    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ...I claimed an offer on myjio app which clearly stated that by paying ₹707, I would receive 2 months of broadband service of 30Mbps,Before proceeding, I also confirmed your customer care to verify the offer, same confirmed but Still benefits not recieved

    @JioCare No response from your team. Your service request timed to be resolved by 01:27 PM today is still open. Worst services by Jio Fiber. @consaff please intervene and direct Jio Fiber to return the money.

    @reliancejio in our are (Location: Bahari, Barpeta district, Assam, Pin -781302) after the powercut the network automatically shifts to 4g and we couldn't able to use any data even in 4g. This is how Jio is running and looting us. @JioCare

    It's been 7 days since I paid JioFiber relocation charges, yet @JioCare has neither completed the installation nor refunded my money. Despite repeated follow-ups and false assurances, there has been no resolution. This is a clear deficiency in service. Kindly intervene. @nch1915

    @JioCare @reliancejio really pathetic service. You collect payment upfront for Jio fibre, then deny service saying installation is not possible and make us wait for months for the refund.

    Hi @JioCare Jio fiber connection is not working since morning, raised the complaint twice no engineer from your end has reported yet. It's problematic to work ! Kindly intervene and send engineer Asap.
