    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @reliancejio One of the worst network in India . Insternet stepped is disgusting 10kbps/second. I recharged ₹749 plan . So my hard got Wasted. Everyone don't use this Jio network. Very cutiya network. #banjio. Totally waste my money. My pin code is 741507. West Bengal

    @JioCare Not only me many are suffering voucher fraud problem because of purchasing 2 vouchers from my jio . Please rectify it in your app and resume my services.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i ported my BSNL number to Jio. My BSNL sim got de-activated this morning around 5-6AM and my new JIO sim got signal around the same time. But i am unable to perform tele-verification as IVR on 1977 is not taking any inputs. Can you help?

    @digspy @MukeshAmba @reliancejio It has been 24 h since we made payment, but we still have no internet. Your team was unwilling to listen, stating that we must wait 7 working hours. Is this your customer service? We will now file a consumer complaint, as the lack of service has caused a 24-hour business loss

    @JioCare @sachin_rt Waiting for the engineer visit, This is already 101 hours of waiting. The faulty connection is lying at my house Take that **** and get away from my concern. I requested for disconnection, thrice, Also mailed u for it. What is the problem? What is bothering u to diconnect?
