    @reliancejio @JioCare I just had a talk with your customer care and he did nothing but apologize. He has promised me resolution on my issue if I call you next time that call will be on Twitter too.

    @JioCare Sorry. It was pure harassment from your customer care and the local team. I switched over to Airtel who installed the connection within 24 hours. Already raised JioFiber cancellation request.

    @JioCare @reliancejio so when I willing to get jio fiber service the coustomer support and the person who arrived to install the fiber Said that you have to pay 600₹ which is refundable through voucher after 6 months. Now after 6 months they said this offer is expired.nice fraud

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Nice explanation, yester I recharge 1178/- and from today morning Internet not working, no one take responsibility to restore the same, every month facing same Issue. Did you compensate for the down time to customer?
