    1/3 I'm glad to say that @JioCare held their part and actually sent a technician by Monday morning this week. Since technician's visit, there hasn't been any problems with the router. But, a customer complaining on social media shouldn't be the way to get things done.

    @reliancejio Paid for jio fiber internet and now they saying they cannot install ...Utter non sense this is and support staff is so rude and careless.Any help can I get ?

    @JioCare As the required action has not been taken from your end regarding the issue of fiber connection! I would want to know the process of the money refund so that I can go ahead with a better service provider ! Plz look into my case and get the refund initiated at the earliest!
