    @JioCare I am facing poor network for the past 2 months. In spite of several complaints here in Puraswakkam area of CHENNAI, no one is least bothered to attend to this issue. Hope with this Tweet, I can get some relief.

    @JioCare what is the use of setting up customer care service if issues are not resolved. I would love hear that issues cannot be resolved than getting fake assurance that it is going to be resolved shortly. Between, shortly here is 6 months. I have been raising complaints since.

    @JioCare No internet since 10am today. WFH and online school getting impacted. Launched complaint for early redressal, confirmed on call that engineer will come at 1 pm but recieved mail that the visit is scheduled at 7pm. No seriousness and sincerity in efforts to help

    @reliancejio Jio company is a shameless company. Customers facing network & data speed problem continuously. Many more time contacted in jio customer care but result is zero. My location name is KALAKHAURI in Assam State. Network team contact number isn't provide to customer.
