    @reliancejio Ask him to remove our jio fiber or give us next month recharge which he assured before installation. If you want any clarification i can share his call recording. Bad coustomer service from two days as no one responding to our request.

    @vaidykn @JioCare Kindly refund our recharge amount (done on 31/05/2022) as we have taken fresh connection from another service provider. Thanks for the last eight or nine days without Jio internet and trauma (Mohan Subramaniam).

    @JioCare @reliancejio it was good with jio but from last 2 month there are call drops 80%,very low internet speed compare to previous days.low signal. Very bad customer experience we are 3500 in society @TRAI

    We are having too much trouble with network .(Ulwe,Sector9,Nahi mumbai) The network bars are always down like 1 to 2 bars .Why? We paid for ur proper and sufficient service isn't it ? . Then why this issue like **** ......With this network of @reliancejio

    @JioCare it's been observed that whenever load shedding is done in our area(Khanda Colony, New Panvel West-410206) . Jio network also goes down. Dont the towers are having Power backup?? causing lots of problem-all are dependent on network in this pandemic for office and school

    @vp_offl @GodrejAppliance Pretty much every after-sales service is like this. When they want to sell something, they follow up every minute and come and install immediately, but when any issues arise after that then can't get anyone to come and fix it. @reliancejio, the internet is one.

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber My refund has not arrived yet. I truly appreciate your repeated stalling tactics and your efforts to give the customer the run-around. As a result of this, at least 10 Jio numbers will be ported out, and you will also have to pay damages in court.
