    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @JioCare I think the customer base of Kolkata is much more than the Customer base of Murshidabad, if your "excuse" is really true then the internet speed of Kolkata would be the lowest the state. Instead of giving "excuses", provide proper services. @JioCare

    @JioCare pathetic internet connection.. From past 13 hours facing internet connectivity issue. I called customer care, not getting any resolution. Registered mobile no is 7977604708. Jio fiber very bad internet service.

    Finally i am coming back to @JioCare I did a mistake to take @ViCustomerCare I never seen such a irresponsible network.sad to say that once upon a time it was the best network. They even not registered my complaint in multiple times.

    @JioCare Using Jio as primary number, in Kolkata it works fine. But in Jiaganj, Murshidabad,(Pin 742123) the network speed is too poor like 2G. Kindly improve your network strength by install new tower else your customer will port their number to @airtelindia #jio #Airtel

    @JioCare I'm reaching out customer care since more than one month for my refund. It's been more than 45 days now no refund received at my end. Different care person different things. You make these kind of fraud profit just by fooling the people pathetic service no accountability
