@reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat it's been a month since I complained but there is no solution. Jio network is broken in Nagpur area, no net is working, your customer care never picks up the call, never picks up the call quickly, do something, otherwise you have to leave Jio.

@JioCare I will elaborate on the problem. I have no one with whom I can talk to for hours on end, so what should I do with the unlimited voice when all my monthly calls could have happened with a 10 rupees top up. 😭😭😭

@JioCare As i have already mentioned in my previous tweet , 2.4 Ghz frequency is not working for my devices and I have performed troubleshooting of restarting the router and checking settings for any devices which are not blocked from connection as suggested by customer service attendees.
