    @JioCare Don’t worry for my concern if your have different statement as customer executive changes first I was told that you will get one time hotstar plan you can check terms and conditions when I told there written like that he told mail it to us

    Got Jio fiber connection just for gaming. but from the last 2-3 months ping is getting really bad(from 75ms to 120ms in pubg pc, 50ms to 85ms in valorent). @JioCare

    .@JioCare I had purchased a postpaid fiber connection yesterday with 6 months plan (Rs 2825). The issue is the Jio App is showing an Unbilled Amount now of Rs 26.60 and it is increasing with ever GB used. The Jio retailer and Customer Care have no idea why it is so. PLEASE HELP!
