    @JioCare I don't why is JIO taking things for granted.Since last half a year I am complaining but no action .So if you want to get people frustrated and leave your service just tell this straight .Either yours or mine time is wasted.All the rest service providers have excellent network.

    @reliancejio I'm facing poor internet speed. Already told Jio chat 10 days ago, no improvement. Called 18008899999 call is disconnected by executive while continuing discussion. I have recording of call. It's totally pathetic!

    Well @reliancejio this is seriously not done ! Here in Worli..I have got absolutely zero network on my Jio simcard. Even in being such an open place , there is no network at all. I habe to rely on my friend's hotspot every damn time. In other places it works well , No doubt.

    @JioCare I’ve recd replies from u saying in my ‘location network problems , being looked into’. I live in vashi ,Navi Mumbai. Amazed that u dare reply like this for such a tech’y advanced city 😳. I will not share anymore details- u already have all. Go figure! @VodafoneIN

    @reliancejio I am facing issue of internet speed from April 01, same conveyed to Jio chat, no update till now. Tried to call customer care, asked 10 questions to me, replied calmly, suddenly during call customer care disconnected connection. No one is booking my complaint!! Jio👎

    @reliancejio Is the pathetic in terms of customer care..and executive are like bunch of illiterate grp.. From last week I called several time to resolve the issue..but there 24 hr never come, and it's seems my worst decision to port from Airtel to Jio..

    Your UPC is ———-. It will be valid up to 20-06-19 23:59:59, kindly use this upc before expire. UPC should be disclosed only to recipient operator's personnel at the point of sale and not to any other person. @reliancejio no network! Wth ,cell co saying this ! 😂😂😂😂

    Horrible experience with Jio Fiber. @reliancejio @JioCare The staff was terribly late for installation service, outright inconsiderate and no value for customer or customer's time. I think you can do better @reliancejio
