    @JioCare @reliancejio I have just taken an annual plan. I want to terminate my connection. What's the procedure? You can refund on pro-rata basis.

    @JioCare No you didnt, 9 days gone without WIFI, JIO took money but not providing service. You have time for 10 receptions of Abant's wedding but not for customer. I will go to consumer court. Why took money if not providing service? Immediately send ur person.

    Extremely frustrated with@reliancejio. Bought a new SIM from the official Borigumma (Odisha) store, only to find it was a recycled number flooded with loan spam and UPI history! Infuriating harassment for a month, and now the SIM is deactivated. Fix this! @JioCare #ConsumerRights

    update on the issue not rec'd. pl share latest update and deadline to resolve the issue. If at all you people r not able to solve the problem refund my paid amount. proof of payment and your confirmation already sent. @JioCare I am requesting @TRAI to intervene.

    @JioCare Hi Sweety, Jio No: 8591092193 The issue is not with any app or website. The internet itself is not working. Both 4G and 5G are unusable in Thakurli - 421201. This issue has continued for 2 days and keeps recurring every 5–6 months.

    @JioCare Jio fiber is Made in China item, If it works well it works,if troubles no one give assistance and never work,pray to god for who choose jio fiber and jio air (including me who suffers from last 2 days with these china item).Act fiber is best in india no issue since 4 yrs

    @JioCare totally sick of your support for jio fiber. I raised a complaint yesterday, nobody came. today a service guy came and he saw the wiring has been destroyed and he said he will be back with wire and made my complaint on hold. He didnt arrive at all, I called him and he was saying today we have a meeting of all engineers, and he will be at my place by 3:30, he didnt arrive again and when i see in myjio app the complaint is not anymore shown and the guy doesnt even picks my phone now. They have no working habits or accountability. Only your vile team keep calling with useless messages without any resolution. Your service is a joke and substandard offering like all Jio operations. I have no hopes from your team at all, because you have gone totallly downhill with complaints. Zero responsibility Zero service Zero overall, shame on you.
