@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@reliancejio One of the worst network in India . Insternet stepped is disgusting 10kbps/second. I recharged ₹749 plan . So my hard got Wasted. Everyone don't use this Jio network. Very cutiya network. #banjio. Totally waste my money. My pin code is 741507. West Bengal

@reliancejio @JioCare i ported my BSNL number to Jio. My BSNL sim got de-activated this morning around 5-6AM and my new JIO sim got signal around the same time. But i am unable to perform tele-verification as IVR on 1977 is not taking any inputs. Can you help?
