    @JioCare It has been more than 25+ days since I paid ₹2222 for JioAirFiber, and now I’m getting messages saying the installation is on hold due to wiring issues. This is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare Wtf is wrong with you guys. Please get a real person to read this than an agent. Not an agent I say! As per the offer availed I have been charged 824.82 but I don't have the right plan activated at the back end. A wrong, lower amount, plan has been activated

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still no action and I get reminders to pay the bill for a service which I havent used for past one month. Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare My jio airfiber is not working properly from last 5 days. I have been calling to jio customer care no for a round 5 but it's giving automated response. Look into it as early as possible

    @JioCare Mr Harshit I am not desperate to get my money back as soon as possible. Plz adress my problem why you cancelled my installation when there was not any problem at my end. You did this Just because I asked your installation person to do the installation next day. I need answer.

    @reliancejio My area Kheri Town,Pin Code 262702. Jio Fiber has been completely down in our area for the last 5 days. No one is responding to our complaints.We have been informed that the local Jio Fiber support person/vendor has left the job. Please resolve this issue urgently
