    Honestly how ****** can your service centre be with problem resolutions?? @reliancejio I've had to call for the SAME issue 5 times and every single time the call gets cut. After the call gets cut your representatives don't even bother to call back! WORST experience.

    @JioCare it's pathetic that YOUR CUSTOMER CARE can't upgrade my recharge which I mistakenly recharged for 100 mbps in place of 150mbps despite I am willing to pay difference amount. Payment Ref no. TB00000RFTVB. I want jiofiber -6M- 5994 plan to be activated from 28th May

    @JioCare I have not received any message/ call from the team, the app glitch is not fixed, my service request for relocate Jio, is not even placed. How much time do you guys need to address a simple issue???

    @mishra_mishra88 @JioCare It's better to tweet them, they will just call & assure you with the thing's. Giving them personal contact no. is like the person is facing the issue & no one else in generally. Let's see what they will do since have DM what they were asking for.
