@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@reliancejio our office established at Kanke sub post office ranchi campus. The network of jio is very poor. This office strength is about 78.maximum of the official used Jio but we cannot talk and suffering internet in this area. My contact no is 7991146883. Pl resolved problem

@JioCare I already have a chat with you, in that you can find my number. There is no problem yet. If anything to happen any emergency then that call should not be about plan expiration. So stop those plan expiration automated messages for every damm call. Can’t you understand the video.
