    @JioCare jio is eventualy becoming worse than worst i just recharged with a add on data worth Rs.25 and the money was deducted from my account but its not reflecting in my app and i have ran out of data the plan isnt even active and i needed it urgently

    @reliancejio Hello , i try to activate my IR pack in my jio numberbut in my jio app the activate button is not available. All possible modes of communication with your customer care do not yield any fruitful result. kindly look into it asap.

    @JioCare Not a good experience with Jio. Purchased Mesh Wifi extender some two weeks back which never worked after installation by Jio engineer. Written a lot of mails requesting for the refund without any results.
