    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Every time I contact customer care, I'm promised a refund within 24 hours. It's been over a month now. Are your 24 hours longer than the ones on Earth, or is my refund being sent by money order? Please provide a real refund timeline.

    Day 11. Stop beating around the bush and stop making customers fools. This is a paid service, not a charity. 11 days of outage, zero accountability, zero ETA, and endless copy-paste replies. Pathetic customer service. Give a resolution date , a callback now. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare i have dmed you everything you need to know to assess why your guy is straightforward rejected to come to my house to fit the fibre??? Don’t you do proper background check before?? Why did i pay 1200 for just relocation and still get such pathetic service

    @JioCare Unable to receive OTP for live tv 400 error showing Calling your customer care but getting disconnected after holding on for 10 odd minutes, great service guys Already DM’ed the details Sort it out asap. Already cleared data/cache and restarted, nothing worked.
