    @JioCare @JioCare - it’s been more than 15 days and I’m yet to receive a refund or response. This lack of support from your end is appalling, considering that it was your team that refused to install the connection. I am being penalised for your inability to service my area.

    I called twice regarding the issue. During the first call, the advisor connected but did not respond. She later called back, and when I requested her to wait for 1 minute, there was no response from her side afterward. @reliancejio

    @turiyatman @JioCare You gotta trust me.. I'm sitting in the Silicon Valley of India and still dealing with terrible network issues. It's been like this for a couple of years now. I've made tons of complaints, and there's literally no solution. So I had to switch.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio I am fully aware that Order NO0001E9LGYC is cancelled. My only demand right now is to know the REASON for it. Please check your system and state the exact reason for cancellation therefore I can rectify the issue before placing a new order.

    Very disappointed with @JioCare. My AirFiber has had a red blinking light since morning and the internet has been completely down. I rely on this connection for my daily work and it's causing a lot of inconvenience. Kindly resolve it immediately.
