    @Gopalbajpai14 I was also facing the same issue but no one helped me. After getting frustrated I ported to @JioCare and since then the network is buttery smooth.

    @reliancejio purchased 11 rs. 1gb booster amount deducted from my account but still data not received. And your customer care is of no help
