    @JioCare Ms. Kavita, thanks for your response, at least someone from @JioCare has replied. However due to very poor service from jiofiber, I’am constrained to discontinue jiofiber and email related to this has already been sent on 15/07/2026. You are requested to do needful.

    to responsible person. In our gated community over 70% of the family are using @airtelindia but unfortunately last year I shifted to @reliancejio Since then problem persists and no human is available in customer care; only voice interactive messages. Frustrated 😣 (2/2)

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I had a service request alloted for today morning but the service agent called me in the yesterday evening. I told him I already have it scheduled for today. Now I am seeing that my service is on hold for now reason.

    Hey @JioCare & @GoogleIndia, I need your help to resolve a support loop. My Jio SIM was temporarily deactivated and has now been reactivated. My complimentary 18-month Gemini Pro plan is active on MyJio, but Google shows "Offer already redeemed" because of the brief interruption.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - Its been 10 days since relocation request, only uninstallation of Router + Setupbox has happen. Service Ref No- CO0001TEMKU9 There is no update from Jio on reinstalling at router at new address. May i know the reason of delay & priorities to complete.

    @JioCare connection did not work. When I tried to contact the same representative, he blocked my number. I then contacted Jio Customer Care, and another representative visited my location. Instead of shifting the existing connection, I was advised to take a new Jio AirFiber connection.
