@reliancejio @TRAI I was visited Two Times in Jio store at Gandhi Nagar jAmmu, for ownership change in case of death, they denied to take requests and said that it happened from Relience Digital store, No support from cust Service Team #JammuAndKashmir #Maharashtra #India

@reliancejio @JioCare poor customer service. My father in law number has been recharged for international roaming for a month and you guys shutdown the service in 7 days. This means you will “rob” him for 23 days of recharge, isn’t it ? He is unable to connect with you as well.
