  @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

Not only did they not refund my bill after confirming receiving my cancellation request they sent me another bill for a service I had long stopped using. They continue to call me everyday regarding that bill. @reliancejio is a bona fide criminal enterprise.

  Strongly suggest to avoid for #Jio for telecom/broadband services. 1. Bought a new number sim from Jio Store on Sunday, (30th August) - its still not working. Visited store 3 times. Call centre puts on hold for 50mins, just to forward call to a Sr. @JioCare @reliancejio
