    @reliancejio wanted to complain about slow internet speed but when I went online my jio speed was so slow it didn't load. Your customer care dial up is useless

    @JioCare I am using Jio Airfiber connection since 2024 and everytime I have to talk to customer care to resolve the issue. Everytime I am facing problem of internet speed problem you guies gave promise to give 30mbps speed but when I check on speedtest it give 10 to 15 mbps which disrupts

    @reliancejio Network performance has significantly declined, with 2G appearing more reliable than 5G in some cases. , please avoid promoting it as the “best network” and instead prioritize improving service quality and addressing customer concerns transparently.@JioCare

    @JioCare Yes same location, I am not the only one facing this issue; the entire region is plagued by this problem. From your end, only assurances are given, but no actual work is done. If this issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I will port out 500 SIM cards.

    @JioCare My jio fiber account says data exhausted. I click on add data button in my jio app App redirects me to recharge ISD call package of ₹502/₹501 in hurry i pay for 502 pack which i never wanted but was looking for ad on data. Now i have lost my 502 rupees to jio
