Dear @JioCare You seriously need to improve your services. There is "no service" in our area since today morning. Majority of the people in our area use jio and no one is able to call or access internet from 4-5 hours.

@JioCare from last 3 days my fibernet connection is not stable. From 8am to 5pm is not working. Everytime when I try to contact @JioCare no response from them. I was happy with @ACTFibernet.

@JioCare and when I requested that with the customer support, the usually say problem will solved in three hours and we cannot register a complaint. I am very unhappy with your services, Rather you provide any permanent solution or refund my money so Ican port my sim to different network
