    @JioCare @TRAI I've recharge my wifi earlier before the due date but they said you've to recharge again and i did but this time I've paid big amount and now they are not giving proper network because they are going to tell me you've to replace a router and for that you've to give money #loot

    Dear @JioCare, I am paying for a Jio 5G Unlimited plan, but the network performance in Hyderabad, especially in B.N. Reddy Nagar and several other areas, is disappointing. Signal strength is often weak, data speeds are inconsistent, and internet connectivity frequently drops.

    @JioCare Durgesh, I had already raised refund amount issue almost 12 days back but still received partial payment also no detail update or what that SR000038G39V is about & there is no new SR for remaining refund amt pls help 🙏 to bring the better resolution.

    @JioCare @TRAI I'm going to file a case in consumer court I've all the evidence and I'm going to win this case and also I'm going to ensure that no one in my entire area panchayat does buy any jio airfiber because everyone is facing same type of problem

    @JioCare I have been chasing your team for the refund of my declined installation request (No: NO0001DS4ZG0). Customer care assured me it would be credited within 24 hours. It’s been over a week, yet no refund or update. Is my money being held indefinitely? Need an immediate ans.

    @JioCare can you please escalate it to L2 network. It is backend issue confirmed by tech on last IR and this one's status is in hold. Please help to escalate as it is 10 days already. If can't be fixed soon then will have to file closure of connection
