@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@JioCare I'm looking for jio fiber but it is not available in my area and I don't know why jio is not coming to Palghar district we don't have any good broadband service provider so it's humble request please expand your services to other areas also.

@JioCare @reliancejio When I was taking new connection for jio fiber they have engineers and I got my connection in within 5hours of booking, but after that when I am facing the same problem from 3months they reply we don’t have engineers. #jiofiber #worstservice

@reliancejio i am having network issue with my e-SIM earlier when I was with physical sim it was more or less fine. I tried to contact you on 198, live chat, email no response received. Even 198 is saying unable to provide service. What is the benefit of being Postpaid plus user?

@reliancejio your jio customer care executive are not responsible for customers complaints because I have complained on dated 02.03.2021 but still pending and today is 23rd March 2021. Very poor customer services by Jio Team.
