    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup if you are reading this then please don't launch so called true 5 'g' service. Because even your 4'g' seems like 3g act like 2g works likes 1g . Before entering into 5g try to upgrade your services servers and costumers feedback & response. 🥲

    @reliancejio @JioCare need immediate support regarding network issue as the same isn't working since last 2 months. Sim also changed bt still the result is same. Jio store person suggest me to coordinate with jio care.

    @JioCare Hello, My Airtel sim does not have any network since months and @Airtel_Presence are not able to provide another sim. I'm unfortunately not able to get any port code to switch network operator.

    Facing very pathetic network service by jio from last 30 days & internet network is very poor. I've raised this earlier & got false hopes by team that we're working on but still it's not resolved. This type of service is totally unexpected jio.@reliancegroup @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence Airtel Black has the best in class customer support for people working from home should definitely get Airtel black…! @JioCare is just useless as it gets , does-not even care if your internet is down for days

    @JioCare Truly one of a kind incompetent customer care team! 5 days and not one of you have managed to call me back to resolve this. Hiding behind 'unable to connect to you number' excuse when everyone else is able to call me. @reliancejio is pathetic
