    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @JioCare I have complaint twice for my jio setop box remote and your team visited and tell me your remote will be replaced .But they close the case without any resolution every time...This is the 3rd time i am called and get my case reopened .. Pathetic customer support

    Sir, whether some process has happened or not, you are not giving any updates, just being fooled, how long will this last, now you will give any solution to my problem or I have to go to consumer court, I have waited a lot but I can not do it anymore. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio I was told installation charges will be refunded for jio fiber but the same has not happened. Why is it so that customer has to follow up?
