    @JioCare worst network of india. Iam paying lot of money for good internet and calling but your network is worst, internet speed is 5g but in my area not even whtspl msg unable to send

    @JioCare There has been no help but assurance that it'll be fixed, please provide proof that the team is working on it. It is impacting work now. Please escalate to the regional manager, tell the team to visit the location and contact me.

    Just keeping this thread updated so that you know how jio offers bad services with premium prices. No resolution till now. I’ve called more than 40 times. @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I don't see any option to attach my details and give me any email I can share this information. It's useless again as this was my emergency requirement and it's not needed anymore. The good news is that payment is still processing with JIO.

    @JioCare i m stuck wid damaged sim outside india, as soon as i land in india, 1st thing i wl do is port to airtel/voda. I send an email for help, i get reply after 24 hours asking stupid things, i reply within 15 mins, nd next reply is again aftr 24hrs. Small issue, been weeks :)
