@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

Is there any norm by @reliancejio @JioCare Fiber that only 80mts of cable will be provided from the junction box to the WiFi router else it will be cancelled. If so then you guys have to put a junction box every 80meters. Anyone else faced same issue?

@JioCare @JioCare That is wrong info,your technician never gave me setup box.Please enquire that technician properly.He told my wife that since you do not have TV you don't need a setup box, since my wife had no idea about this,she agreed.Your tech is cheating both you and me

@JioCare despite hundreds of complaints of data getting exhausted even when data is off, we have not got any true support from you, you only ask us to DM but thereafter you don't bother, jio is the worst service provider

@JioCare Hi, if this is not resolved today I am gonna file a case in consumer court. Basically it's a harassment what you are doing To install the wifi you took a week and there is a issue in it now you want a week more.

Hi @JioCare , i have taken jio fiber connection in August 2022. I was promised that on payment of 6 months i will get voucher for one month. I did not get anything. I called customer care, they say the offer is over and you will not get it. I was shocked.
