dineshmale (@dineshmale84) reported@JioCare I raised the cancellation request on Oct 12th and from then they are deactivating and activating but did not pick the device. Today I received some message and will see how many more weeks you will take. If your service is like ke this no one will choose Jio again.

My jio connection was cancelled and as per you polocy, the refund should be settle between 7-14 day. But still not settled and I was not getting proper response from your team and very rude. As u promised i should get the refund amount between 7 to 14 days.. Its been 25days still i didn't get that money plz respond
