    @JioCare is the worst network I ever encountered in Mapusa, Goa. Surprisingly, their toll free number too is getting disrupted due to network issues.... PS: There are multiple residents facing the same issue and we also have tried your YouTube video method.

    @JioCare pathetic customer support. I called up to complain on network issues and calls issues. But your customer care representatives disconnected my calls 2 times without taking any complaint. Very much disappointed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been over a week, since I shared my problem with the JioCare, no resolution has been done and everytime a fake promise of resolving the issue in 2-3 days is made. Is this the customer service, Jio is providing to customers based on fake promises !?
