    @uthiraa5 @JioCare @DoT_India Jio is death now....!!! Please go with other network..they will give you best quality network service..!!! I m complaining from last 1 month and they don’t solve it yet even they don’t care for customers

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Sim card is not getting 5g serives while I put other jio sim card in my mobile it is running 5g service.Why my sim card is not enabled for 5g.i have also plan for more than 239 and my phone is 5g and i am at 5g enabled area.

    @GTPL_Broadband Procrastination at it's peak. can't fix the cable just 500mts far from dumral in 3 working days. 20+ connections are waiting for their work done. @reliancejio people hereby are craving for jio fiber internet. Jio tower already installed in Dumral, Nadiad.

    @reliancejio Very Slow Internet Speed in my Area. Bed Network Connection. More than 10 time provided address and location with alternat mobile number. But till now jio not solve issue of speed and network connection. How many times should I give the address @JioCare?

    @AnilSinghvi_ @ZeeBusiness @reliancejio people are facing mobile internet issues and when they try to complain just get stereo typed answer from call center that it may be due to heavy internet traffic in your area. Why not raise the question and make a program on it

    @JioCare my JIO number is 8200997676. since lot of complains I never got net on these number. I applied for deactivation but nothing is done &nobody replying. As billing is ecs, I m worried that you will not discontinue till you getting the payment.

    @JioCare Pin 387325 mo.9879048490 Either give data speed or set your #Jioposplus to connect with other network. We are not able to open #Jioposplus with your data speed. It's taking too much time around 1-2 minutes for open. Do some necessary. Make some lite your #Jioposplus app

    @JioCare @subhamoych94 The bad experience I have ....jio never called me for my network and data speed solution Dear Customer, Your Service Request no. SR00000Z46DI has been processed. But still facing Same issue,wow don’t care for customers even local manager said port from jio to Vodafone

    @reliancejio sending direct message or even social media complaint seems to go in waste. They just come with stereo type answer. But never resolve the problem

    @JioCare My number is +916351883430. I can't use my Internet data properly since December 2017. My complaint for Internet issues on December 2017 is still pending.  And now  i m tired of  your service.  I already request for port to another service provider.

    @JioCare Since this week, the Jio network in Group No. 2, Vikhroli East has suddenly become almost unusable. The signal is nearly nonexistent. I had switched from Airtel to Jio because of network issues, but now the situation has become even worse here. Please resolve this issue

    .@reliancejio Reported a JioFiber connectivity issue on 30th June, after enduring 5 days with no service. After repeated follow-ups, I was finally told the problem is with your main line. Your solution? Cancel my existing connection and apply for a new one. Will you resolve it?

    @reliancejio @JioCare 12months of “Jio optimization” = zero signal, zero stable internet. Only patience tested, not service improved. I’m switching to Airtel in May. Enough is enough.
