    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @JioCare Bhai jab do din pehle recharge kar liya to last pack khatam hone take reminder kyu dete ho? customer extra payment kar dega kya? totally unnecessary sms notifications, whatsapp and email reminders when I have already recharged.

    @reliancejio I booked Jio No. 9267096369 on Friday, verification done but your delivery agent has not delivered SIM for 4 days. Saying Aaj-Kal daily. I want immediate cancellation & full refund. Worst service. #Jio #ConsumerComplaint UP East Lucknow.

    @reliancejio ​A complete internet blackout for 15 days despite repeated complaints is an absolute joke. Send a technician to my location today, or I am escalating this consumer complaint to the highest level and porting my connection out immediately!

    @reliancejio This is becoming a serious issue. The moment electricity goes out, there is absolutely no network in my area because the tower operators are not running the generator. We can’t even make calls in an emergency. Please look into this urgently and take action.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's been 20 days since I booked your air fiber but still neither your man attending our calls nor replying to our messages..and neither he cancelling our order.. I herbly request you to please please please cancel our order and refund us our money ASAP
