  @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

  @JioCare @reliancejio it is really very bad experience to have jio fiber. Live TV, JIO call not working since installation.Raised complaint also no. SR0000153HJ9 but not resolved. Very poor wifi signal & videos are also buffering so many times.Still waiting for resolution. Mob.9460282485

  @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic data service from jio in my locality....totally unexpected from such a large firm which has huge resources.....now I have to port out to other network.... as my business is being affected from bad network on regular basis....

  @reliancejio Dear Friends I am live example of suffering by jio dont take or bye products and if you already purchase then pray to god that you should not got any problem, and if you being refer to jio care then Only God can help there is one person as well TEJAS
