    @JioCare I already DM’d my JioFiber ID and registered mobile number yesterday as requested by Tanushka, but it’s been over 24 hours with no response or update. My 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi has been down for 10+ days now. Kindly escalate and arrange an engineer visit ASAP. Please update me

    Sony LIV and JioStore apps keep crashing on my JioFiber set-top box. Raised 2 complaints already, both closed with zero resolution. Been dealing with this for weeks now. Need an actual fix, not another closed ticket. @reliancejio @JioCare #JioAirFiber #JioSetupBox

    Complete blackout from @JioCare @reliancejio! Relocation request raised, services shut down, but zero communication. There is absolutely NO WAY to reach a real customer executive. Just automated loops and fake promises. Worst relocation experience ever. #JioFiber
