    @reliancejio @TRAI I was visited Two Times in Jio store at Gandhi Nagar jAmmu, for ownership change in case of death, they denied to take requests and said that it happened from Relience Digital store, No support from cust Service Team #JammuAndKashmir #Maharashtra #India

    One of your service engineer replied, “You are not customer yet, you only requesting us to do. Have no rights to order us to do”. Wow @JioCare what a pleasant response. Is the right way to treat customer who paid and waited for 10 days? I’m out of my patience, I need to cancel.

    Your network is absolutely ghastly, internet doesn't work when I'm in my room and it doesn't work even when I'm out. Your recharge plan is also expensive and the network does not work, fix it first. @reliancejio @JioCare
