Hey @TRAI please look into my issue @JioCare charging for 4G and not even 2G speed of internet surfing. If i raise a complain with JIO they say more user in ur area.

@JioCare Dear Team, I ported my Jio Postpaid Mobile Number (Jio Acc Id: 209120658536) to other network. I got an email containing a link to update the bank details for refund of security. I updated the same but did not receive the refund even after 2 months. #jio
