  @JioCare I am Jio customer since 2016. But last 6 days internet slow no call connectivity at Pondicherry 605001 area Vaithikuppam, pillayar Koil Street. Its my worst experience as a jio consumer. Customer care person all time said slow network due to heavy traffic. Very Sad

  @reliancejio Activated DND on my sim through my jio app 2 to 3 times in last 20 days . Still not activation done. Very poor service from jio....

  @JioCare I want my GST number in my jiofiber invoice, I contacted the local service centre and the jiofiber customer care. Such a poor response, they are frank enough to say that they don't know how to do it. Stop playing around @JioCare, i pay my tax and want a proper invoice.

  Couldn’t be more surprised, Escalated two hours back and now 4 @reliancejio people at my premises with some heavy devices, troubleshooting broken Jio Fiber Line. So far more reliable than other Broadband providers in terms of Customer Service and Dependability.
