Hello, @JioCare @reliancejio my number has been disconnected without ang prior notice. I'm in abroad where Jio doesn't have a roaming Partnership with any network providers. Tried to recharge the number with MyJio app. Getting error as Number not found.

@JioCare Hi @AshwiniVaishnaw..our pm is beating drums in foreign countries with the data usage achievement.but this is the real story on ground how the companies are doing monopoly...they can't fix a connection for last 7 days after reaching the @reliancejio team with 32calls and 10mails

Selling a product is easy, but giving a satisfactory service to your customer is what makes you the best. But @reliancejio has failed miserably in this. So, I am planning to disconnect JioFiber and would urge others to do so and please lookout for local broadband service provider
