    I had registerd a complaint date 30-03-26 SR000034HFWL & dated on 13-05-26 SR000037067D Call Drop and slow internet connectivity for last 2 month and I got a message your problem has been solved. But the reality is problem still persistent. Should I port @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's resolved by changing connectors and service person asked me to pay ₹400 for the same. I logged a complaint with Jio regarding this matter. Hope, I will receive a final resolution on it.

    @JioCare Premise is open from 6.15 to 22.30 hours, do a complaint need a follow up with technician or with complaint system ...?? Question is why complaint not attended in past three days..?
