    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio 2/n After taking my payment and KYC, there was ZERO response regarding installation for nearly 2 weeks. When I finally contacted Jio to ask what was happening, instead of resolving the issue, you simply cancelled my request and initiated a refund. WHY?
