@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@JioCare jio fibre service has become from bad to worst every night service are impacted and we get a message when on earth you will provide us uninterrupted services as promised . Once a quarter is still understood this is daily story from 1130 to 330am u are down.

@JioCare Thanks for the patience of jio executive and field people during this pandemic time. What is the procedure to surrender the jio device. I am not satisfied with jio service 3 weeks I have suffered So no need of jio My final comment is Jio is worst service provider

Dear @airtelindia team please note that the way your stores are behaving to deal with customers who are willing to transfer from corporate plan to regular customer is worst. I mean they need to have basic sense to attend an task forget about solving it @JioCare @ViCustomerCare
