    @reliancejio @TRAI I was visited Two Times in Jio store at Gandhi Nagar jAmmu, for ownership change in case of death, they denied to take requests and said that it happened from Relience Digital store, No support from cust Service Team #JammuAndKashmir #Maharashtra #India

    @JioCare Service request no SR00003BNNMV has been raised in your account. I have raised this request and need an urgent engineer visit on this. Many people are dependent on the jiofiber and its impacted and not working due to some wire issue. Please do the needful.

    Dear @JioCare,@reliancejio My Jio AirFiber has been down since Friday. I contacted the installation person, who asked me to call customer support. After raising a complaint, I was told that a service engineer is only available on July 20.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber people should use other brands wifi..where their customer support should what they suppose to do not like jio..jio advertise it with always available but reality is they are never available..they are only available for telling you about recharges
