    @JioCare Jio Fiber after sales service is extremely poor. Rather Jio agents, if at all they come, try and lure customers into buying new subscriptions in place of existing ones instead of fixing. This way they earn commission. Worst experience!

    @JioCare @reliancejio just shame on you for the tactics you used in jio fibre trial scam. Recommend everyone not to use reliance jio fibre. As they make you fool about the trial end procedures. Worst customer support 😑😑 #scam_jio_fibre

    @reliancejio @JioCare , what a worst service by you in jio fiber.!? Truly disgusting. Response was ok but reaction was dammn bad. No one comes for service. But always says' we will come' but no one cares. You charge for service but no one is interested in service. (1/2)

    U don’t get it in pandemic time all r working from home & net con should be up&running & downtime occurs it should addressed within 2 hr for less impact to cust but ur service is down for 16 hr & fix time is more then 24 hr. Shame on ur brand & service @JioCare @reliancejio 2/2

    @JioCare my request is still not resolved and it’s been 40 days I guess. Already I have provided all the information. You don’t have escalation matrix also. Customer care don’t have authorisation to transfer call or drop an email due to wfh. Really 🧐

    @JioFiberChennai @JioCare @reliancejio internet down since Aug 20 10AM at madipakkam. Every time I inform customer care, they says it will resolve in two hours like INTRU POY NALAI VA story. Worst customer service.

    @JioCare Really disappointed with the service. Can’t seem to get a engineer to come and check why my Wifi isn’t working. Plus the App, isn’t user friendly to make such as appointment. Too many bots !
