@reliancejio @mipaltan Worst service by Jio. Customer care agents are sleeping on calls, I got a message of 11 am first to get set top box installed as I availed Postpaid offer. Then automatically changed to 2 pm and now 4 pm. Worst cheap pathetic service in the world! Airtel is far better!

@JioCare I'm facing issue with jio fiber since past 6-7 days, the internet has been down and I've been getting the same response from your customer executives that there's some issue with the power outage, and yet here I am after 7 days facing the same issue. Really disappointed!

@JioCare Please DM me. I have some technical issues w.r.t my Jio Fiber connection. I do have a valid SR ID also which I have raised day before yesterday, but, unfortunately no one contacted me yet even though the expected date of resolution was yesterday. (1 of 2)
