    @JioCare I want to know the reason why have I not got amazon prime subscription which was bundled with my plan. I dont want to listen that you have to buy and all that. I just want to know the reason because I never degraded the plan. Guys it is now high time and you are replying

    @reliancejio @JioCare @ImAtulKansal now also they are telling we will make it as soon as possible from past five days, but they are not confirming particular date. Because of the way customer support behaviour I lost hope on jio.

    @airtelindia provides worst customer service.They couldn't shift a broadband connection within city even in 3 days. In the era where people are wfh and internet connection is a necessity. Thinking of shifting to @reliancejio, hope they will provide a better service.

    @JioChat @JioCare @reliancejio I am using jio network from long time but I am facing indoor network issue in my house in ground floor. Some time unable to find network. But Now we are talking about 5G service. Please provide proper network connectivity then upgrade service.

    @JioCare I have been facing network issues on jio fiber since yesterday.I am able to open youtube but unable to any other apps and due to it I am unable to work on my company applications. N on ticket the visit is schedule tomorrow which is too long.I need this resolved today.

    @JioCare I tried all possible ways to not to post it publicly.. But you guys reluctant enough to close multiple service request without solving. Even after reopening it you did the same. What is resolution you provided to this ticket multiple times SR00001A2LET Worst service.
