    @reliancejio I can surely say that your services are discriminatory. I can play video in YouTube but can't download movies in Amazon Prime. Can you please tell what must be issues. Does internet is divided in OTT. Other than that I tried to contact you but can't through 198.

I was struggling with them just to get the postpaid bill which I wasn’t able to download it in app due to their system failure. Think twice. I was a customer of airtel once they are far better. Think twice
