    @JioCare All of this is a scam, no one calls, no one escalates and NO ONE PAYS THE MONEY BACK without providing any service especially @jio_fiber.

    @JioCare @reliancejio "It will be resolved soon." These have turned out to be nothing more than false promises. The assigned technician is not picking up calls, and customer support has been unable to provide any concrete update.Requesting immediate action and a permanent resolution #JioFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare Paid ₹1200 for JioAirFiber (Order No: NO0001DFRFD8). Installation couldn't be done due to housing/society issues. Refund requested over a month ago, but still pending despite multiple follow-ups. Kindly process the refund at the earliest. #JioAirFiber #RefundPending

    @JioCare @JioCare Very disappointed. My JioFiber complaint SR0000386ZJ7 was marked as resolved, but internet is still not working. Engineer first said router replacement was required, then informed it was a fiber line issue. Earlier also, a false "Customer Not Available" update was given

    @JioCare @JioCare Today is Saturday and I still haven't received the replacement SIM. I've even offered to collect it midway again, but there has been no response. Happy to share screenshots and call records. Very poor customer service in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. #jiocustomercare

    @JioCare What do you mean u subject to approval ?? It has to be refunded anyways since there was huge delay in fixing the issue
