    @JioCare @reliancejio When explained the issue to the technician initially router was replaced and within minutes the supervisor asked them to not replace stating customer support mentioned coverage issues.

    @JioCare When shared concerns about customer care and this was the same issue in Nov and now being treated this way and will have to disconnect as Im tired of contacting customer care multiple times for same issue and explaining the technicians

    @JioCare As Id explained on customer care call its a router issue where the router connection keeps dropping off various devices though its in the proximity of the device. I'd asked a router replacement.
