    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    From @JioCare to appleate, everyone ask for 10 days repeatedly & provide no solution at all. My last complaint SR000035X2TL, reised on 15 May got closed without solution. Today, i called appleate, she again was asking for 10 days. Now I am officially ending my relation with Jio.

    @JioCare My JioFiber ticket for "JF STB SERIAL MISMATCH" (Request ID: SR000036G8JN) has been stuck open since May 18, 2026. It is now 5 days past the expected resolution time with zero updates. Please escalate this backend mismatch issue immediately!

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not a reschedule issue. I am requesting DISCONNECTION since 24th. Repeated engineer no-shows and fake reschedules are not acceptable. I want immediate cancellation of JioFiber, not appointment instructions.

    @JioCare @reliancejio : What is your mind set on my refund ? It been 57 days to taking follow ups on refund but yet not refunded. Is Akash Ambani running a fraud company ? Worst Service & support , ensure I will not leave my money with with . I must need my refund.
