@JioCare This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional service from Jio Fiber. ₹500 voucher (₹100×5) was issued, I redeemed one successfully, yet my bill still shows full payable amount.

@JioCare @JioCare Today also technician came in the evening 6:00 pm and changed only the ODU instead of changing both and the problem still persists now tomorrow also he says he will come in the evening.Please request you engineer visit in the morning
