    @reliancejio @TRAI I was visited Two Times in Jio store at Gandhi Nagar jAmmu, for ownership change in case of death, they denied to take requests and said that it happened from Relience Digital store, No support from cust Service Team #JammuAndKashmir #Maharashtra #India

    @JioCare Neelam may we know what exactly is the issue. Since we received one more message stating it shall be resolved by tomorrow. We also have Airtel connections in our society but never heard of any network breakdown.

    @JioCare recently ported my number to Jio, frustrated now as phone is not reachable to anyone in between. Works fine if I restart my phone.. Same phone same place was working fine with my previous network Voda. Your self help does not help, call center was rude and did not help.
