    @JioCare team, there is no signal in pincode 522661. Getting signal occassionally hardly 2/3 hours per day. If I chat with customer care they are unable to understand the prob. Is it the world s 5th top most brand. Or giving daily 5 hours of network. Please assist

    @playvalorantsa @JioCare please fix your routing on to the mumbai server facing 90+ ping latency even when I'm in Maharashtra. Your competitor bharati airtel has way better routing than jio

    @JioCare 3 weeks passed but my mobile no. 9888051642 not active so far. Very very poor customer care services @reliancejio Numerous time take follow up but not output till now.
