@JioCare @reliancejio Hy Jio care team ,I already twitted regards about this ,In my location no network range is their. very poor signal strength and speed, more than 50people planning to move other networks,please take this case and try to increase single strength and speed

@JioCare Jio customer care harassing by not coming to pick up router for deactivated fiber. Have called everyday for a week, they resolve service request without coming. Frustrated at pathetic service and wasting my time everyday and falsely confirming pick up slot.

@Mikhil_Bhat @JioCare Amit was deputed by jio to attend the complaint and resolve the problem but he has not made any efforts but submitted misleading report. I wonder how the staff of jio can say to take MNP and switch over to Airtel and that will not make difference to jio? Action please.
