    @reliancejio @JioCare If someone who isn't much knowledgeable in this regard tries to reach the customer care, they would definitely give up. 2- The process of resolving my problem was delayed substantially. This is the third day and the fifth time I have called the jiofiber customer care.

    Since Last 14 days my jio fibre connection request is continuously rescheduling by jio team but till date i did not get any solution. So i felt the pathetic service experience of jio team. @reliancejio

    @JioCare still waiting for disconnection service and for someone to come for reconnection paperwork due to the incompetence of the first engineers. It's impossible to talk to someone who has knowledge and genuinely wants to help. How is your organisation allowed to do this?
