    @JioCare @consumerforum_ I don't think how long I will have to wait for my refund from @reliancejio . It's gonna be more than 5 months since I have cancelled my subscription and still no trace of my money. Jio support is shameless and they don't have any ethical standards.

    @JioCare the person refused to speak to me any further and explain steps to be followed. Said they couldn't discuss personal details..which is fine. I was asking for steps to be followed after downloading the app so i could help him.
