    @JioCare There is a need to install a new Jio Tower network at this place! The camp location has a lot of network problems. We have also complained about this to you many times but officially we have not received any reply. @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare it is really a shame that even after 6 hours, issue neither addressed nor anyone contacted. This is d level of #jiocare support, my whole office work hampered due to no support from you #pain_with_reliance_jio @reliancejio, why ur engineer nt contacted yet?

    @JioCare This is worst kind of service & it's the least you could do. So now you keep your services down for entire month & charge money for the plan. You won't provide extension as it is not in your policy. What a shameless customer policy it is.

    @JioCare Any local service provider is much better than you. Fake commitments, dishonesty, poor customer focus, unethical work practices don't look good for brand like Jio.

    @reliancejio got a new JioFiber in Mar’22 only bcz executive said it is prepaid. Now, it turns out this is a postpaid connection. Your executive lied only to get customers. Unethical and lack of honesty on Jio’s part. I want to cancel the connection.

    @JioCare After 20 days followup through jio customer care and 4 days of continuous followup in twitter, still @JioCare you can't tell any update or date of pickup. Worst service you are giving. No words !! How many days you need to give to tell date of pickup & close one customer ticket.
