    @JioCare We booked JioFiber on 4th Jan and it been 2 months now almost it is still not available, the concerned authority said some power issue and they have still not resolved it please look into this matter.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's been 3 days since my mobile internet is gone, called customer care, they just disconnect the call, going to throw the sim card soon.

    @JioCare Kindly DM me service request number along-with corresponding mobile number with the amount of refund that has to be credited to my account. There is still one number left for which no response has been received about refund.

    @reliancejio @JioCare There is a lot of problem of Jio's network in our area.... neither can talk to anyone nor can anyone who recharges the data use it properly .... Sometimes where the network resides, one has to go from home....
