    @JioCare Your excuse that the daily data renewal time is "system specific" and cannot be changed is unacceptable. Customers deserve flexibility, not scripted responses. My Jio recharge ends on 22 Aug, and I'll be porting to Airtel. Better service deserves my money. #Jio #PortOut

    @JioCare @JioCare yes offer banner was available & i called customer care & they confirmed me that I am eligible & I can use services for 2 months And recording of that call with customer care must be available with you for investigation & plz deal with transparancy @DoT_India

    @JioCare I never activated call forwarding. My phone was with me. Yet Jio SMS confirmed it was enabled and my SBI calls were diverted. How did this happen? Please investigate

    There is no mechanism in Jio Air Fibre to raise a concern. They have a bot with fixed replies and just nobody to actually address the problems. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare The rain has stopped on Tuesday. The utilities are back up in Wednesday. Jio network is not yet up in my area on Sunday.
