    @JioCare @MMLUCKY5 If anyone DM you, there will be no reply. I have been waiting from days. We have decided to change the network. If this problem is not sorted by the end of this month, All the jio stores will be closed in my area. Force closed

    @JioCare I think you guys should really need to upgrade your services. As i am using airtel wifi too, whenever i get an issue regarding airtel wifi they used to send an technician within a day, But you guys just delay the schedule and keep your customer waiting a whole week

    @JioCare Hi Everytime i am getting the same response that engineer will come and fix the issue. Its been a week since i have raised a a concern. When will i get the resolution??

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am fed up with following up multiple times via email or customer care. The email thread started from 21st Sep but the pick up and refund saga by @JioCare is going on since much before.

    @JioCare I was with jio for a long time. But without any proper direction from jio customer care end, I had to port out last month.
