    How poor is jio that internet is running when dial 198 it means that planned business made for customers and they realize their customers to recharge before 3 days in every call they make my request is to stop that reminder and solve the Internet problem @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have complained about indoor coverage in jio care 5-7 times in last 4 years, I have not called for 2 years but gave 120 days each time from jio which is more than 1200 times yet no significant difference in network yet Did not fall.

    @JioCare another person's phone got lost today and unfortunately the sim isnt of use... so i have had to mail again for replacement... but now i c the one i mailed yestrday has not been taken care of ! Very poor customer service from ur end to ur corporate tie ups !

    Such a ****** service, without browsing internet, 1.5data gets exhausted. What a scheme of extracting money from customer @reliancejio thinking of stopping all my sim card and switch provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I was promised that after clearing outstanding payment,my number will be retained and given back to me.I made the payment but no one is helping me with the status of my number.Customer care of jio has no idea about what to do.Unprofessional and disappointing
