    @JioCare Took 6000rs in advance for new connection. last 7 days installation going on. Worst to worst service by Jiofiber. 300Mpbs plan speed is 100Mbps. Learn from Airtel how they are treating customers and provides customer support in one click or call. Refund my money.

    @JioCare What the hell jio team My jio fiber got canceled over 1 month but only i got security deposit.And when I am complaining to the customer care about this, then they are sometimes saying the installation money has been initiated and sometimes say currently in processing.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I have not received my JioFiber security deposit refund of Rs 1500 even after 2.5 months of cancellation/device pickup on 29 June '22. Despite several calls to customer care & mails, they just extend the date by 10 days without any resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani jio have worst service and have worst staff. Struggling to get the connection from jio. Mukesh ambani company service is like worst and this type of service i think will not continue long.

    @JioCare One of the leading brand harrasing its customers to the next level by not resolving the issues.complaint has been logged since 21st of august and I am very disappointed,SCAM SCAM.I AM AWARING YOU GUYS DONT TAKE JIO CONNECTION FOR GOD SAKE.TAKE AIRTEL OR OTHER CONNECTION.
