    @JioCare @reliancejio Your Jio TV doesn't work. It's a useless thing... App Keeping Crashing.. 3rd party app don't work... And best part is there is no Customer care.

    @JioCare while giving a new jio fibre connection in our neighborhood your executives switched off the network for entire hub and apparently left without fixing it. So now it has been nearly 7 hours and jio fibre isn't working. Such a great service...🙄

    @JioCare Please help, I am so frustrated about jio internet connection , In my area internet speed is very slow,I use jio data 100-200mb in whole day, This problem is happening almost 2000+ people And I am also unable to contact jio customer care,

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio I am facing issue with internet. After raising complaint technitian visited. They found router is faulty. Now they forcing me to take higher plan so only then they will replace my router else they will not. Is that a new way to loot customers ?

    @JioCare Just now got a message that I'll get an update on 29th, so I'll have to wait for two days to get an update as to when my issue will be resolved. No internet at home for past 24 hours and again I'll have to wait for another 24 hours to get an update. Worst ever service
