    @JioCare There is a need to install a new Jio Tower network at this place! The camp location has a lot of network problems. We have also complained about this to you many times but officially we have not received any reply. @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    @JioCare The issue has been fixed, it was a planned downtime but surprisingly it was not communicated proactively and even reactively by the customer care team when called. The downtime was across the region should have been communicated.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I spoke to your customer care yesterday regarding activation of international roaming on a phone already in UAE. I was advised to buy an international roaming plan in India and that it would work. I charged with Rs 1102. Phone still not working. Pl refund
