    (2/2) @JioCare do you kw this app doesn’t truely connect faster as it’s mentioned?? And it’s UI design is very poor! And the jio apps which are given as free subscription with call plans are like “unwanted children of jio” u never update them! Badly disappointed 😓

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice i hold a broadband connection with number 0562-3567625. Facing major breakdown issues, in last one month the fiber cable has broken for 3-4 times. The service engineer is far to casual and doesn't fix it properly. Need urgent support

    my @reliancejio is running slow since more than 2 weeks. i called customer care, they said that they're helpless because it's occuring due to more no. of users. if more users are problem then why don't u take any necessary steps? & always they're repeating same dialogue @JioCare

    .@JioCare 's customer service straight up lies. When my one day old #jiofiber connection went down, customer care promised engineer visit by 12 pm today. Nothing happened. Another call, and I get a time for 5pm today by an agent, which then gets pushed back to 11am tomorrow

    @TelecomTalk @reliancejio is the worst in terms of coverage and quality of service, internet speed is pathetic. @JioCare is worst customer support i would say in my experience. They'll close complaints saying temporary outage in your area and will be resolved shortly but no resolution.

    @JioCare It's 7th day. Hope you really have understood the concern in last 6 days and will do something about it today instead just saying "we are working on your service request" again

    @JioCare @KiruthigaSathi2 UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000K6M4BB is scheduled on 10-04-2022 : 13:30:00. You will receive an Order completion code after UNINSTALLATION. Please share the same with our service engineer to confirm completion
