    @JioCare i am facing very slow speed at my location it is working like 2g speed and i paying you for 4G data charges I have tried to complaint multiple times but denied by @JioCare @reliancejio Why are you charging me for 4G speed if you are unable to provide 4G speed

    @JioCare @reliancejio I was complain many times about your network but you can't soved it. I am complaining last time otherwise I will switch to @airtelindia . This problem is not new, ever time it happens and all day I face it. Nearest tower information CI-68401, EARFCN -2539😡

    Hello @JioCare In jio care, the customer is not getting his lost sim card even after three to four hours of trouble, jio care employees are behaving badly with the customers all the time.
