    @JioCare There is a need to install a new Jio Tower network at this place! The camp location has a lot of network problems. We have also complained about this to you many times but officially we have not received any reply. @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio The most pathetic service ever by Jio fiber. When you are thinking about getting a connection they make so many false promises, but when u really face the issues they will provide the worst service.

    @reliancejio The sales guy and their marketing team are giving a wrong picture. Once they make you pay for the initial welcome offer they will stop picking up your phone. Poor customer experience. I had to cancel my booking. Mr Sahil and Mr Dinesh Mishra are frauds.

    I am your regular customer not only my whole family using jio. But you people offering such cheap services that we never think of. Instead fix the issues you are sending emotional message that "because of us the price of data decreases" @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare your speed even not compete with normal 3g speed and call drops is way too much. My whole society fade up because of services. Now switching to @airtelindia as we are willing to pay more but not interested in your frustrating service.

    @reliancejio store unable to issue an e-sim for the last 5 days. What a pathetic service, staff doesn't even know what the issue is and when it will be resolved. tried calling customer care even they disconnected the call when told about the issue. @TRAI @reliancejio
