    @JioCare If you don't know what the issue is. Don't provide false information. First check all previous SR closed and what the jammer issue is. From how many years it is going in our area ? Have you ever fixed this since a year . My advance pay is wasted due to jammer issue. Fix it

    @JioCare This issue is especially pronounced in the mornings, where network performance deteriorates significantly, often reverting to 4G connectivity. This persistent problem occurs despite my monthly recharge of 349 Indian Rupees.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber connection was suspended for 2 months as I was out of town. I’ve now returned and want to restart the service. Due to a storm,outdoor unit has fallen (not damaged) & needs fixing. Please arrange a technician visit & reactivate my connection

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have recharged ₹456.6 on my Jio AirFiber but it is still showing "No Active Plan" and red light is blinking. Recharge amount deducted but service not activated. Registered Number: 7858845991 Please resolve ASAP. Jio air fiber no is 778561196618

    It’s surprising and shocking that we don’t have any mechanism to sell data only tourist SIM cards by @airtelindia @reliancejio @TRAI please enable this & issue guidelines and make it easier for tourists to have SIM card for few days.

    @reliancejio @JioCare In my village (Karso, P/O Barhi, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand – 825405) 90% people use Jio. Children depend on it for online classes, but network is very poor. I’ve complained many times with no resolution. Please fix this issue urgently. 🙏
