  @reliancejio @JioCare you guys have the WORST service and connectivity in the world. How did you go from being so good to being terrible?! Internet has been down (10000000th time) for over 3hrs, and I just get a text saying interruption in service, expecting 4hr resolution.

  Everyone in my family is user of @reliancejio, I personally had 2 Jio number and 1 Airfiber installed. But now I and my family members have decided to port. If you complaint @JioCare about the poor network issue, they will only ask for your details. Poor customer Support.

  @rahilbundela @JioCare I don't understand why you folks are using jio though we have airtel fiber.i have been using it since one year.i didn't face any issues at once in a whole year.

  Jio charges full money from its customers but fails to provide even basic service quality.The network is so poor that making calls and using the internet has become extremely difficult. Despite repeated complaints, there has been no improvement. This is unacceptable @reliancejio

  @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Using JioFiber has been extremely disappointing. I raised a complaint on 01 May 2026 regarding my fiber/set-top box issue, but even after multiple follow-ups with customer care, there has been no proper response or resolution.

  @JioCare Stop sending copy-paste replies. My question is simple: why was ₹50 charged when no service was activated? Keeping customer money without providing service is unfair. Give a proper resolution, not templates.

  @reliancejio Mr Anuj Jain ..highly disappointed with the Jio FIBER services. My jio fiber is not working since yesterday & I have registered My complaint yesterday only but not resolved yet. Pathetic service. The issue is UNRESOLVED.Request No. SR000034TCEZ @jiocare help !!

  @JioCare #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.
