    @amitsin70205228 @JioCare Just they understand our concern but not solve the problems they are enjoying our money they will not return us our amount and they will not solve the problem. Let's complaint this to consumer care and in ps is the only thing left.

    @DoT_India it's been 8days i have requested @reliancejio @JioCare for broadband connection issues but they are not providing proper resolution and keeps rescheduling the date. I have asked for termination of service but they are charging for the service i didn't even used.

    Paid 2500 for jiofiber in trial period, after 20 days uninstalled and surrendered device with good condition, this confirmed by agent and customer care, They paid 1750, and they are saying device helath condition not good and deducted half of money @reliancejio @JioCare
