@JioCare I have filed a complaint on 16 Nov, SR000012W6LN. But there is no resolution till now. Several of us with JIO connections are facing this problem at my location and we all are forced to port to another service provider as there is no information from you.

@JioCare but what about the complaints that you've closed with irrelevant reasons??? I'm contacting you since 3rd November and you're just confirming the appointment and no one is visiting. If you don't have people to resolve the problem then why even you gave connection.
