@JioCare Great. The new location also has existing jio fiber connection already. Wiring everything is there already. So can I just plug and play the router? Please let me know if any customer specific config needs to be done at new address. If not I can plug n play myself, saves ur energy

@reliancejio @JioCare I applied for fibre connection on 30th July, was promised that it will get installed on the same day, but wasn't. Everyday installation is rescheduled to next day, finally had to cancel it yesterday, no update on that either. Pathetic!

@JioCare facing incoming call issue since a few weeks. Full network strength but the caller gets a “out of coverage area” message. Restating the phone fixes it. Happening with multiple devices. Please help.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have never seen incompetent, arrogant team as jio fiber have. They behave like dictator. We all know why they behave like that. They will trap you and then they will harass you. So keep distance from jio.
