    Hi @JioCare /@reliancejio Don't what's wrong with Jio supporting team. I am facing worst network issue in my area. I have complained so many times while using 4G service but no use. Already @Airtel_Presence started Jio 5G services in my area, why jio no jio 5g service at my loc*

    What are your SLAs here? 2 full days down with just msgs being sent to the customer. @reliancejio @JioCare - if there is 1 day delay you switch off our services. Now that there is such a prolonged service rectification why should you not be penalized?

    @JioCare very disappointed with your service, my internet connection is down since Wednesday but still no one has come to resolve. Your service level is very poor. I might think twice before I recharge your service 😞

    @JioCare @reliancejio how long will it take to revert to the queries, i guess you have too many customers due to which you dont give a damn to postpaid users, i will wait for 48 hours and then will go legal.
