know there is huge traffic but you have to improve it for good and stable internet connection to all users. If this problem persists i am going to deactivate my jio sim. 😠😠😠😠😠

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare, I was a Jio Fibre user and had requested cancellation just 2 days ago after a detailed conversation with your representative. Since then, I’ve been relentlessly harassed with multiple calls every single day. Despite clearly telling them that I’m shifting cities and have no relatives or friends to transfer the connection to, your team keeps asking the exact same questions in every call: - What’s the issue? - Why do you want to cancel the connection? - Why don’t you relocate the connection instead? - Do you have any relatives? - Can’t you give it to any relative? - Do you have any friends? - Why don’t you transfer it to your friend? etc. etc… This repetitive questioning and complete disregard for my decision is nothing short of extreme mental harassment. Instead of respecting my decision, you’re bombarding me with multiple irrelevant calls and pressuring me to “give it to someone.” This is not called customer retention or business, THIS IS EXTREME MENTAL HARASSMENT. The way your Reliance Jio tele-callers are trained to repeatedly harass and mentally torture customers is shameful and unacceptable! Either train your people properly or stop pretending to care about customer experience. At this rate, you might as well send your employees to physically stand outside every customer’s house and snatch their wallets, and in fact it would actually be less frustrating and painful than this routine mental torture.

    Absolutely pathetic customer service. @reliancejio has made it nearly impossible to speak to a human customer care executive by forcing customers through an AI agent, even for simple queries. I only wanted information about porting out my number, but there was no way to reach a real person. The irony? The moment I generated a port-out request, I was bombarded with retention calls. So, there are plenty of human agents available when Jio fears losing a customer, but none when a customer genuinely needs support. I currently have two Jio mobile connections and one JioFiber connection. After this experience, I'm seriously considering disconnecting all three. A company that values customers only when they are leaving doesn't deserve their loyalty. If this is Jio's idea of customer service, it has failed completely. Stop hiding behind AI and start providing real human support. Customer retention starts with good service not desperate calls after customers decide to leave.

    @JioCare Really frustrated with your support team. MyJio app still shows an old fiber connection that shouldn't be there. No one from customer care seems able to fix this simple issue. Can someone actually help me resolve this? #JioDown @reliancejio
