Then @JioCare give excuses like the network coverage is bad at my area. 20 people use jio in my appartment and all of them suddenly loose their network to zero and they tell me it's not under their coverage area how the hell were they operating room now. Total BS.

@JioCare I don't trust this network now, bcz vexing the customer this way is really pathetic. No response from your so-called Back-end team even after 16 mails, 20 calls. Same reply, We'll do it, but donno when the request processes. Better I will switch to some other network.
