    @JioCare I am in Jhajjar Haryana and the internet service is extremely poor. Speeds are unstable and connectivity keeps dropping throughout the day. This is seriously affecting work and daily usage. Please address this issue urgently and restore proper service.

    @JioCare Engineer visited today and confirmed router issue. Replacement has been raised but now showing next appointment. I was assured it will be done today. Kindly arrange replacement today itself as internet has not been working for 7 days. SR: SR000033ER3F

    @JioCare Tried calling support multiple times but calls are getting disconnected when reaching advisor. No response on email/DM either. Complaint already filed (NCH 9097072). This is unacceptable. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I already gave the solution to your problem s2 capacity that there is a connection in the same place which needs to be relocated and it is installed in my own building and right now its not in working condition but your staff was not ready to listen. @JioCare @reliancejio

    while upload speed is around 20 Mbps. This is completely unacceptable. Engineers visit, check briefly, and leave saying “this is how it will work.” This is not acceptable. Please look into this urgently and provide a permanent solution. @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN #worstswrvice
