    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @JioCare raised request to upgrade JioFiber to ott, received old/dusted stb, refused the stb installation but my plan is still activated with no resolution of getting proper STB. Either provide better stb or cancel new plan and revert back to old one if you're unable to service.

    @JioCare Hi Prakash, I’ve sent my JioFiber ID and registered mobile number via DM as requested. Please check and look into the issue urgently. My connection has been down for more than a day, so I request you to arrange a technician visit and restore the service as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio @JioCare utterly disappointed by the Jio care - it has been more than 48 hours to install air fiber at my home. Jio promised that the installation will take place within 24 hours of payment. This service is not acceptable and want to request immmediate installation

    Dear Sir/Madam,@reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber After registering my complaint, a ground technician,Mobile Number (Sonu 9231422752 (senior technical manager : 9263702401),was assigned to resolve the issue. However, this individual has completely failed to meet their commitments.

    Switched to @JioCare @reliancejio recently and the internet speed is completely unusable. Can’t even load a basic Google search page. Is this the service paying customers get? Fix the bandwidth in my area immediately or I'm porting out. #JioDown #JioNetwork
