    @reliancejio @TRAI I was visited Two Times in Jio store at Gandhi Nagar jAmmu, for ownership change in case of death, they denied to take requests and said that it happened from Relience Digital store, No support from cust Service Team #JammuAndKashmir #Maharashtra #India

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare . My office internet has been down since 4 PM yesterday. I've been following up all day, but still no engineer assigned or even a promised time. Pathetic service and zero accountability for business users. Please resolve this immediately!

    @JioCare My Internet bill is surprisingly came more than every month. I tried to connect to customer care and it’s been over 15 mins waiting to speak to one person who can answer my question?? But all I get is music…such a pathetic service…they will not wait one day if you delay payment, but when coming to service it’s worse than the worst…
