    @reliancejio Hi team jio, From last one week our area is experiencing very very bad jio network... . is there some who can look on this issue. A new jio tower has been installed here. Vill:- purani chitardih, post-khorimahua,p.s-dhanwar, district-giridih, jharkhand. Pin- 825412

    Hi @JioCare Why are you so busy and not responding to request for new jio fiber connection? Please give me jio fiber quickly. My @airtelindia connection is not working and I want to disconnect it as soon as I get jio fiber.

    @JioCare it's been 16 hours since my service request SR000016XUJ2 has been created. But no service engineer has called me and confined the appointment. I'm unable to use the internet and set top box as well.

    Thanks for resolving this issue @JioCare . My tv setup box is also not working. We’ve using another disc connection for months. Engineers asked us to register another complaint for it so that they can procure setup box.Please consider.
