@JioCare False promises should not be committed by your rep.. He had promised to installation within 48- 72 hr.. Why false promises, customer should be apprised right thing.. By the way, pl expedite the things. Same jio fibre connection is available besides my neighbour..

INR 599 got deducted as Jio autopay was already enabled at 11:20 am 21st Dec'21, but it is not showing in the My Jio app. Please help, tried call customer care 2 times but both the time it got disconnected in between. @JioCare @reliancejio
