    @JioCare Person visits, and tells me that, they can't fix it some other technician will visit from outside and will fix it. Same **** happening since 3rd July. Again and again. And still you ask me to schedule appointment with your 3rd class engineer. @JioCare

    @JioCare Multiple customers in Subash Nagar, Belgaum (590016) have reported ongoing network, calling, and data issues several times, but there has been no resolution. Calls to customer care are also getting disconnected. Very poor customer experience. Please resolve this urgently

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection is down for last 2 days. Everyday, technician visit is scheduled but no one visits my location. This cycle goes on and on. Already DM’d you my JioFiber no and SR ID. Will switch to other broadband provider if this doesn’t resolve today.
