@JioCare It was total fraud which happened complete buffering was there 11th November was connection date on from 13 th i have submit the complaints nothing was resolved I have wasted my money paid 3500+ and what I received 1712 rupees fraud company never refer to anyone

@JioCare I am using Samsung S20 FE 5G, it's a 5g phone and supports jio 5g band, but in the app it's showing that my phone is not compatible and it's even showing as wrong phone "S20 FE" 4g version. Please fix this issue
