    @reliancejio @JioCare You have to serious about the issues that consumers are facing, Internet service in jio is horrible. In day somehow it is keep going but after evening if you literally can't assess the internet from jio.

    @JioCare I have upgraded my phone and followed all the steps to transfer my esim from old device. I visited your service center also. But no one is able to help me get my number back. Jio center said your sim is deleted permanently while customer care says it’s active.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @mpparimal pathetic service of Jio DTH in Mumbai. Ppl pls dont buy. Sound frm STB is so low that it is diffcult for elderly to hear. Plus they are charging exorbitant charges for additional STB. Gt a msg today will remain dwn till 5 PM
