@Airtel_Presence does not care. They are essentially thieves. If you cancel your contract with them, they will not cancel it - and call you everyday to ask why you wish to cancel? SPAM machines. No wonder @reliancejio is destroying them. They should. It’s time!

@JioCare it’s been two days since I have asked for installation of set top box . The appointment was scheduled for today 12:15 to 1:15 . Still nobody has visited called 4 to 5 times to jio customer care. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. Should have gone with @airtelindia

I did biggest mistake of my life when i take @reliancejio fibre connection. Every week they have so many “planned upgrades “ which they totally forget to inform customers and they become unplanned. Recommendingn all family and friends NEVER take jIo internet connection.
