    @JioCare @reliancejio i recommend not to use Jio Fibre..They are not capable to handle customer issues. Very bad experience with jio fibre.

    @SunilHS_Suni @JioCare @reliancejio Don't buy. Their resolution ETA is only god knows. Their technical staff is not just lethargic but also irresponsible. Buy only if you want to disturb your peace of mind

    @reliancejio Jio customer care harassing by not coming to pick up router for deactivated fiber. Have called everyday for a week, they resolve service request without coming. Frustrated at pathetic service and wasting my time everyday and falsely confirming pick up slot.
