    @reliancejio @reliancejio hy Jio service team please try to help on this issue, Jio sim lunching time to till I'm using Jio sim network only , I attached my location below ,Still network range is very poor and internet speed is 30kb _70kb only, we are getting very trouble,

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hy Jio care team ,I already twitted regards about this ,In my location no network range is their. very poor signal strength and speed, more than 50people planning to move other networks,please take this case and try to increase single strength and speed

    customer service of @JioCare is worst,there is no way one can raise service request for internet issue. They have the worst chatbot who keep giving same soln everytime. You cannot talk to human or raise service request in any way. Experience with @airtelindia is best in terms of customer service.Will switch to that. Also will buy Airtel shares too,they will dominate Jio for sure.

    Dear @airtelindia 2 hours gone and no response yet even after this! Seriously u r also becoming like @reliancejio in poor service providing. I closed 5 connections of Jio in last 6 months, and even ur company is doing similarly 🫢

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your egineer scammed me for Rs 1000, I still do no have a ST box (6 weeks) Ser. Req. says "resolved". Now a monkey has chewed through the cable and I can't get a scheduled appointment for "technical issues" I can DM number.

    @JioCare One more thing I am also using Jio sim its network is not working Internet is also not working please check how many times I am registered the complaint 9967804717 is my registered mobile number due to no internet at present I am not providing you customer id

    Hey @JioCare, very disappointed with my Jio AirFiber (installed 5 June). 100 Mbps plan but barely get 40 Mbps, high ping & frequent drops. Complaints raised, no fix yet. Please resolve ASAP or I’ll escalate further.

    @JioCare I never cancelled my request. It failed because your representative didn't do his job. He promised to visit, never showed up, never informed me, and ignored the next day's commitment. Why should a customer suffer for your team's negligence? @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare On the first day, Jio 5G worked in our area for just 2–3 hours. We were so happy that we immediately recharged with the ₹349 plan, expecting to use unlimited 5G. But after a few hours, the 5G signal disappeared and has not returned till now.
