    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare after multiple try to contact customer care not able to speak to executive , the voice bot is damn slow and cannot tolerate this service any more. Converting number to airtel and will make sure that in my family no one should use jio. Thanks

    ordered mobile on 13th December. transaction amount 29544.70/-. money got debited. order not placed. customer care keep telling my issue will resolve in. 48 hr. i have been complaining from last 32 days. no response no refund. what is @JioMart @JioMart_Support @JioCare

    @JioCare So are you closing your 4G services? Either improve networks in my area or provide Air Fibre ASAP! Your Customer care executive promised to improve services in 120days. Still no improvements yet!

    @reliancejio @JioCare from last 5 days I am not able to use jio fiber . Have a complaint to jio care and also from the app. But they are saying no engineers are available. Without the Internet a CA office can't work for a single minute. Pls take the necessary action.
