the problem is not being solved even through Twitter, And not even getting from customer care. So please tell us where we should go so that our problem can be solved. Because even having a normal whatsapp message is having trouble. Please do not give high user reasons. @JioCare

@JioCare Atleast set up a customer care number where people can get proper response. local jio team stopped taking my calls. Had to use other numbers to reach out. Pathetic service!

@JioCare @SubhamSinhaSS Jio fed me the same excuse for 1 yr., like more users in your area, issue with my loaction my phone.. .. Then i switched to airtel.. And it has been smooth sailing wrt jio

@reliancejio #JioFiber Pathetic service, it's been 15+ days and 4-5 calls to customer care, live chat and mails no use. Suggest all to refrain using Jio Fiber due to the pathetic service.

@JioCare Jio Customer service is worst in industry.. i didn't suggest any user to get jio or PORT in jio they are making Customer fools.. i regret to PORT my number in jio.. there Customer care cut the phone they didn't understand what problem Customer is facing.. #jioscam
