@JioCare @reliancejio Jio Team - Your customer care seems to be fooling customers on the name of free offer. A cancellation request placed well before trial month expiration was not served until after expiration by your team and now you are refusing to refund.

@JioCare @reliancejio What's more - You also hang up on customers , On the name of customer channels - You do nothing but keep a customer hanging between email, chat and phone. No one knows what's happening on one mode. Pathetic service. Do u have any Senior customer centric employee workforce?
