Karnesh (@iamkverma) reported@JioCare what a bad service. Internet not working since last night, registered a complaint in the morning and got a time slot for tomorrow 11:11AM. The service guy said they are extremely understaffed herein Patiala and are only two people. Not to mention that he was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Abysmal service. How are we supposed to do our office work if Internet services are disrupted for more than 36 hours at the least.

I talked with customer care, he Rescheduled Installation for today 8.30 AM, till now no one has shown up. I had take leave.
