Pathetic service by Jio fiber @JioCare Wifi not working on the 1st day of the week and still continues. 0 efforts taken by Jio to resolve and to top it all they don't have any customer reps to talk us through the issue. They send sms & never follow through. @reliancejio @ABPNews

@reliancejio @JioCare Dear Jio, Pls enable 2G/3G also, because many people cant afford 4G mobile & also even many having higher end device having,battery drain situation will move to basic spare device, but those support 2G/3G only Especially am not moved to Jio only bcz of this
