    Very disappointing @reliancejio @JioCare there has been no resolution for 2 months to one of my refund request and when tried contacting the various forums all i get is vague answers. This is how you take care of your customers? Its been 60 days now ans yet no sign of the refund

    @JioCare Now I have decided to part ways. Ant afford so many breakdown without compensation while you take minutes to disconnect the link if not paid on time. This is a pain every month to lose connection due to poor maintenance by your team. My Airtel link works fine without any issue.
