Please share the engineer's name, contact number & ETA today. If unavailable, assign another engineer immediately and compensate for the prolonged outage

Despite assurance that engineer will attend onsite till now no one has come. I use this 4 business & now relying on personal phone hotspots. Bad support from @JioCare

Customer Support says there is no tower nearby and it takes 3-4 months to establish one. If that's the case i should get the refund for no service.
