    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working since yesterday, engineer already visited and checked. According to him the fiber cable is broken and they will have to relocate (don't know what is this). Please fix it asap.

    @reliancejio One of the worse customer care support. Agents does not know anything, not able to give correct information or solve problem regarding International Roaming pack. Transferring call hear and there and no one answer after transferring call.
