    @JioCare the internet isn't working properly and the speed for the past few days is terrible. The range has also suddenly stopped reaching my bedroom. Even with the lan cable there is no internet.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_internet speed is extremely slow, and network connectivity has been very poor for a long time. We are paying for 5G services but not receiving the quality promised. Kindly look into the issue and improve the network in Rajgarh as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio is bringing premium 5G. Good news, but would that improve my indoor network coverage which is now pathetically low at one signal bar. Can’t even take calls, browse internet. Issue is since past 4 years.. #RILAGM @JioCare

    @JioCare I fail to understand where should we raise this issue? Why these firms have right to use our money without providing any services. I am literally frustrated. How many times should I beg for my money 😢😢Why we do not have strict actions against them? Why am I not receiving help😢
