@reliancejio you have given us so many wonderful things and services in the past but for last 3 months, we are paying for 4G bad getting a speed of 2G at our location. As soon as there is a power cut, speed drops from 300-400Kbps to 1-5Kbps within seconds.Location 247551,

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare may I know why a company which prides itself to be the topmost telecom company can't even rectify a mistake and refund my money 2 months and 15 days since I lodged a complaint. Don't u realise that your entire customer service becomes a joke.

@JioCare Dear Avesh, I just had a conversation with your customer care executive Mr. Udaykumar... he said Disney + Hotstar is only for 1st year...! Y was the recharge successful when services cannot be availed to customer???
