    @JioCare 2. And second thing speed of Jio network is also very poor and slow. How to get solution as no positive response from customer care also.

    I had jio air fiber conection facing frequent disconnection and low speed and wifi not coming in 10 feet distance also and when I am talking to customer care they are telling to buy extender but my flat area is 400 sq feet only this not fair @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @reliancejio folks its been more than a day internet is not working, when we call no one answers. World is talking about satellite internet and your services are interrupted for whole day. Please help

    @JioCare This is completely unacceptable. Despite paying for a full recharge, the network is extremely poor—frequent call drops and unusable internet. Feels like cheating customers.

    @JioCare I have an Jio AirFiber connection (ID: +91-5547358738). It keeps blocking apps & websites like X and Telegram on both my phone and laptop. Multiple complaints lodged, but no resolution till date.
