Sunil Menon (@SunielBMenon) reported@JioCare Wow what service the technician instead of attending to complaints says it's not in his line of duty and did not turn up. It should not be Jio but Jao. Lousy service and employees they don't care as they feel there is no other choice for people. In India you can get away easily.

I even called the person mentioned, but unfortunately, he showed no interest in speaking with me or assisting with my request.
