@JioCare called 3 times. 2 times disconnected. 3rd time no solution. Poor experience and shoddy customer service. Cust service agent Refused to identify himself. Surprised & disappointed. Difficult to change service provider but will definitely try to switch now.

@JioCare I have explained it many times that your service engineer was not coming to pick the router and it crossed the mark of 60 days and I have also complained about it so if you have eyes then see that complaint. And the pick up boy also took bribe from me.

@JioCare I have Jio fiber Silver_6M_5094 prepaid plan of Unlimited 6 Month activated on 19th June 2022 and which is active still December 16 2022,however after consuming 200 GB the 150 MPBS speed has been reduced to 1 MPBS. Jiofibre Service ID 299350277139 Please respond ASAP.
