    What are the status of my complaint? @JioCare Yesterday I received a call from 7070090138 (Om Kumar) he told me to take back the complaint. Then he will deliver the invoice/bill to my residance. I have still not received the invoice/bill of my Jiophone of Rs 1625/@reliancejio

    Wifi down for three days now. I don't even live in the outskirts. Jio customer care is the least helpful helpline number. Does @JioCare really cares? @reliancejio

    @paytmbankcare Despite several request u have not refunded the amount the merchant @reliancejio has clearly said they didn't receive any recharge request, so where is my money??? Please resolve the issue or else I have to take legal steps @jagograhakjago please take a look

    @JioCare Such a big brand but solution to one single problem is not there..trust me you can try calling managers here T Dehradun location and you will see their excuses or the way they respond..now they are suggesting me to get the refund and this is What I m going to do.
