    Jio customers in our village Mori Nagaur are 2500, but everyone is upset due to lack of full network in the village, talking to Jiocare for 2 years, they say the same thing, our company is working, please solve the problem of low network. Solve it. Thank you

    @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic service from Airtel. There chatbot is so useless. I have disconnected my mesh router and they are still charging me monthly and haven't refunded my security deposit. they are closing the complaints without any reason. @reliancejio is far better

    @JioCare All details have been shared, but there’s still no resolution. Multiple calls and engineer appointments, yet no one has visited. I’m extremely frustrated with the repeated follow-ups. If this cannot be resolved, please share the process to disconnect my JioFiber.

    My internet is not been working for past 6 days raised complaint none of the technician came to service @JioCare worst service. It’s really pathetic please do cancel the service internet works for 12 hours and then it goes off for next 3 days…. Worst internet connection

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had paid for airfiber installation on 31st Aug and KYC was successfully completed on 4th Aug. Still no response or call from technician for installation! Although the appointment was for 7th Aug but no response and support is worst! Ref no:LR00001637EQ

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello, network in our area complete get's shutdown during power cuts and we have climb on terrace for calls, such horrible experience after charging these money from user's. We have about 7 jio connection and looking forward to switch airtel,if not resolved
