    @JioCare There is a need to install a new Jio Tower network at this place! The camp location has a lot of network problems. We have also complained about this to you many times but officially we have not received any reply. @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    Very disappointed with JioFiber service. Internet issues are frequent, and customer support has been extremely unhelpful. Despite raising complaints multiple times, there has been no proper resolution. Please address this urgently. @JioFiber @JioCare #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @JioCare then I tried to call customer care to talk with customer care representative but no option for the same was provided. Wasting time with talking to AI assistant only . One things I want to know can regarding cancellation of my order and refund option. @grok

    Pathetic experience with JioFiber. Service quality keeps declining, outages are frequent and only gives generic responses without solving the actual issue.Customers are paying for reliable internet,not endless frustration. @JioFiber @JioCare Plz fix this. #JioFiber #PoorService
