    @JioCare Where's the update? You have been checking this for the past 2.5 months. How much more time is needed to resolve such simple issue? @realnitaambani with such efficiency how long Jio will remain Jio or this is all part of the bigger plan to fool the poor people of this country.

    Till now, neither has any technician visited nor has anyone contacted us. I never expected such poor service. Now I am planning to switch to another company’s Wi-Fi because Jio Fiber’s service is extremely disappointing. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare ordered a jioSIM and paid ₹299, but the SIM has still not been delivered. Multiple delivery executives r not responding and customer care keeps delaying the issue with 24–48 hours promises. Very disappointed with the service. Order Ref: NO00015EO5SH SR No: SR000036DGAN
