    @JioCare 2. And second thing speed of Jio network is also very poor and slow. How to get solution as no positive response from customer care also.

    @JioCare Gave relocation request days back and fiber is in place. Your call center fooled me into telling me that it will be done today. Now I was told it is on hold. Your Trivandrum support team is the most inefficient team I have experienced. Now I am looking for other options.

    @JioCare , I got in touch with support and instead of helping me they told me to disconnect the connection if I have so much problem, idk if that's how support works

    @JioCare Incredible "service" from @JioCare. Log a request, wait around, and watch the engineers cancel it without ever showing up or calling. Twice in a row now. Why does your support system exist if your team just ghosts paying customers? @reliancejio

    @JioCare My internet has been down since May 4. Multiple calls, emails, & repeated promises of “resolution today,” but nothing has happened. Engineer visits keep getting auto-rescheduled, and no one takes responsibility. Extremely frustrating & unacceptable service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi @reliancejio @JioCare your technician visit at my house and after 1 hour work still resolution is not provided and now he saying they need 24 hours to fix this what is this behavior ?
