    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @JioCare Just to update your team again. Internet after being stable for 2-3 hours in the morning and giving good performance, it has again started fluctuating. My core complaints were: poor speed and inconsistent speed ( regular fluctuations ) which affects my gaming heavily. @JioCare

    @JioCare you are the worst customer service people. Since last 19th April my interest connection is disturbed for 7th time until today. Everytime they do a temporary fix and it stops working within next 24hrs. Just spoke to senior customer support exec(escalated).

    Booked a JioFiber connection yesterday (ID:NO0001D503QA).Installation still pending.Salsprson says it’s rejected, but the app shows “in progress.” No way to contact support.Please clarify the status and confirm refund timeline if cancelled. Urgent help needed. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare It’s been several days but still no update on my rebate request (SR0000348COB). Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue is still “in progress” with no clarity. This delay is unacceptable. Kindly process the full rebate for ~13 days downtime on priority

    Facing an issue with JioTV. When I click ZEE5 content, it redirects to the ZEE5 subscription page instead of playing within the app. After installing the ZEE5 app, content works there but not inside JioTV. @JioCare @ZEE5India Kindly look into this issue and resolve it.

    @Airtel_Presence And now the network isn’t working properly even in the city. If I still have to use @JioCare internet even after having Airtel postpaid, then I might as well just stop using Airtel.
