    @JioCare Sukhmeet - technician is visiting daily. He is saying he cannot fix issue unless he gets mail from backend team to local jc and csd. I also visited local jio store and spoke with manager Guru Prasad. Which part of this you people are not understanding?

    @JioCare I ordered a personal number from your app on 17th April and it's been more than 48 hours and still no update from your side and the number of delivery guys is also switched off since last 3 days. A very bad experience, refund my money ASAP

    @JioCare I think this reply is given as per your policy. I reported the net work speed is slow and competing with the snail for all apps. Isn't it undestandable? Can you tell me which apps will work fine on JIO?

    @JioCare jio has lost all sense of customer satisfactin. Even after multiple complaints internet drop issue is not being fixed. I have raised 5 tickets till now

    @JioCare JioFiber internet not working properly (frequent disconnection) Complaint already registered on 1 April and also sent email, but no technician visit till date. Request has been rescheduled multiple times without any resolution. stop asking for DM again and resolve this issue.

    @JioCare please do something about the quality of network in 140306, Mohali. I have a jio airfiber plan 899, which promises up to 100mbps -what I have been getting is 1-10mbps. It is getting nearly impossible to connect to your customer care. What kind of service is this.

    @JioCare Hello, I can see that my service request is marked as “Resolved”, however my issue has NOT been resolved. Kindly reopen the request and provide proper resolution. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter to the consumer forum. This is unacceptable.
