    @JioCare @BaluBalaji37377 Jio not cared about their customer. I sent message on jio care 2 days before but still did not get any response from JIO Care. Shame on Reliance Jio

    @reliancejio there is no good response and solution in jio so I port to Airtel. They charged me full 2599 annual pack but I don't get Disney hotstar pack for one year. Hot star pack is including 2599 pack. So many times I call to customer care but no solution. bye bye

    @JioCare @karunya77 Soon means...it gonna takes hours or days be specific. We are hearing all these things for the past 3 days. For payments, the guy came very fast and took 3 months advance and deposit. May sure it resolve in hours otherwise we will shift to other service.

    Wifi isn't working from past 7 days and Literally facing the worst service ever with Jio-fiber @JioCare , They aren't resolving the problem, instead their engineer is telling to cancel our subscription, This is how customers are treated? @JioCare @reliancejio
