    @JioCare need ur urgent intervention here- I have recharge with 666 thrice, due to some jii app issue twice refunded and 3rd time recharge process with wrong 601 pack. Connected with Cust team yesterday but the resolution was not satisfactory.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have not seen any company who does auto debit or EMI, ask the customer to make the payment before the debit date knowingly. They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Anyways I see your priorities. Irate customer request for a call back, don't call But the same customer gets more irritated because of it and decides to port then call to retain. Please do not call untill you have solution for my problem #jiochor

    @JioCare am tired of complaining regarding network issues at my location. Customer care people just disconnect the call half way. I haven't come across such a poor customer service ever. Please suggest how much time will it take to port to @vodafone

    @reliancejio @reliancejio This is nothing but a scam where 5 days before auto debit date, your customer service executive tells me to ignore the bill generated and make the payment. Also I am registered on auto-pay, why send multiple reminders and calls to make payment ?

    @JioCare @ImAtulKansal i shared the details. No resolution not even a single call back. Jio fiber team don't even care for their customers tweet. Call center ppl are like robot. Seems I made a big mistake choosing jio fiber. Very poor support. Will never recommend

    @JioCare It's been 3 days now. Does it take so many days to check and refund? The entire customer care and providing resolution system in JIO fibernet is really worst. Bad experience. It's disgusting to know that the customer care works so slow . @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am not sure how many times you ask for it but do nothing. I am fine to discuss everything on an open public forum. Let the world know how incompetent @JioCare is. In 3 months you were not able to resolve my speed issue and now 2 months disconnection is not happening.
