    @reliancejio @TRAI I was visited Two Times in Jio store at Gandhi Nagar jAmmu, for ownership change in case of death, they denied to take requests and said that it happened from Relience Digital store, No support from cust Service Team #JammuAndKashmir #Maharashtra #India

    @JioCare i am facing false promises to initiate disconnection once current bill paid , i pay the amount and then no step taken to intitiate disconnection, no email id shared etc, need help as I moved out of city to place with no broadband

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Postpaid is taken for uninterrupted service, not risk of suspension before due-date comfort. If this is the experience, why should customers not move to prepaid? Kindly review this practice.

    JioFiber down again. Red light, zero internet, same “restore soon” excuse. People pay for stable service, not repeated outages. Work suffers, but no accountability. @JioCare fix this. This is seriously frustrating now. #JioFiber #InternetDown #PoorService

    Dear , @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing persistent network issues in my area. The nearest mobile tower appears to be around 2 km away, resulting in very weak signal strength frequent call drops and poor internet connectivity As a paying customer, I expect reliable service Thanks
