    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @JioCare We are paying for high speed internet and from the last 4 days we don’t have any connection - why should I pay for a service which I am not getting. We can’t work from home because of this! What are your refund policies. We need our money back - we have already paid till Dec 2022

    @JioCare 2/2 saying that my request is on hold as society permission is required I need to raise a request again once permission is in place. It can't get any worst. A classic example of horrible customer service. In all, my issue remain as is with no solution. #jio #CustomerExperience
