  Hi @JioCare, @reliancejio writing this complaint bcz of the two unethical selling of jio fibre connection Kolkata. 1. sales person (Biswajeet , 8100108249 ) told me that first three months it will be free, however it is just one month free and the guy is not responding to calls

  @JioCare @reliancejio Hey crazy, when will the lying company fix our area network, I don't use it all day, I will come home from work at night and use the net, it doesn't happen for thieves either. Where are the thieves, they just say that their work is going on. Ur Wrk nvr end

  @JioCare I'm being tortured with this service more than a month. I raised no.of complaints and none of them are open now. They're closed within a day or two w/o any resolution. In this networking world you can't find the issue and provide a fix in 30 days. Pls send a technician to check.

  @JioCare one of the worst experience with Jio, your customer care don't have any solution. I have ported my number my Vodafone sim stopped but have not recieved tele verification code for jio sim...pathetic service by you

  @JioCare Engineer visit is getting rescheduled every day. No one visit or contact us. They reschedule it by marking some rubbish reasons. No one even called to understand the issue. In these work from scenario how a company can provide so bad service

  @JioCare Don't think so would be able to continue with Jio anymore. After paying so much we don't get service is disappointing.
