  "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   Paying premium prices for 5G only to get 2G speeds. @reliancejio takes our money instantly, but when the network crawls, it’s absolute silence. Yet, if my recharge expires for five minutes, they spam call my phone every few seconds like a loan shark.

  @JioCare I request all jio customers which are suffering from poor network and poor internet kindly sift to bsnl which now give good network and internet with low price.Mind jio never solve your problem. I have complaint regarding this issue from last 3 yrs till now no solution.

  @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber Order ID: NO0001DY41PQ is still not installed. On 9 June, engineer Swapnil Girge completed KYC but did not perform the installation. He promised to return on 13 June, but since then there has been no response from him. Please support.

  @JioCare Hi shirisha u got some wrong information about the weather, no extreme rain, no extreme heatwave,no cyclone,nothing , fantastic weather max.temp 36°C. Even if weather is issue,it won't take 8 days to fix the issue.
