Siddy (@siddhaarth07) reported@JioCare What's the point of raising complaints if your customer care only follows a script? I've contacted support 5–6 times regarding poor network speeds in Ranchi. Every call ends with the same questions, a network reset, and a promise that the issue is fixed.
