@JioCare @reliancejio Hy Jio care team ,I already twitted regards about this ,In my location no network range is their. very poor signal strength and speed, more than 50people planning to move other networks,please take this case and try to increase single strength and speed

@JioCare I have a prepaid plan of JIO Fiber "Unlimited@150 Mbps". To day my internet connection was disconnected. When I contacted customer support, I received a voice message that I have exhausted my data and asked me to top-up. I do not know what is unlimited data.

@JioCare Why is just having a word with your customer department so difficult. I had engineer visit scheduled for today. No one called and I have wasted 3 hours in connecting with someone. How can Jio have such irresponsible customer care management.
