    @reliancejio @JioCare I made a mistake porting into jio from airtel. I wish I hadn't don't that. I reached out to your team regarding my issue of not able to make calls on UK number they asked me to do recharge of 34 then 74 and now they ask for 501 recharge if I want to call UK

    @JioCare May I know why it's not available for customer. If customer going outstation for long time, he/she not used your services.. why he/she was pay full bill. @airtelindia was providing but why @reliancejio not ???

    @JioCare Kindly provide an estimated timeline for the work to complete. As we do not see jio representatives near our area whereas other operators are working day and night to resolve the problem.

    @JioCare The technician would switch off his mobile, the person responsible to close the issue, he stops answering calls, the jio support team doesn't help and has no clue how to handle escalation, please check the customer care recording. just what I faced in last 4 days. fix this today.

    @JioCare On the jio app I have raised the issue 4 times and nothing has happened. Stop giving this general answers. Kindly act on the issue and please get this resolved asap. I have shared the contact number on DM.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - After an excess amount was deducted from my credit card, I was instructed to raise the issue via email. I did so, yet there has been complete silence. Is this how one of India's largest telecom operators addresses grievances and handles customer funds?
