    @JioCare I tried recharging my connection but there is no plan available for postpaid. The bill is getting bigger and bigger every day, please start a new connection and close this old connection ASAP. I don't know what's taking so much time to resolve my issue.

    @JioCare I have paid for my STB installation on 24th Jan and opted for same-day installation, but that never happened. Later I noticed that my service request was in a resolved status, I have contacted customer care and they reopened the ticket and promised a different date
