    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @JioCare Jio is suspending service despite payment on due date , continuously giving auto call for payment. Pls set right internal system,pls do not troubl customers. Suspending service despite timely payment is quite alarming and need to be mindful

    @JioCare I am getting no help through call centre , nor support team is visiting as per scheduled appointment through app request. I think no once cares. Can you atleast cancel my plan and refund my money. Don’t want to continue with worst support service ever.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm

    @JioCare I recharged my jio sim using my My Jio service. It's more then 1 day still my recharge is not credited to my account. Please can you check and advise.

    @JioCare you have a very pathetic service. When I'm telling you that there is network issue,you are accepting it. Instead telling my sim has no plan or something else. Accept your lacks also. I told you before, 110077 has connection issues. Even my friends having same is issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio the Service Request number SR00001IQJGW is closed without any resolution. My network issue still persists. None of your network team person contacted me yet but complaint is closed. I'm facing serious network issues permanently since last 6 months.

    Jio service engineer says there is no manpower with reliance jio and not cables too to restart the service. Also he doesn't know by when the service will restart. Jiocare kindly reconfirm this, so that we can start shifting to AIRTEL or any other ISP.

    @reliancejio how the hell someone cancel the jio fiber plans? Not a single option in the App, not even letting me connect with the support executive via the support call channel. What tactics is this? I won't pay a single penny for further bills as I am not using your internet.
