@reliancejio @TRAI I was visited Two Times in Jio store at Gandhi Nagar jAmmu, for ownership change in case of death, they denied to take requests and said that it happened from Relience Digital store, No support from cust Service Team #JammuAndKashmir #Maharashtra #India

@reliancejio @JioCare I think jiofiber is facing some serious issues, they don't want to collect their own router after the termination of connection. It's been 5 or 6 days I'm getting call and messages of rescheduling the engineer's appointment but no one comes for visiting nor even he call.

@JioCare I am also from Network background and it's so funny to see that Jio can't afford a switch if the connections are exceeding, anyway your engineer said he will come at 12 today, if he won't then I promise you that I'll get a Airtel connection at 1 PM today.

@JioCare I have never seen advance billing in any post paid connection. It looks like malpractice on the part of the company of billing in advance in a post paid connection. Reconsider your policy. Why should one to pay in advance in a post paid connection.
