    @reliancejio it is really sad to note that your services are going from bad to worse at Pusa in Samastipur, Bihar. Pathetic slow internet and poor call connectivity are hallmark of your service here. We ported our Number to Jio hoping for better, but it was not to be.

    @JioCare By when the issue will be resolved can you give a fixed timeline apart from various fake commitments that I have been getting from last three days and to my surprise now a new date and time allotted to me which is 02.03.2021@ 11:00-12:00Hrs.This is simply pissing me off.

    @JioCare it’s a scam ...... My jiofiber was installed but was never activated.... the customer care ppl didn’t react to the complaint..... all complaints raised were closed without resolution..... the cancellation request was acted after 45 days .... 1/2....refund only partial

    Today I have port out my two VI Sim card (Almost 7 years old) into One in Jio & another in Airtel.I hope my both new networks will give me good services & will never feel that took wrong decision to go with them.@ViCustomerCare @JioCare @Airtel_Presence VI pls improve ur service
