    @reliancejio @JioCare I am a JioFiber user and having issues with my connection for the past 6 days. The Jio Care says that my place(Siliguri) which is fully open, is under lockdown, so cant do much. Tried contacting the local Jio contact, but he has stopped picking up. Pathetic

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your sales representative are the worst, least bothered to answer calls once they have received the money. Yet not received my voucher for a active referral. I think i should stop referring.

    @Airtel_Presence @TRAI @reliancejio As per Airtel Customer Care Specialist there is a problem of Airtel connectivity in my area. And they are charging me the services which they are not providing due to poor connectivity. Kindly suggest what to do. Moreover Airtel Thanks app is not working.

    @JioCare This is what I am being told since 1 month. My money is a little wasted. I have recharged. I am losing my net. Your service is so bad that you cannot fix it within 1 month. And what about my one month recharge which got spoiled?

    @JioCare I recharge a fortnight before expiry. This time disappointment was so high that I had to ask for refund. No one from your side seemed to be responsible to provide service to the subscriber. Yes they were expert in messages that my problem is being attended to on priority basis.

    @JioCare I am facing huge problem with jio service i was shifting from one room to another i call jio fiber customer care but the don't come to home and. If they come they i didn't bring there equipments. After that they make reason for that. What a service?
