@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@JioCare What **** is this? I surrendered my Jio fibre connection this month but my seurity money is not refunded. When contacted to customer care they said there is no policy like that. @reliancejio @DoT_India

@JioCare Dear #jio I understood your problem, instead of admitting your mistake, you are blaming the apps, hey friend… by changing your jio sim to airtel sim, all the same apps and the whole mobile is running great, big company have also been seen to be closed. @_DigitalIndia

Hi @JioCare getting calls from unknown number and saying that calling customer care and asked me to recharge immediately. Not even speaking to the customer politely, I have already informed that I raised a complaint is this what you guys are running a service ??? Pathetic network
