    @JioCare There is a need to install a new Jio Tower network at this place! The camp location has a lot of network problems. We have also complained about this to you many times but officially we have not received any reply. @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Very sorry to state one of the worse service by Reliance Jio, field persons donot pick calls of customers. Despite advance payment connection is not installed even after 8 days

    @JioCare I am user of jio fiber and due home shifting, jio guys asked me to cancel old connection and order new one. I done the same on 15th July, my order number is NO0000HZCGLG Its been 4 days my installation request kept on hold. No resolution provided. @reliancejio this sucks

    @JioCare Was still waiting fr reply frm ur end on above two points . Just nw received a msg frm jio please see. No engineer visited my house ystrdy or today. The issue was resolved by him by doing smthng in the distribution box on road. Y this msg then? Wat is jio up to

    @reliancejio When jio engineer will visit its already half day been passed, from last 3 days we are struggling with metwork connectivity.. Suddenly it go down suddenly speed is fine but no one visited yet. May i know your escalation matrix.
