    Hi @JioCare I am using jio fiber since last 2 months. Internet speed is very slow and wifi disconnects most of the time. Even if I am next to modem. Called customer care they are saying I need wifi extender(additionally chargeble) even if I am next to modem. Kindly help.

    @MukeshAmbani06 @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima After complaining a lot not getting sim cards by local jio staff in Bareilly district. That calls disgusting service. Already talked with Sachin Goswami who is asm in bareilly.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber is fraud scheme. No matter what customer speaks in a polite manner , arrogant executive from your side make thing worst . Bad service .

    @JioCare your jio fiber after sales service is pathetic. I have been trying to contact the call center to book an engineer visit. But I keep hearing the same recorded message again and again. Network speed, access to OTT platforms, everything is promised. But delivery is missing.

    @reliancejio Just now call jio Fibre customer care executive, very rude reply and very unprofessional behavior . Please, jio is a fraud company and don't go for jio.
