    @JioCare 2. And second thing speed of Jio network is also very poor and slow. How to get solution as no positive response from customer care also.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pauthetic service. Payment collected before 5 days and now your team saying there is no stock of cable so will take more time. If you are unable to provide service than why marketing is done.

    @RIL_Updates @RIL_Updates I hope you also look at the working of customer care services. @JioCare not able to resolve my request in 7 months. Dont try to put relocation customer as new customer - usurping their advance and adding new customer. This is bad for business

    @JioCare How many technicians? For one case almost five technicians assigned, where is the solution?? Who is your operation head? Discuss with him or arrange a call with him. Moreover, do let me know is this going to be resolved or not before lunch??

    Local support has not resolved it, and your employees spoke arrogantly when the issue was raised. Please investigate the network/tower backup issue and resolve it urgently.@JioCare #jio
