    @JioCare @reliancejio 1. I got my JioFibre connection today at 2 pm and since 5 pm it's not working also there ZERO support from jio customer care team. 2. Please improve your customer support service. Either the call doesn't get connected or it gets disconnected in no time.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing the one of the worst experience with jio in my house I have 3 jio sim and all 3 are facing network issue and lte data services not even a webpage can be loaded while on jio net solve this problem as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Hello jio team your internet service is very bad in sonipat haryana area really facing a lot of problems. Even I can't use my all data. Worst internet service ever. And try to contact customer care but I can't contact anyone.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I feel looted after selecting plan for 1year. You cut the internet speed intentionally, You don't pick up calls, even you don't even allow customer for grievance redressal. Approx 20 times and everytime it was cut from your side intentionally. Shame !!!
