@JioCare, Jio mobile, your porting service home delivery is a bluff, as you team promise to reach in 30 mins but no one reached after 6 hours, that means service is a bluff, then customer take follow up then executive say, he reach in 10 mins but he didn't reach after 1.30 hrs

@reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare Please come out with voice only plan, as your data plan is useless. As we have to take other broadband service (wifi) for basic mobile use. Jiocare says your data is slow because more people are using. Do you want people to pay for data but don't use???

Horrible service of @JioCare Jio Broadband service person. I had informed the Jio service persons for re installation of my jio modem/router in advance. Today they were going to come and install it, instead they are now not even picking up my calls!! @reliancejio

@JioCare @jio_fiber More then 10 times my case has been escalated so I can get back my refund. 2days i have used JioFibre postpaid connection and 90+days waiting of refund. Pathetic and worst Customer Care services.
