@JioCare Hi team, it's been 2 hours and no one contacted me. Also I raised service request & scheduled time at 11.00 AM to 12.00 PM today. Also communicated to customer care & I am informed that they escalated the matter. Nothing turned up till now. Let me know anything else I should do.
