Kindly try rebooting your HWG router by disconnecting it from the power source and then plugging it back in. The issue should resolve itself within the next few minutes. We request you (1/2)

    @JioCare @reliancejio a generic template reply after 5 days of a areawide outage in Vileparle east is unacceptable. How do you expect us to run business and automation with zero timeline for repairs? Need a concrete resolution time. Demand a bill rebate for days of lost service

    @jio_fiber @JioCare mine issue is not been resolved its been 24 hrs and money is stuck and internet services are pauses also a senior wasted my time and then cutted the call saying he'll check and help but blank nothing happened #jio @JioCare fix this or i gotta take it legally
