    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm frustrated with your service, it's consecutive 3rd time in a row that even after recharge still you haven't provided the internet. Amount has already been debeted from my account while recharging my Jio fiber, after all data was exhausted.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is the complaint for jiofiber no. 07752353559. In 999 plan they always stopped the prime access and the wifi connection is very slow. Service is very bad in my area. They are not responding at all. the prime is not working and network is very slow.

    @JioCare Inspite of your assurance your people neither visited not called today and resolved the issue. On ground ground level @JioCare service is worsening day by day. I am very much disappointed.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port my 3 vi numbers to @airtelindia @JioCare but unable to do that after doing a recharge ₹49 in all these three numbers Because whenever I recharge my number you people start deducting my balance by activating ridiculous service.

    @jiocare has provided me with a internet connection that doesn't work..and according to them they have no policy on refunds..@ConsumersAffair kindly intervene and let me know..how and what can be done in this situation.

    @JioCare my top up of ₹2399 for my Jiowifi thru MyJio app is shown failed at your end but the issuer bank has confirmed its successful. Transaction done of 15th July. No response to my mail from Jiocare. Complaint number MR0000XKXMUY.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare I have been unsuccessful in getting my jio fibre disconnected from my establishment since last 3 months, 2021. Everymonth they are charging a certain amount and all my email and requests are being unanswered. Can someone help me ?
